室內(nèi)(辦公室)設(shè)計裝修合同-中英文

1、辦公室設(shè)計合同合同號：簽訂日期：簽訂地點：根據(jù)中華人民共和國合同法以及其他相關(guān)法律、法規(guī)，結(jié)合室內(nèi)裝飾的特點，經(jīng)甲、乙雙方友好協(xié)商，甲方委托乙方承擔(dān)室內(nèi)裝飾設(shè)計，并達(dá)成如下協(xié)議。一、甲方委托室內(nèi)設(shè)計的地址 ,房型，總面積平方米。二、甲方委托乙方室內(nèi)設(shè)計，且乙方不負(fù)責(zé)施工，其設(shè)計收費標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為每平方米美元，收取設(shè)計費共計 美元。甲方應(yīng)在合同簽署時付首期 50%設(shè) 計費，并與乙方約定上門測量的時間和地點。乙方設(shè)計師在測量后 天內(nèi)完成平面布置圖及頂面布置圖。三、乙方完成初步設(shè)計方案后，甲方與乙方設(shè)計師經(jīng)過溝通同意，填寫設(shè)計方案進(jìn)程表。甲方應(yīng)支付設(shè)計費余款，乙方設(shè)計師將在 天內(nèi)完成全套裝潢設(shè)計圖。四、圖紙

2、完成后，甲方如有更改意見，再與乙方設(shè)計師溝通。乙方根據(jù)協(xié)商方案，繪制更改圖紙，雙方再次填寫設(shè)計方案進(jìn)程表。圖紙更改確認(rèn)后，乙方將全套圖紙交給甲方使用。五、施工過程中，乙方設(shè)計師應(yīng)至少有三次去現(xiàn)場指導(dǎo)施工，以達(dá)到設(shè)計效果。六、違約責(zé)任：1 .乙方未在約定時間內(nèi)完成設(shè)計圖且延期時間在 天內(nèi)的，每延期一天應(yīng)當(dāng)支付設(shè)計費 總價的3%違約金給甲方。2 .乙方延期 天以上未完成設(shè)計圖的，甲方有權(quán)解除合同，乙方應(yīng)退還甲方的設(shè)計費用，并承擔(dān)設(shè)計費總價 50%的違約金。3 .乙方無故終止合同，除退還甲方所交的設(shè)計費用外，還應(yīng)按合同規(guī)定的設(shè)計費總價的50%作為違約金付給甲方。七、設(shè)計合同經(jīng)雙方簽字認(rèn)可后，甲方必須

3、按合同約定支付設(shè)計費。如甲方中途取消合同， 乙方不再退還已收取的設(shè)計費。八、除本合同外，甲乙雙方之間的所有往來函件，乙方給甲方的資料、圖紙等均采用英文。九、本合同中如有未盡事宜，由雙方協(xié)商解決，協(xié)商不成，由甲方所在地人民法院裁決。十、本合同經(jīng)甲、乙雙方簽字或蓋章后生效。本合同用中英文兩種文字寫成，兩種文字具有同等效力。本合同正本一式四份，雙方各二份。委托方：服務(wù)方：授權(quán)代表簽字：授權(quán)代表簽字：簽字日期：簽字日期：office design contractcontract no.:.date of signature:.place of signature:according to the c

8、rawings according to the consensus, and resubmit the design process. after the drawings confirmation, party b should sent the design drawings to party a.article 5 : during the decoration process , party b must sent to the site to guide at least 3 times to reach the best effect.article 6 : liability

9、for breach6.1 if party b does not complete the design drawings by the appointed time and extension of time within 20 days, it should pay 3% of the design fee each day to party a for the delay.6.2 if party b delay more than days to complete the artwork, party a has the right to rescind the contract,

10、and take back the design cost. besides, party b should pay 50% of total design charge as compensation for breach of contract6.3 in the event that party b terminates this contract unexcused, it should return the received design fee and bear 50% of the design fee as the compensation.article 7 : this c
