地下室防水技術交底(聚乙烯丙綸)

1、技術交底記錄工程名稱交底日期施工單位分項工程名稱交底提要一、工程概況：玉溪市中心城區(qū)火車站片區(qū)2012年公共租賃住房建設項目（第四標段），總建筑 面積約14萬nf,其中地下建筑面積約為 22000 %共7棟2932層商住樓和5棟商 業(yè)，地下一層。本工程地下室基礎防水除混凝土自防水外，外做柔性防水采用聚乙烯 丙綸卷材復合防水層。二、施工準備：（一）、機具準備：攪拌容器、攪拌電鉆、手提桶、橡膠刮板、剪刀、掃帚、鐵鍬等。（二）、材料準備：所用材料為聚乙烯丙綸復合防水卷材材料進場復試：以同一生產廠家的統(tǒng)一品牌，同一等級的產品，100卷以下抽2卷，進行規(guī)格尺寸和外觀質量檢驗，進行復試的卷材將卷材切除距外

2、層卷頭 300 mm后 順縱向切取2000nlm的的全副卷材2塊，一塊作物理性能檢驗用，另一塊備用。（三）、作業(yè)條件：1、提前做好材料進場的復試工作，在施工前要提前進行，以免影響工期。2、基礎墊層及防水保護墻即磚胎模已施工完畢，并通過有關人員驗收，辦理好相 關的驗收手續(xù)，且墊層及防水保護墻粉刷層已干燥。3、按防水卷材粘貼要求，所有粘貼卷材部位的陰陽角必須做成半徑為20mnM 45度折角，以保證防水卷材粘貼牢固。三、施工工藝及方法：1、底板防水施工施工工藝：基層清理 涂刷底層處理劑 彈出附加層邊線 鋪貼卷材標準線附加層施工第一層卷材防水層施工第二層卷材防水層施工封邊抹20厚1:2.5水泥砂漿找平

5、寬度 500mm按照彈好的位置線用聚合物水泥膠與基層粘貼牢固。具 體做法見下圖。陰身處卷材附加層鋪貼方法陽角處卷材附加層循貼方法卷材鋪貼方法：在墊層和胎膜上全部采用滿鋪法：將成卷的防水卷材按彈好的標 準位置放于基層下面，把聚合物水泥防水膠按一袋膠粘劑1公斤與6到12公斤水泥干混均勻后，用電動工具邊攪拌邊加水 27.5至32.5公斤，攪拌均勻后加入剩余的水 泥，然后用電動攪拌器攪拌均勻，攪拌至無沉淀無凝塊無泡沫即可用，并在規(guī)定時間 內用完。并將其底面與基層之間的空氣全部排出。卷材搭接：卷材的長邊、短邊之間 壓邊均不小于10CR1在立面與平面的轉角處，卷材的接縫應在平面上，距立面不小于 600mm

6、處。接縫處要用聚合物粘貼牢固，以邊緣擠出聚合物為合格，隨即刮封接口， 防止出現(xiàn)張嘴和翹邊，使之成為一個完整的防水層。卷材與基層粘結面積不應小于 90%第一層聚乙烯丙綸防水卷材施工完畢經檢查驗收合格后，方可進行第二層聚乙烯丙綸防水卷材的施工，即將成卷的防水卷材按彈好的標準位置放于第一層聚乙烯丙綸防 水卷材上面，用聚合物水泥防水膠卷材粘接，邊用雙手壓緊卷材慢慢地滾鋪，將基底 面與基層粘貼牢固。上、下兩層卷材順一個方向平行鋪貼，接縫須錯開三分之一卷材 幅寬，端部接頭應錯開300mmz上，卷材鋪貼后24h內嚴禁上人或在其上進行下一道 工序施工。大面積的卷材鋪貼完，要對卷材的橫豎接縫進行封邊處理，將流出

10、e c - ee技術交底記錄工程名稱交底日期施工單位分項工程名稱交底提要封邊處理：大面積的卷材鋪貼完，要對卷材的橫豎接縫進行封邊處理，將流出的 膠粘劑用鐵抹子輕輕抹平，使其形成明顯的膠粘帶條。鋪貼卷材經監(jiān)理和甲方人員檢查驗收合格后，方可抹20厚1:2.5水泥砂漿找平與其他臨邊建筑防水卷材要富于 200300mnmZ便于防水的整體效果。2、外墻立面防水施工：外墻立面防水施工工藝同底板防水施工工藝施工方法：1）清理基層：要求基層無雜物、塵土或滯留砂漿，用2m長直尺檢查，基層與直尺之間的最大空隙不應超過 5mm空隙僅允許平緩變化，且每米長度內不得多于一處。2）基層處理完畢后，涂刷涂刷底層處理劑，要求

11、采用滿涂。3）對結構墻體陰陽角做500mn®聚乙烯丙綸布防水附加層。4）立面鋪貼大面卷材，具工藝流程與底板第一層施工工藝相同，5）外墻與底板磚胎模之間防水層預留錯縫搭接長度處，采用加300mm寬封口條的方法加固。6）卷材末端收頭用橡膠瀝青嵌縫膏嵌固填實。四、檢查與驗收：1、防水基層：基層必須牢固，無松動現(xiàn)象?；鶎颖砻娴年庩柦翘幘龀蓤A角或鈍角基層表面應清潔、干燥，不得有起砂、起皮等現(xiàn)象。基層處理劑涂刷均勻無漏刷，不得出現(xiàn)透底等現(xiàn)象。卷材防水層表面應平整，用 2m長直尺檢查，基層與直尺間的最大空隙不應超過5mm且每米長度內不得多于一處，空隙僅允許平緩變化。然后補抹1:2.5水泥砂漿找平

22、加強成品的控制；已鋪好的卷材防水層，應及時保護措施，不得受尖物的刺碰，以免損傷防水層。陰陽角、管根等防水層，不得損傷變形。防水層驗收合格后，要派專人看護，作好書面交底，責任到人。所有鋪好的防水層上，嚴禁穿釘鞋的人員進入施工現(xiàn)場，不得堆放防水以外的材料、設備；嚴禁鑿眼打洞。在作防水保護層時，手推車等硬物必須加軟保護，盡量使用平鍬，推手推車時， 防水層上必須有可靠的鋪墊物。防水施工前應認真聽取氣象報告，在天氣晴好時抓緊時間施工，雨天或五級風沙 天暫停施工，以免表面出現(xiàn)缺陷。底板、外墻鋼筋綁扎時應注意不應碰撞防水保護墻，防止穿破保護層損壞防水層。 防止施工過程電焊，機戒意外以壞卷材。3、安全保證措施
