2、rm, alarm phone of monitor receive alarm sound, hint corresponding elevator will be appeared abnormity.電梯內(nèi)的人員若遇到電梯被困時會按下報警按鈕,監(jiān)控中心報警電話會收到報警音,示意相應(yīng)的電梯出現(xiàn)異常。alarm facility of job elements報警設(shè)備工作原理2) pick up alarm 接警once ,alarm signal ring, that monitor will take corresponding phone.報警信號響起后,監(jiān)控員拿起相應(yīng)電話alarm

4、ived alarm , to take phone can communicate with person of elevator.7號和12號電梯收到報警音后拿起電話就可以和電梯內(nèi)的人員通話。no.11 of elevator must press corresponding button of phone, and can communicate with person.11號電梯要一直按住電話對應(yīng)鍵不放手方可通話。may i help you?標(biāo)準(zhǔn)用語是:“請問有什么可以幫助您的嗎?”3) to know elevator circs了解報警電梯情況to communicate wit

5、h person of elevator , first ask how is person of elevator, make sure guest alarm reason.和電梯內(nèi)的人員取得聯(lián)系后,首先詢問電梯內(nèi)人員有無異常情況,確定客人報警原因。to know guest coop in elevator detail, and to inform participate in rescue person.了解客人被困細(xì)節(jié)并轉(zhuǎn)達(dá)參與解救人員4)to appease who can not leave in elevator安撫被困人員if person coop in elevator

6、 , first to know how is malfunction, and how many person ?and how many floor? then use monitor kinescope to see who can not leave in elevator .if have foreigner , contact am immediately to come to monitor to communicate with guest.如電梯出現(xiàn)困人等情況時,首先應(yīng)簡短了解電梯發(fā)生怎樣的故障,被困人員是多少?被困多少層?然后利用電梯監(jiān)控錄像查看被困人員的情況。如果有外籍人

9、of elevator observe if child、elder、pregnant woman or oxygen is not enough, to inform hotel doctor come to floor and when elevator is opened, and to cure at any moment;通過電梯監(jiān)控觀察如有小孩、老人、孕婦或因人多發(fā)生供氧不足時,應(yīng)立即通知酒店醫(yī)生趕到事故樓層以便電梯門開后隨時救治; to ensure that guests security 確??腿税踩玡ngineering should open flee for their

10、 life window in time and to rescue guest outside elevator.工程部員工應(yīng)及時設(shè)法打開逃生窗和電梯門解救被困客人。6) follow up and register 跟進(jìn)與記錄 after guest is rescued, should be set up conspicuous symbol , to prevent guest doesn know fact and use elevator again.客人解救完成后,應(yīng)在事故電梯處設(shè)立醒目標(biāo)識,防止電梯被不知情者再次使用。to prevent guest doesnt know fact and use elevator again.
