1、海薩2x600MW鍋爐主要施工方案Hisar2600MW Boiler Main Erection Plan本期建設(shè)規(guī)模2600MW燃煤發(fā)電機(jī)組。鍋爐由提供。鍋爐為亞臨界參數(shù)、強(qiáng)制循環(huán)、一次中間再熱、單爐膛平衡通風(fēng)、固態(tài)排渣、露天布置、全鋼構(gòu)架的型汽包爐。This project is 2600MW coal fired thermal units, boiler shall be supplied by SEC. The boiler is all steel structural type drum boiler of a subcritical parameter, pump circu

2、lation, single reheat, single furnace balance draft, dry slagging and hypaethral placement. 鍋爐施工方案 Boiler Erection Plan鍋爐為上海電氣集團(tuán)生產(chǎn)的亞臨界參數(shù)、強(qiáng)制循環(huán)、一次中間再熱、單爐膛平衡通風(fēng)、固態(tài)排渣、露天布置、全鋼構(gòu)架的型汽包爐。The Boiler shall be supplied by SEC. The boiler is all steel structural type drum boiler of a subcritical parameter, pump c

3、irculation, single reheat, single furnace balance draft, dry slagging and hypaethral placement.1 施工場(chǎng)地及主吊機(jī)械 Erection site and main hoisting equipments1.1 施工場(chǎng)地布置 Erection site plot鍋爐組合場(chǎng)布置按總平面布置圖,組合場(chǎng)內(nèi)布置50t龍門吊各4臺(tái),鍋爐受熱面的大部分組合工作安排在此完成。Boiler assembly yard will be arranged as per general layout drawing. Fo

4、ur 50T gantry cranes will be provided respectively. Assembly of most heating surface structures will be done in this area.1.2 施工機(jī)械選擇 Selection of construction plants 根據(jù)本工程鍋爐的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),以及我公司的機(jī)械狀況,選用以下機(jī)械作為鍋爐主要施工機(jī)械。Given to the features of the boier and mechanical capacity of our company, we chose plants be

6、筒身高度102m,采用60m臂長工況,主要負(fù)責(zé)鍋爐本體部件的吊裝工作。FZQ2000 cylindrical crane is arranged as auxiliary hoisting plants, which is designed to hoist boiler & components (crane body height 102m , length of jib 60m). (2) 250t履帶吊 250t Crawler crane CC1400/250t履帶吊為鍋爐主吊機(jī)械,采用SWSL塔式工況,后配重40t,主臂角度85度:主副臂:72m加36m;最大作業(yè)半徑42m,負(fù)荷2

7、7t;最小作業(yè)半徑24m時(shí),負(fù)荷為39t。CC1400/250 Crawler cranes are designed as main boiler hoisting euqipment, adopting SWSL tower working conditions, with a banlance weight of 40t and main jib angle of 85; length of main & auxiliary jib,72+36m, max working radius 42m,load 27t;min working radius 24m,load 39t. 吊裝主要內(nèi)

8、容為:Main hoisting scope:a. 鍋爐鋼架吊裝。Boiler steel structure lifting. b. 鍋爐受熱面吊裝、空氣預(yù)熱器吊裝。Boiler heating surface ,airpreheater lifting.c.煙、風(fēng)、煤管道安裝 Flue gas,air,coal piping erection.d. 根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際換工況用于大件設(shè)備的安裝和卸車工作。 Employed in erection of other heavy equipments and unloading works.CC1400/250t履帶吊性能表(SWSL塔式、后配重40

(4) 其它吊裝機(jī)械 Other lifting plants A四臺(tái)50t龍門吊布置于鍋爐組合場(chǎng),負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)備裝卸車、受熱面膜式壁及蛇行管排的組合工作及煙風(fēng)道的制作組合工作。4 frame cranes of 50t shall be arranged in Boiler structure assembly yard, employed in equipments loading and unloading, he

11、ating surface and pipe coil assembly works and flue/air ducting fabricating asembly works. b. 50t汽車吊負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備卸車倒運(yùn)等工作。 .b. Truck crane of 50t shall be employed in equipments unloading in site.c.卷揚(yáng)機(jī)布置在鍋爐0m,輔助進(jìn)行爐膛內(nèi)管排及小件的吊裝。c . winch shall be arranged in 0m, assisting furnace internals lifting and the lift

12、ing of some samll units. d. 勞辛格負(fù)責(zé)汽包吊裝工作。Stand-jack system will be used in steam drum listing works.(5) 施工電梯布置 service lift arrangment為方便鍋爐施工,在爐一側(cè)布置一施工電梯。Sservice lifts shall be arranged in each side of the boiler. 2鍋爐本體鋼架安裝 Boiler steel structure erection鍋爐鋼結(jié)構(gòu)由頂板、柱和梁、垂直支撐、水平支撐等部件組成,頂板由主梁、次梁和小梁組成一個(gè)堅(jiān)固

13、的梁格,其四周有水平支撐,主梁端有垂直支撐。Boiler steel structure consists of roof, column, girder, vertical and lateral supporting, while roof comprising of girder, secondary beam, trabecula and forming a firm box. 鋼架內(nèi)側(cè)柱為主要承重鋼柱,外側(cè)副柱則通過梁、水平支撐與內(nèi)側(cè)柱相連,以增加鋼架的整體穩(wěn)定性。鋼結(jié)構(gòu)從前至后共有6排。鍋爐鋼架的連接,采用高強(qiáng)螺栓和焊接相結(jié)合的方式,頂板和主梁與次梁之間,柱和梁之間,垂直支撐、水平

14、支撐之間采用扭剪型高強(qiáng)螺栓連接,其余構(gòu)件間采用焊接連接。Internal pillars of the structure are designed for bearing, while the external pillars are designed to reinforce the entire stability of structure by connecting with girders, lateral supporting and internal pillars. There are 6 rows. Bolt and welding are employed in the c

15、onnection of structure. 2.1 吊裝方案 Hoisting plans 主吊機(jī)械選用一臺(tái)FZQ2000圓桶吊,一臺(tái)CC1400履帶吊為附吊機(jī)械,圓筒吊布置于鍋爐爐左K、L間距鍋爐本體外側(cè)柱中心線5米處,CC1400履帶吊布置于爐的另一側(cè)。鋼架各段本著由爐前至爐后、先主柱后輔柱原則分段吊裝,即安裝一段找正一段,驗(yàn)收本段鋼架后對(duì)高強(qiáng)螺栓進(jìn)行終緊。鋼架安裝過程中相應(yīng)段平臺(tái)、樓梯、欄桿隨之安裝。Main hoisting plants comprise of an FZQ2000 cylindrical crane and CC1400 crawler crane (as au

16、xiliary hoisting plants), the cylindrical crane shall be arranged at left side of boiller between boiler central line and it is 5 meters away from the boiler central line , CC14OO crawler shall be arranged on the other side of boiler. Each section of the structure follows the rule of from furnace fr

17、ont to back, from main pillars to complement pillars. Duiring the process of structure erection, platform,stairecase and handrails should be finishsed. 在鋼架吊裝過程中,視來貨及制件完成情況,根據(jù)相應(yīng)設(shè)備的安裝位置和標(biāo)高,把一次風(fēng)熱風(fēng)道、二次風(fēng)熱風(fēng)道、回轉(zhuǎn)式空預(yù)器、預(yù)熱器入口煙道、省煤器出口灰斗以及燃燒器連接風(fēng)道等相關(guān)設(shè)備隨之預(yù)存;各段吊裝過程中,相應(yīng)主降水管和剛性梁要臨時(shí)吊掛在相應(yīng)各層鋼架梁上;視圖紙具體情況緩裝爐左側(cè)及爐后7m標(biāo)高下的部分拉

18、條,做為爐內(nèi)吊裝設(shè)備的進(jìn)入通道,爐膛內(nèi)影響汽包(吊裝中的初偏斜和爐頂調(diào)水平處)、板梁(爐膛內(nèi)抬吊時(shí))吊裝的桿件緩裝。During the erection of structure, according to the progress of goods supply and parts fabrication, and erection position and height , we can save some equipments in their required position and ercet later such equipments including, primary ho

19、t air duct, secondary hot air duct, rotaty air preheator, preheator inlet flue gas ducting, economizer outlet ash bucket and burner connecting air duct. During each stage of erection, main downcomers and stiffening bars should be temporarily hanged in their girders of structure. As per the drawings

20、, some braces on the left side of boiler or back of boiler below the height of 7m should be erected later, so that access for the hoisting works of boiler internals are made, in addition, any parts of boiler internal shafts that affect steam drum and plate girder lifting should be erected later. 2.2

21、 施工順序 Construction procedure鍋爐基礎(chǔ)劃線標(biāo)高復(fù)驗(yàn)和基礎(chǔ)鑿毛柱底板安裝立柱1m標(biāo)高線復(fù)檢結(jié)構(gòu)第一段吊裝整體找正柱腳二次澆灌其它幾層結(jié)構(gòu)吊裝頂板梁吊裝鋼結(jié)構(gòu)完善。Boiler Foudation Lining Level Call Back And Surface Preparation Column Plate Erection Column 1m Level Callback Structure Erection Stage 1 Structure Alignment Column Foot Secondary Grouting Other Floors Lifti

22、ng Roof Plate Girder Lifting Stucture Maintenance 3頂板梁吊裝方案 Roof girder hoisting plans鍋爐鋼結(jié)構(gòu)第八段立柱、橫梁、拉條安裝完畢后,根據(jù)大板梁吊裝需要,部分桿件預(yù)留,經(jīng)檢驗(yàn)合格,才能進(jìn)行板梁吊裝。After the erection of pillars of structure, beams , braces , to meet the requirement of girder hoisting, some shafts should be saved to their position and erecte

23、d after passing test ,then plate beams hoisting could commence. 鍋爐頂板梁的吊裝機(jī)械為FZQ2000/80t圓筒吊和CC1400/CC2500履帶吊。FZQ2000/80t圓筒吊布置在#1、#2爐的兩側(cè),每臺(tái)爐有一臺(tái)磨機(jī)緩裝,CC2500/CC1400履帶吊在2臺(tái)爐中間機(jī)動(dòng)布置,看情況緩裝一臺(tái)磨煤機(jī),使CC2500/CC1400滿足頂板梁吊裝工況。FZQ2000/80t cylindrical crane and CC1400/CC2500 crawler crane are employed to hoist boiler ro

FZQ2000/80t cylindrical crane should be arranged in both sides of boiler #1and#2, each boiler should be arranged with one mill after later. , while CC1400 or CC2500 crawler crane should be arranged between the tow boilers ,one mill should be erected later if necessary so that CC2500/CC1400 can meet the requirement of roof plate girder h
