10、后冷卻過(guò)程中避免機(jī)械壓力和過(guò)大震動(dòng)。四、回焊后不允許快速冷卻。五、禁止焊接在變形pcb板上。六、產(chǎn)品不得接觸水、油、有機(jī)溶液。七、產(chǎn)品使用最大溫度值應(yīng)考慮工作電流大小。八、打開(kāi)防潮包裝后7天內(nèi)產(chǎn)品使用完畢。九、重新包裝未使用的產(chǎn)品置防潮袋密封好之后貯存在干燥的地方。十、產(chǎn)品外觀尺寸可更改而不另行通知。十一、防靜電要求：使用產(chǎn)品時(shí)，必須戴防靜電環(huán)或防靜電手套，所有設(shè)備、裝置、機(jī)臺(tái)必須有效接地。十二、該產(chǎn)品必須配置恒流源驅(qū)動(dòng)。(1) in order to aviod absorption of moisture it is recommended that the products are st
