17、結(jié)2009-2010學(xué)年，在學(xué)院、系部各級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的支持和幫助下，物流管理專業(yè)根據(jù)管理系、經(jīng)管系的安排和本教研室的工作計(jì)劃，以就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向，以服務(wù)學(xué)生為宗旨，以專業(yè)建設(shè)、課程建設(shè)、師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)和物流實(shí)訓(xùn)中心建設(shè)為重點(diǎn)，發(fā)揚(yáng)務(wù)實(shí)進(jìn)取開拓創(chuàng)新的精神，全面較好地完成了各項(xiàng)任務(wù)。一、教學(xué)工作1教學(xué)任務(wù)完成情況物流管理專業(yè)有22個(gè)教學(xué)班，學(xué)生人數(shù)共計(jì)745人，其中08級253人，09級211人，10級271人（含網(wǎng)絡(luò)生23人），專業(yè)老師7人。教師的教學(xué)任務(wù)艱巨，教學(xué)工作量大。2010年，專業(yè)教研室教師累計(jì)授課課程21門，全年完成教學(xué)工作量達(dá)3740課時(shí)，人均課時(shí)量達(dá)533課時(shí)。但是我專業(yè)教師面對艱巨的任務(wù)沒有

18、退縮，以高度的責(zé)任心和使命感完成了學(xué)校布置的教學(xué)任務(wù)，教學(xué)效果評價(jià)分值都在80分以上，受到了學(xué)生的好評。2教學(xué)質(zhì)量控制（1）做好教學(xué)準(zhǔn)備工作，保障教學(xué)秩序。面對學(xué)生人數(shù)多，專業(yè)班級多，教學(xué)任務(wù)繁重的實(shí)際情況，教研室配合系領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，提前做好教學(xué)任務(wù)安排和教材征訂工作。本學(xué)期開學(xué)后課程開出率和教材的到位率均達(dá)到了100%。要求并檢查教研室老師的教案準(zhǔn)備情況，確保教學(xué)活動(dòng)正常有序的運(yùn)行。（2）抓好聽課、評課工作。教研室有計(jì)劃地進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)摸底，交流教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，促進(jìn)新教師的教學(xué)水平的提高。依據(jù)院督導(dǎo)員聽課、系領(lǐng)導(dǎo)聽課、學(xué)生信息員調(diào)查、系期中教學(xué)檢查和教師相互聽課等形式進(jìn)行教學(xué)質(zhì)量監(jiān)控。每學(xué)期對教師進(jìn)行課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)

19、量問卷調(diào)查，并將相關(guān)結(jié)果反饋給相關(guān)教師。通過檢查，對教學(xué)過程進(jìn)行嚴(yán)密監(jiān)控，規(guī)范了教學(xué)行為，有力提升了教學(xué)質(zhì)量。（3）抓好考試管理工作。嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行學(xué)院針對考試管理制定相關(guān)政策，包括對考試命題的要求、試卷管理、評分、成績登記上交等事項(xiàng)的具體規(guī)定。部分專業(yè)課正進(jìn)行試題庫或試卷庫建設(shè)，多位教師同時(shí)開設(shè)的相同課程統(tǒng)一教材、教學(xué)大綱、教學(xué)要求，統(tǒng)一命題。根據(jù)學(xué)院規(guī)定考試課程考試后必須填寫試卷分析表，對學(xué)生成績進(jìn)行分析，檢查試卷的難易程度和教學(xué)目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)程度。（4）認(rèn)真組織教研活動(dòng)。上半年，教研室組織開展教研活動(dòng)近8次，基本做到了平均兩周一次教研活動(dòng)，并認(rèn)真作了會(huì)議記錄。下半年，由于系部及專業(yè)的調(diào)整，教研活動(dòng)

20、主要以說課比賽為切入點(diǎn)，進(jìn)行了4次教研活動(dòng)。教研活動(dòng)針對教學(xué)評估、高職教改、專業(yè)建設(shè)、課程建設(shè)、產(chǎn)學(xué)研結(jié)合等諸多問題進(jìn)行了交流，充分發(fā)揚(yáng)民主。鼓勵(lì)教師參與各類科研活動(dòng)。（5）積極開展職業(yè)資格認(rèn)證工作。積極與社會(huì)聯(lián)系開展助理物流師、中國物流職業(yè)經(jīng)理等證書的認(rèn)證。2010年物流管理專業(yè)助理物流師189人參加考試，178人通過并獲取證書，通過率達(dá)到93.1%；97人參加中國物流職業(yè)證書考試，82獲取證書，通過率達(dá)到84.5%。二、科研工作在繁重的教學(xué)任務(wù)之余，本專業(yè)教師積極參與科研工作。一年來，在各級刊物上累計(jì)發(fā)表文章12篇，主編、副主編、參編教材3本，參與院級課題1項(xiàng)。三、服務(wù)社會(huì)一年來，專業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)

21、人饒坤羅老師走出校園，積極為咸寧經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)服務(wù)。先后為咸寧交通物流發(fā)展局制定咸寧市十二五交通物流發(fā)展規(guī)劃；為咸安交通物流發(fā)展局制定咸安交通物流園區(qū)可行性研究報(bào)告；為通山金龍物流有限公司制定通山金龍物流配送中心可行性研究報(bào)告；為赤壁聯(lián)合運(yùn)輸總公司制定赤壁聯(lián)合動(dòng)輸總公司配送中心建設(shè)項(xiàng)目可行性研究報(bào)告；現(xiàn)正為通山景晨物流有限公司作物流園區(qū)規(guī)劃，這些技術(shù)咨詢服務(wù)，服務(wù)了當(dāng)?shù)厣鐣?huì)，極大地促進(jìn)咸寧物流業(yè)健康有序發(fā)展。與此同時(shí)，向省、市政協(xié)提交了關(guān)于加快咸寧市物流業(yè)發(fā)展的建議、關(guān)于加強(qiáng)國有資產(chǎn)監(jiān)管的建議等多篇高質(zhì)量議案，受到了省市有關(guān)部門的高度重視。四、專業(yè)建設(shè)1質(zhì)量工程建設(shè)一年來，本專業(yè)教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)完成了湖北省

22、高等職業(yè)教育物流管理實(shí)訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)項(xiàng)目申報(bào)并獲湖北省教育廳批準(zhǔn)；進(jìn)行了“國際物流實(shí)務(wù)”課程改革并于2010年被我院評為“院級精品課程”。2教學(xué)方法與手段改革以精品課程建設(shè)為契機(jī)，切實(shí)加強(qiáng)課程建設(shè)和教學(xué)改革。我專業(yè)教師在教學(xué)中大量使用項(xiàng)目式、研討式教學(xué)方法，取得了較好的教學(xué)效果。3師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)一是提高專業(yè)教師的學(xué)歷。根據(jù)專業(yè)教師培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃，本專業(yè)現(xiàn)有聶晗、欽方、萬嫻等3位教師在職攻讀物流管理（物流工程）碩士學(xué)位，預(yù)計(jì)到明年將可取得碩士學(xué)位。二是加強(qiáng)“雙師素質(zhì)”教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)。根據(jù)學(xué)校的安排。署期派萬嫻、欽方兩位教師到企業(yè)一線進(jìn)行頂崗，提高了教師的實(shí)踐能力和動(dòng)手能力。三是安排教師參加各種培訓(xùn)會(huì)、研討會(huì)、

23、教材編寫會(huì)，通過交流與學(xué)習(xí)，提高了教師的教學(xué)能力和專業(yè)水平。4加大校內(nèi)校外實(shí)訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)在原有實(shí)習(xí)基地基礎(chǔ)上，新增了武漢志通物流有限公司、上海榮慶物流有限公司等實(shí)習(xí)基地，并簽訂了校企合作協(xié)議，形成了較為穩(wěn)固的合作關(guān)系。五、專業(yè)取得榮譽(yù)情況12010年湖北省高等職業(yè)教育物流管理實(shí)訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)項(xiàng)目獲湖北省教研廳批準(zhǔn)；2湖北省道路運(yùn)輸行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)授予我院“物流管理先進(jìn)助學(xué)單位”稱號；3中國交通企業(yè)管理委員會(huì)授予我院“中國物流人才培養(yǎng)基地”稱號；4“國際物流實(shí)務(wù)”課程被評為2010年院精品課程；5饒坤羅老師被評為第二屆院“十佳教師”；6饒坤羅老師被評為“湖北省物流職業(yè)教育先進(jìn)個(gè)人”；7饒坤羅老師被評為“中國物

24、流教育優(yōu)秀教師”；8聶晗老師在2010年學(xué)院首屆說課比賽中獲第5名的好成績。六、存在主要問題及改正措施1師資問題。我專業(yè)師資問題主要是年齡結(jié)構(gòu)、職稱結(jié)構(gòu)不合理，教師總量不足。新教師多，職稱低，缺少工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。今后應(yīng)同時(shí)加強(qiáng)教學(xué)方法和雙師素質(zhì)方面的培訓(xùn)；針對年輕教師面臨學(xué)歷提高、晉升職稱等問題，學(xué)院需要有配套的保障措施以穩(wěn)定師資隊(duì)伍；同時(shí)，在師資引進(jìn)方面我們開始加強(qiáng)引進(jìn)高職稱實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的教師。2實(shí)驗(yàn)室問題。物流實(shí)驗(yàn)室建設(shè)已經(jīng)啟動(dòng)，但目前只具備基本的場所，硬件設(shè)備和相關(guān)軟件還不足。我教研室將進(jìn)一步論證物流實(shí)驗(yàn)室建設(shè)方案，同時(shí)建議學(xué)院從增強(qiáng)教學(xué)硬件實(shí)力出發(fā)，加大這方面的投入。3科研問題。在專業(yè)帶頭人

25、和學(xué)術(shù)骨干取得較好科研業(yè)績的同時(shí)，也要看到還有一部分教師的科研經(jīng)驗(yàn)不夠豐富，科研立項(xiàng)不多，成果不多，科研與服務(wù)社會(huì)能力還需進(jìn)一步提高。4校企合作問題。目前，校外實(shí)習(xí)基地不多，管理粗放，利用水平不高。如何提高實(shí)習(xí)基地的數(shù)量和利用水平，更好地服務(wù)教學(xué)的同時(shí)促進(jìn)企業(yè)的發(fā)展，還存在許多改進(jìn)的地方。 物流管理教研室 2010年12月forming the Government, enterprises and the public forces and actively participate in, sharing a strong atmosphere.
