1、2008-2009學(xué)年度教學(xué)工作總結(jié)及反思2008-2009學(xué)年度教學(xué)工作總結(jié)及反思濟(jì)南實(shí)驗(yàn)初中初三外語教研組隨著中考落下帷幕，一年的初三工作又畫 上了一個(gè)句號，初三備考工作不僅僅是教師和學(xué) 生體力上的競爭，同時(shí)更是智力上的較量，誰能 在中考備考中的計(jì)劃更周密，誰能對試題研究的 更到位，誰能對中考的重難考點(diǎn)把握的更加準(zhǔn) 確，誰的學(xué)生就能在同等情況下更加節(jié)約時(shí)間， 誰的學(xué)生的訓(xùn)練就會更加的有針對性， 相應(yīng)的在 中考過程中取得的成績就會更加突出，現(xiàn)結(jié)合 09年我校的初三個(gè)備考工作談?wù)剰?fù)習(xí)計(jì)劃的落 實(shí)情況并結(jié)合今年中考談?wù)劼鋵?shí)情況的得與失。一 09年初三備考工作的計(jì)劃及計(jì)劃落實(shí)情況1.第一輪復(fù)習(xí)A

2、:時(shí)間 3月2日-4月20日B:形式 結(jié)合激活中考進(jìn)行第一輪 的全面復(fù)習(xí)，激活中考起點(diǎn)比較低， 符合我們第一輪的復(fù)習(xí)要求，激活中考材料的第一部分是音標(biāo)，單 詞及詞組，這一部分內(nèi)容的針對學(xué)生是班里的 中下游學(xué)生，快速的提問詞組和單詞，幫助同 學(xué)再次識記音標(biāo)，這一部分內(nèi)容對于好同學(xué)的要求是上課背誦，利用“腦風(fēng)暴”聯(lián)想相關(guān)的 知識點(diǎn)，爭取聯(lián)想到位，知識系統(tǒng)，比如，講到sit down 優(yōu)等生快速聯(lián)系中考容易考 至啲 pull down , put down , get down如此反復(fù)的識記區(qū)別，提高上課的效率，上課 過程講究知識點(diǎn)提出的有效性，教師提問的有效性，對學(xué)生進(jìn)行點(diǎn)對點(diǎn)的，點(diǎn)對面的反復(fù) 強(qiáng)

3、化。為了充分的落實(shí)到筆頭，第二天我們還 會對這一部分進(jìn)行聽寫。激活中考材料的第二部分是語法講解， 對于這一部分的處理以學(xué)生在家學(xué)習(xí)為主， 上 課教師以提問為主要的檢查方式， 我們的感覺 是，既然書本已經(jīng)講解的很明確細(xì)致了，就沒 有必要再填鴨式講解了，這里我們做的工作主 要是“加減法”，加上我們認(rèn)為更重要的，減 去我們認(rèn)為中考不考的，減輕學(xué)生的負(fù)擔(dān)，使 學(xué)生對知識的理解做到心中更加有數(shù)。激活中考材料的第三部分是中考習(xí)題， 這里各個(gè)老師的處理略有不同，有的是上課完成，有的是課下作業(yè)，但總的以答疑為主。我們對于材料的使用有一個(gè)原則，即，既 然用就要用透，所以，我們根據(jù)激活中考的材料原題，第二天還會有
