While, I want to tell all of you that we still have other ways of keeping healthy except exercise. Do you know what it is?Ss: Healthy food.T: Yes, thats it. First lets look at the screen and learn some different food and drinks.(After showing the pictures of food and drinks)T: When do you usually have them, which are for breakfast, which for lunch and which for dinner?The teacher will call some students to tell us their different answers, then the teacher will say, “today well learn Unit 6 Whats for Dinner?” and write the title on the blackboard.To arouse the students interestLead the students to know we will learn a new lesson about foodSteps and for how longTeachers activities and Students activitiesPurposesStep Presentation of Listening2 minStepListening(Aims) 10 minTell the students they are going to listen to a dialogue happened between a waiter and a customer. The teacher will play the tape for the first time. The students will listen to the dialogue and try to decide which group of the following menu is ordered by the customer.a piece of cake, roast beef and salad, cokevegetable soup, roast beef and salad, watertomato soup, fried egg and salad, juice2. Get the students to appreciate a short play.3. The teacher will choose 4 or 5 groups to act their dialogues out in the front of the classroom.4.
