1、一、棒磨機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)一、The structures of Rod mill7棒磨機(jī)主要由以下幾部分組成：The Rod mill is made up by several parts, as follow:1、筒體部分：筒體上開有人孔，供檢修和更換筒體內(nèi)襯板時(shí)使用。1. The tube part: there is a mans hole in tube that used for examining and repairing and changing liner.2、給料部分：供進(jìn)料時(shí)使用。 2. The feeding part: used for feeding.3、排料部分：供棒磨

2、機(jī)排出合格產(chǎn)品時(shí)使用。3. The discharging part: used for discharging proper product.4、主軸承部分4. Main bearing part.5、傳動(dòng)部分5. Driving part:根據(jù)需要，棒磨機(jī)從傳動(dòng)形式上分為左旋和右旋，從排料形式上分為周邊出料和中心出料兩種，供貨時(shí)按訂貨合同。According to requirement of process line, rod mill is divided into the left rotary and right rotary .It depends on the contract

3、.二、棒磨機(jī)的工作原理二、The Rod mill works principle電機(jī)通過(guò)減速裝置驅(qū)動(dòng)筒體回轉(zhuǎn)，筒體內(nèi)的碎礦石和鋼棒在筒體回轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)受摩擦力和離心力作用被襯板帶到一定高度后由于重力作用，便產(chǎn)生拋落和瀉落，礦石在沖擊和研磨作用下逐步被粉碎。被粉碎的礦石經(jīng)排料部分排出筒外。供料機(jī)連續(xù)均勻地喂料，礦石經(jīng)聯(lián)合進(jìn)料器連續(xù)均勻地進(jìn)入棒磨機(jī)，被磨碎的物料源源不斷地從棒磨機(jī)中排出。棒磨機(jī)是可以每天24小時(shí)連續(xù)工作的粉磨設(shè)備。The motor drives the tube rotary by reducer, ore and steel rod can be thrown and rushed

5、k continuous for 24 hours per day. 三、棒磨機(jī)的安裝三、The installing of Rod mill棒磨機(jī)應(yīng)安裝在牢固的混凝土基礎(chǔ)上。棒磨機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)和施工請(qǐng)參看棒磨機(jī)總裝圖和基礎(chǔ)圖。為了保證使用過(guò)程中棒磨機(jī)各部件的位置精度不發(fā)生大的變化，棒磨機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)應(yīng)采用整塊式結(jié)構(gòu)。The rod mill should install on steady concrete groundwork. The foundation designed and the construction looks at general drawing and foundation

In order to make change of location accurate assembly small in use, the foundation of Rod mill adopts full piece structure.混凝土基礎(chǔ)耐壓強(qiáng)度達(dá)到75%以上后即可在上面安裝棒磨機(jī)。在安裝之前應(yīng)對(duì)基礎(chǔ)的質(zhì)量進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)，要求混凝土沒(méi)有影響強(qiáng)度的缺陷，預(yù)留孔的數(shù)量和位置符合要求，預(yù)留孔內(nèi)無(wú)雜物和積水、無(wú)油污。采用“地線法”進(jìn)行安裝作業(yè)時(shí)，在基礎(chǔ)上表面應(yīng)預(yù)埋“中心標(biāo)板”。安裝前基礎(chǔ)上畫出所有中心線并在“中心標(biāo)板”上做出醒目的沖點(diǎn)標(biāo)記，作為安裝時(shí)的中線基準(zhǔn)。If th

9、f found questions; it should be dealt at once.節(jié)能磨機(jī)安裝的一般要求：The general requirement of Energy saving Rod mill for installing: 1、主機(jī)的安裝：1. The installing of mainframe:磨機(jī)主機(jī)的軸線應(yīng)呈水平，在兩端的中空軸大法蘭上頂處測(cè)量，高度The axes of Rod mill main frame should be level, measured on top of big flange of medium-altitude bearing t

11、nd bearing cover should be identical, and the out and the inside bearing cover too.2、傳動(dòng)部分的安裝：2、The installing of driving part:在主機(jī)調(diào)整好水平以后，方可進(jìn)行傳動(dòng)部分的安裝。首先檢查傳動(dòng)部分組裝的質(zhì)量情況，主要是檢查小齒輪軸與減速機(jī)低速軸的同心情況、檢查減速機(jī)高速軸與電機(jī)軸的同心情況，并進(jìn)行必要的調(diào)整和緊固。After mainframe is identical, driving part can be installed .First, check quality o

12、f driving part, especial check concentric of small gear wheel bearing and reducer low speed bearing; concentric of reducer high speed bearing and motor bearing, if necessary to adjust and tighten.以主機(jī)大齒輪為基準(zhǔn)，安裝和調(diào)整傳動(dòng)部分。使小齒輪的齒寬比大齒輪的齒面兩邊寬度均勻一致。使小齒輪的齒面與大齒輪的齒面平行，齒側(cè)間隙按最小處留0.25mm（約硬盒香煙包裝紙一層或壓鉛絲測(cè)量）。從大小齒輪的接觸痕跡

13、看，接觸痕跡應(yīng)占全長(zhǎng)的60%以上，接觸痕跡的高度占到全高的40%左右。Set the big gear wheel of mainframe as standard, install and adjust driving part .Make the width between small gear wheel and big gear wheel even .Make the side of the small gear wheel and the big gear wheel parallel .The smallest gap is 0.25mm .Seen from track of

14、big and small touched, the touched track takes up 60% from whole length, and 40%from whole height.如果接觸痕跡偏向齒面寬度的一端 ，即表明齒面不平行。如果傳動(dòng)大齒輪一周有擠死的情況，說(shuō)明齒輪間隙太小了，應(yīng)使小齒輪離開大齒輪一點(diǎn)。If the touched track leans to one side, means the gear side is not parallel .If the driving big gear wheel crowded, means the gap of the

15、gear wheel is too small, adjust it bigger.3、磨機(jī)襯板的安裝：3、The installing of rod mill liners:（1）安裝襯板前應(yīng)首先將筒體內(nèi)的塵垢清除干凈。然后在對(duì)襯板進(jìn)行檢查和修整，其背面和四周應(yīng)酌情用砂輪修理平整，螺栓孔應(yīng)徹底清砂和清除鑄造飛邊，使螺栓能順利穿入，達(dá)到安裝要求。（1）Before installing liners, the inside tube should be cleaned .And then examine the liners to make surface and around flat. T

16、he holes of screw should keep clean and make the bolt can be input freely and reach installing requirement.（2）安裝襯板時(shí)，應(yīng)在筒體內(nèi)壁與襯板之間塗一層1：2水泥砂漿，并趁濕將襯板螺栓擰緊。襯板之間的間隙也用砂漿抹平。（2）When installing the liners, should scrawl the 1:2 concentric mortars between inside tube and liners. And make screw of liners tighten

17、when it is wet .The clearance between liners should make be even by the mortar.（3）固定襯板的螺栓，應(yīng)仔細(xì)地墊好密封墊，以防止漏出礦漿或礦粉。（3）Tighten the liner bolt, should carefully make the airproof mat good to prevent material leaking.（4）筒體襯板不得形成環(huán)形間隙。（4）The liners of tube can not have ring clearance.（5）水泥砂漿凝固達(dá)到強(qiáng)度要求后才可以投料試車。

18、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中發(fā)現(xiàn)螺栓松動(dòng)應(yīng)及時(shí)擰緊。（5）When strength of concentric mortar is proper, feed the mine to test drive .If screw is loosen should be screwed tighten in time.4、故障判斷：4、The fault judged:軸承發(fā)熱，檢查是否缺油。主機(jī)軸承和小齒輪軸軸承加黃油潤(rùn)滑，減速機(jī)加機(jī)油潤(rùn)滑。如果不缺油，檢查各部分的同心度，分別檢查主機(jī)和傳動(dòng)部分。大軸承座與中The bearing is hot, check it is lack of oil. If it is not lack of oil ,examine concentric of every part and 空軸不同心，造成中空軸與軸承壓蓋摩擦生熱。傳動(dòng)小齒輪軸與軸承座不同心，造成傳動(dòng)軸與軸承壓蓋摩擦生熱。減速機(jī)與小齒輪軸不同心、減速機(jī)與電機(jī)不同心，都會(huì)造成軸承超負(fù)荷運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)而發(fā)熱。當(dāng)中空軸與大軸承座不同心嚴(yán)重時(shí)，會(huì)造成起動(dòng)困難、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)費(fèi)

20、動(dòng)力、電機(jī)發(fā)熱等現(xiàn)象。所以安裝時(shí)保證各部分的同心度非常重要。mainframe and driving part .As the result of big gear wheel bearing and medium-altitude bearing are not concentric that medium-altitude bearing presses bearing cover comes out of the heat .As result of driving small gear wheel bearing and bearing are not concentric that

22、So, when installing, making sure the concentric is very important.四、棒磨機(jī)的試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)四、The experimental work of rod mill棒磨機(jī)安裝完成，經(jīng)檢驗(yàn)合格，即可進(jìn)行空車試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。棒磨機(jī)的試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)應(yīng)由熟練的棒磨機(jī)操作工負(fù)責(zé)進(jìn)行，并嚴(yán)格遵守棒磨機(jī)安全操作規(guī)程。After installing, verifying proper, and then can start the hollow experimental work .The experimental work is in the charge of s

23、killed the operator and obey the operation procedure strictly.（一）空運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間不少于12-24小時(shí)，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題應(yīng)及時(shí)解決。（1）The hollow experimental work time is not less than 12to 24 hours, if found faults should be solved in time.（二）空運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)試機(jī)正常即可進(jìn)行負(fù)荷試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。負(fù)荷試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)應(yīng)分階段進(jìn)行。負(fù)荷運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中應(yīng)視排料情況進(jìn)行喂料，避免鋼棒和筒體襯板不必要的磨失和損壞。（2）If hollow experimenta

24、l work is normal it can start the experimental work with load .This time should divide into steps .The feeding quality should depend on the output, so as to get rid of not necessity damage of steel rod and tube with liner 1、加入適當(dāng)物料和1/3數(shù)量的鋼棒，試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)12-24小時(shí)。1、Adding proper mine and one third of steel rod t

25、o test drive 12-24 hours. 2、加入至2/3數(shù)量的鋼棒運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)24-48小時(shí)。2、Adding the two thirds of steel rod to test drive 24 to 48 hours.3、根據(jù)棒磨機(jī)的排料情況（合格產(chǎn)品）及產(chǎn)量，應(yīng)參照同行及同一型號(hào)棒磨機(jī)的實(shí)際裝棒量，確定本臺(tái)棒磨機(jī)的合理裝棒量，進(jìn)行不小于72小時(shí)的試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。 3、According to the output and proper product quality and the actual installing quality of rod, make sure the prope

26、r installing quality of the rod to test drive no less than 72hours.（三）上述負(fù)荷量的增加和試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間的長(zhǎng)短，以大小齒輪和減速機(jī)齒輪的跑合情況（溫升、噪音、齒面接觸等） 為依據(jù)進(jìn)行確定。在齒面接觸精度沒(méi)有達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)要求前，不得滿負(fù)荷運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。（3）The adding of lodge and time of experimental work depend on the situation (such as temperature, noise, gear touched etc) of big or small gear whee

27、l and reducer. Before the accurate of gear touched does not reach design requirement, it can not work full lodge. （四）試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中冷卻、潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)應(yīng)工作正常。主軸承、傳動(dòng)軸承、減速機(jī)溫度應(yīng)正常。（4）In the experimental work time, cooling and lubricating should work normally .And temperature of main bearing, driving bearing, reducer should be

28、normal. （五） 裝入2/3數(shù)量的鋼棒試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)24-48小時(shí)后，應(yīng)檢查并再次擰緊全部螺栓。（5）After installing the two thirds of steel rod and works for 24to 48 hours, should examine every part and relax all bolts.（六）試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)工作要認(rèn)真做好各項(xiàng)記錄。（6）When starting the experimental work, should make notes carefully.五、 棒磨機(jī)的操作五、The operating of Rod mill（一）起動(dòng)前的準(zhǔn)

29、備：（1）The prepare works before starting:1、檢查危險(xiǎn)地點(diǎn)內(nèi)是否有人。1、Check that if anyone is in the dangerous place.2、檢查各潤(rùn)滑點(diǎn)的潤(rùn)滑油是否油位適當(dāng)，不足時(shí)添加。2、Checked that if the quantity of the lube is correct, if not should add in time.3、檢查棒磨機(jī)內(nèi)鋼棒填充率是否符合要求。3、Check that if the adding steel rod rate is correct.4、檢查磨體襯板螺栓、磨頭與筒體連接螺

30、栓等是否有松動(dòng)并可靠擰緊。4、Check that if bolt is loosened.5、將人孔蓋可靠嚴(yán)密地固定。5、Make man hole cover steady.6、檢查筒體螺栓孔和人孔等處是否有漏水、漏粉現(xiàn)象并排除之。6、Check that does the water or mine leak.- 8 -7、第一次試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)或長(zhǎng)期停磨后，再次起動(dòng)時(shí)應(yīng)首先向兩端中空軸承上澆少量潤(rùn)滑油，并用人工盤磨一周，或“點(diǎn)動(dòng)”旋轉(zhuǎn)一周，確認(rèn)無(wú)異?，F(xiàn)象。7、After the first turn or long time milling, start again first adds the

31、 lube to medium-altitude bearing.8、和前后有關(guān)工作崗位取得聯(lián)系，得到允許起動(dòng)的信號(hào)后才能起動(dòng)磨機(jī)。8、Contact with referred work station, if get start signal, and then start mill.- 11 -（二） 起動(dòng)的順序：（2）The order to start:1、起動(dòng)棒磨機(jī)。1. Start rod mill.2、起動(dòng)喂料機(jī)。2. Start feeder machine.（三）停機(jī)的順序：(3)The order to stop machine:1、停止喂料機(jī)。1、Stop feedin

32、g.2、停止棒磨機(jī)。長(zhǎng)期停磨應(yīng)將鋼棒和物料卸空。2、Stop rod mill .If stop for a long time, should discharge steel rod and mine.（四）生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的操作注意事項(xiàng)：（4）Operating attentive things:1、均勻喂料是保證棒磨機(jī)最高產(chǎn)量和穩(wěn)定質(zhì)量（細(xì)度）的重要操作內(nèi)容。在生產(chǎn)中應(yīng)根據(jù)產(chǎn)品細(xì)度檢查結(jié)果及時(shí)調(diào)整喂料量，在入磨時(shí)物料粒度的大小、含水量、易磨程度基本穩(wěn)定的情況下，產(chǎn)品細(xì)度變粗，一般表示喂料量過(guò)大，產(chǎn)品細(xì)度變細(xì)，則表示喂料量較少，依據(jù)這個(gè)原則及時(shí)調(diào)整喂料量。1、Feeding evenly, wh

35、mill 1、所有潤(rùn)滑油在磨機(jī)投入連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)一個(gè)月時(shí)應(yīng)全部放出，徹底清洗，更換新油。以后結(jié)合中修約每6個(gè)月?lián)Q油一次。1、All the lubes should change once a month, and in the future, according to the repair and examine change the lube once per six month. 2、各潤(rùn)滑點(diǎn)潤(rùn)滑情況和油面高度至少每4小時(shí)檢查一次。2、Every lubricant part and the surface height of the oil should be examined once p

36、er four hours.3、磨機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，主軸承潤(rùn)滑油的溫升不超過(guò)55。3、When the mill works normally, the temperature of lube that in the main bearing is no more than 55. 4、磨機(jī)正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，傳動(dòng)軸承和減速機(jī)的溫升不超過(guò)55，最高不超過(guò)60。4、If the mill works normally ,the temperature of driving bearing and reducer is no more than 55 ,the highest is 60.5、大、小齒輪傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn)，

37、無(wú)異常噪音。必要時(shí)應(yīng)及時(shí)調(diào)整間隙。5、The big and small gear wheel drive evenly, no noises .If necessary, should adjust the gap in time.6、棒磨機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)，無(wú)強(qiáng)烈震動(dòng)。6、The rod mill rotaries evenly, no strong shake.7、電機(jī)電流應(yīng)無(wú)異常波動(dòng)。7、The electricity of the motor should be provided evenly.8、各連接緊固件無(wú)松動(dòng)，結(jié)合面無(wú)漏油、無(wú)漏漿、無(wú)漏粉現(xiàn)象。8、Each connected tig

38、hten parts are no loosen, no oil and material leaks.9、鋼棒依磨損情況及時(shí)添加。9、The quantity of adding steel rod depends on the fray case.10、如果發(fā)現(xiàn)不正常情況應(yīng)立即停磨檢修。10、If found the deviant thing, it should stop work and repair at once.對(duì)磨機(jī)的維修是一項(xiàng)經(jīng)常性的工作，維修工作的好壞直接影響棒磨機(jī)的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)率和使用壽命。為了及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)缺陷消除隱患，以保證棒磨機(jī)正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，除了日常的維護(hù)外，還需要定期停磨，（建議每月一次）對(duì)重要部件如中空軸、主軸承、筒體、減速機(jī)、大小齒輪等作認(rèn)真檢T
