1、急診科護(hù)士情緒管理及臨床溝通能力的調(diào)查研究摘要目的調(diào)查急診科護(hù)士情緒管理及臨床溝通能力現(xiàn)狀,分析影響其情緒管理的因素, 探討急診科護(hù)士情緒管理與臨床溝通能力之間的相關(guān)性,為護(hù)理管理者開(kāi)展臨床護(hù) 士情緒管理培訓(xùn)、提升臨床護(hù)士溝通能力提供相關(guān)依據(jù)。方法選取2013年1012月青島市三所三甲醫(yī)院182名急診科護(hù)士進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。 調(diào)查工具包括急診科護(hù)士的一般資料調(diào)查表、護(hù)士情緒管理量表、護(hù)士臨床溝通能 力量表三部分。利用SPSS 17.0進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,統(tǒng)計(jì)方法包括描述性分析、單 因素分析、Speaman相關(guān)性分析及多元逐步回歸分析。結(jié)果1、急診科護(hù)士情緒管理現(xiàn)狀共發(fā)放調(diào)查問(wèn)卷2份,收回有效問(wèn)卷18

2、2份,有效回收率91%;急診科護(hù)士 情緒管理處在中等水平以上,情緒管理總分(49. 594. 83)分,得分率為69%;四個(gè) 維度按照其得分率的高低排序依次是情緒調(diào)整(14. 201. 93 )分、情緒覺(jué)察(14. 03 土 L 52)分、情緒運(yùn)用(13. 83士 L 82 )分、情緒表達(dá)(7. 52 1. 23)分;2、急診科護(hù)士臨床溝通能力現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查示急診科護(hù)士臨床溝通能力處于中等以上水平,臨床溝通能力總分為 (212. 4028. 14)分,各維度得分由高到低分別為困難情景溝通能力(72. 9310. 23) 分、團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通能力(22. 653. 35)分、基本語(yǔ)言溝通能力(40. 405.

3、 81)分、基本非 語(yǔ)言溝通能力(25. 60 3. 84)分、情感支持能力(21. 65 3. 52)分、情感感知能力 (29. 164. 81)分。3、急診科護(hù)士情緒管理影響因素分析單因素分析顯示不同性別、年齡、學(xué)歷、婚姻狀況、聘用形式對(duì)急診科護(hù)士情 緒管理得分差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(戶(hù)0.05);不同護(hù)齡、職稱(chēng)、是否遭遇過(guò)工作中的暴 力行為、工作倦怠及情緒轉(zhuǎn)移對(duì)急診科護(hù)士情緒管理得分差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(戶(hù) 0.05);以急診科護(hù)士情緒管理為因變量,護(hù)齡、職稱(chēng)、是否遭遇過(guò)工作中的暴力行 為、工作倦怠、情緒轉(zhuǎn)移以及臨床溝通能力進(jìn)行多元逐步回歸分析,最終工作倦怠、 情緒轉(zhuǎn)移與臨床溝通能力三個(gè)變量進(jìn)入回

4、歸方程,工作倦怠與情緒轉(zhuǎn)移回歸系數(shù)均 為負(fù)值,說(shuō)明進(jìn)入方程的兩個(gè)變量對(duì)急診科護(hù)士情緒管理有負(fù)向預(yù)測(cè)作用;臨床溝 通能力對(duì)急診科護(hù)士情緒管理有正向預(yù)測(cè)性;經(jīng)檢驗(yàn)回歸方程/為14. 542,具有統(tǒng) 計(jì)學(xué)意義(戶(hù) 0.05)。4、急診科護(hù)士情緒管理與臨床溝通能力的相關(guān)性分析急診科護(hù)士情緒管理與臨床溝通能力呈正相關(guān),其中情緒調(diào)整維度、情緒運(yùn)用 維度及情緒管理總分分別與臨床溝通能力各維度呈顯著正相關(guān)(戶(hù) . 01);而情緒表Abstract達(dá)維度相關(guān)系數(shù)最大為r=0. 579,情緒覺(jué)察維度相關(guān)系數(shù)最大r=0. 230。結(jié)論急診科護(hù)士情緒管理處于中等以上水平,建議應(yīng)將情緒管理引入護(hù)理管理領(lǐng) 域,本著以人為

5、本的管理理念做好情緒管理,進(jìn)一步提高臨床護(hù)理的服務(wù)與質(zhì)量。關(guān)鍵詞:急診科;護(hù)士;情緒管理;臨床溝通能力;影響因素ObjectiveTo investigate the status of emotion management ability and clinic communication competency in emergency nurses and to analyze the factors of emotion management.To further explore the correlation between clinic communication competency

6、 and emotion management in emergency nurses.MethodsWith the convenience sampling method, 182 emergency nurses were surveyed from grade III and first-class hospitals in Qingdao City from October to November 2013.The survey tools including the general questionnaire of nurses of emergency department an

7、d questionnaire of emotion management of nurses and the clinical nurse communication competency. Data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0, statistical methods including descriptive analysis, ANOVA analysis, Spearman Correlation analysis, Multiple stepwise regression analysis.Results1 Emotion management abili

8、ty status of emergency nurses200 questionnaires were distributed 182 were valid questionnaires and the effective rate was 91 %. The overall scores of emotion management ability in emergency department nurses is above the middle level.The overall score of emotion management ability of nurses in emerg

9、ency department was (49.594.83), the dimension scores from high to low were emotional adjustment (14.20士 1.93),emotional awareness(14.03士 1.52), emotional using(13.831.82) ?and emotional expression(7.521.23).2 Clinic communication competency status of emergency nursesThe overall scores of clinic com

10、munication competency in emergency department nurses is in the middle level.The overall score was (212.40士28.14),the dimension scores from high to low were communication competency in difficult clinic Scene(72.93士 10.23),the team communication competency(22.65士3.35),basic language communication comp

12、at different sex, age groups,educational level, marital status,employment forms were not statistically significant to the scores of emotion management ability in emergency department nurses; Among age , nursing age and professional title, were significant differences(P0.05); Multi-variate regression

13、 analysis indicated that job burnout,emotional transfer,clinic communication competency were the influencing factors of emotion management for nurses in emergency department.
