2、一環(huán)節(jié)的污染物成分復(fù)雜，除粉塵、煙塵外，還有二氧化硫、氮氧化物、氟化物等有害氣體水泥產(chǎn)量：4000噸/天；煙氣溫度：45200；煙氣含塵濃度：500030000mg/nm3；煙氣濕度：515。設(shè)計(jì)原則：設(shè)計(jì)中要認(rèn)真貫徹國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)方針、政策。應(yīng)充分考慮資源的充分利用。選用的技術(shù)要先進(jìn)適用。工程設(shè)計(jì)要堅(jiān)持安全可靠、質(zhì)量第一的原則。堅(jiān)持經(jīng)濟(jì)合理原則必須遵循國(guó)家有關(guān)環(huán)境保護(hù)法律、法規(guī)，合理開(kāi)發(fā)和充分利用各種自然 資源，嚴(yán)格控制環(huán)境污染，保護(hù)和改善生態(tài)環(huán)境建設(shè)項(xiàng)目需要配套建設(shè)的環(huán)境保護(hù)設(shè)施，必須與主體工程同時(shí)設(shè)計(jì)、同時(shí)施工、同時(shí)投產(chǎn)使用。 必須遵守污染物排放的國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。應(yīng)當(dāng)在建設(shè)項(xiàng)目中采用
