1、工程安裝合同2019專業(yè)版 2工程地點：甲方_港口。 3工程范圍：本合同所附圖紙及估價單。4完工期限：本安裝工程將配合甲方_在甲方港口建造工程完工后_天內(nèi)，完成安裝工程，其中包括_試驗運行。5安裝工程總價格：_美元整。6安裝工程付款進度：第一期：甲方在本合同開始實施時，付給乙方工程總價15%，即_美元整。第二期：甲方在_港口造船工程開始時，付給乙方工程總價15%，即_美元整；第三期：在安裝管路時，甲方付給乙方工程總價的10%，即_美元整。第四期：在主機的主要設(shè)備運抵工地時，甲方付給乙方工程總價的40%，即_美元整；第五期：在安裝工程完畢時，甲方付給乙方工程總價的10%，即_美元整；第六期：在工

2、程驗收合格后，甲方付給乙方工程總價余額的10%，即_美元整。7違約罰款：因乙方原因未準(zhǔn)時完工時，應(yīng)由乙方負責(zé)，應(yīng)付違約罰款，每天按總價的1%計算，即_美元整。8增加或減少工程：若甲方需修改、增加或減少其工程計劃時，總價之增減，應(yīng)按雙方規(guī)定之訂單計算。若需新增加工程量，雙方應(yīng)另行協(xié)商該項新增加工程之單價。若甲方因修改原計劃而將已完工部分工程或已運抵工地之材料棄置，甲方在驗收后，應(yīng)按雙方規(guī)定的單價對乙方已完成的工程費用及材料費，予以支付。9監(jiān)督進度：甲方派去的監(jiān)督人員或代表對工程進度予以監(jiān)督并有權(quán)予以監(jiān)工、指導(dǎo)。乙方應(yīng)按甲方人員或代表的指示正確施工，不得以任何借口置之不理。10工程停工：若甲方通知

3、乙方將工程停止，其原因又并非是乙方的責(zé)任，乙方可停止工程并要求甲方按照已完成工程的數(shù)量、運抵工地的材料及其他合理費用。在已交款中增付或扣除。11工程監(jiān)護：在工程開始后，但在完工移交前，已完工的工程及留在工地的材料、工具、設(shè)備等，均由乙方保管。除人力不能抵抗的災(zāi)害外，乙方應(yīng)對保管中的一切，負損害之全責(zé)。如遇不可抵抗的天災(zāi)人禍，乙方應(yīng)詳列損害實情，向甲方提出恢復(fù)原狀的價格及日期。以供甲方核對付款之用。若甲方?jīng)Q定不再繼續(xù)施工，按合同第10條規(guī)定結(jié)束。12工程保險：除天災(zāi)或因甲方使用不當(dāng)?shù)脑蛲?，乙方?yīng)在甲方驗收后保證工程質(zhì)量良好_年。13附加條款：在工程進行中，若因乙方的過錯，使甲方或其他人員受到傷

14、tsiteshallbeunderthecustodyofpartybaftercommencementandbeforecompletionanddeliveryofthework.unlessintheeventofforcemajeure，partybshallbefullyresponsibleforanydamageoftheworkunderthecustodyofpartyb.incaseofforcemajeure，partybshallgivealistofdamageaccordingtotheactualconditionandsuggestanexpectedprice

15、anddateforrecoveryfromsuchdamagetopartyaforcheckingandpayment.shouldpartyadecidenottocontinuewiththework，thiscontractshallbeterminatedaccordingtoarticle10hereof.12.warrantyforwork.partybshallwarrantthepromisedconditionoftheworkwithin_year（s）afterthedateofreceivingtheworkbypartya.however，partybshalln
