3、1 (計( 14.69m( 1580(1.81( 2.02( 吉林化工學院化工原理課程設計 第一章緒論1.1篩板塔的特點 篩板塔板簡稱篩板,結構持點為塔板上開有許多均勻的小孔。根據孔徑的大小,分為小孔徑篩板(孔徑為 38mm)和大孔徑篩板(孔徑為 1025mm)兩類。工業(yè)應用小以小孔徑篩板為主,大孔徑篩板多用于某些特殊場合(如分離粘度大、易結焦的物系)。篩板的優(yōu)點足結構簡單,造價低;板上液面落差小,氣體壓降低,生產能力較大;氣體分散均勻,傳質效率較高。其缺點是篩孔易堵塞,不宜處理易結焦、粘度大的物料。 應予指出,盡管篩板傳質效率高,但若設計和操作不當,易產生漏液,使得操作彈性減小,傳質效率下降
