33、定能有所幫助。一、你來(lái)這里能干什么?對(duì)這類咄咄逼人的難題,主試人提出其意圖有二:一是懷疑、不信任這位求職者的學(xué)歷、資歷或經(jīng)驗(yàn)并暗示不大可能錄用;二是有意出此難題,以誘使對(duì)方盡可能地表白自己,從而更深入了解此人。答問(wèn)策略:1 先從心理上要穩(wěn)住,別慌亂,別氣餒,別急著辯白。2 應(yīng)把這類難題當(dāng)成進(jìn)一步申明這職位適合你的種種條件和理由,即我到這里能干什么工作。既要自信,又要實(shí)事求是。3 應(yīng)聘前先要把自己的資歷與經(jīng)驗(yàn)和用人單位職位的條件一一分析清楚,列出種種適合的理由,這樣在答問(wèn)時(shí)就會(huì)慷慨陳詞、條理井然了。4 不要長(zhǎng)篇大論,能說(shuō)清楚就夠了。5 態(tài)度要不卑不亢,不要一聽對(duì)方認(rèn)為你干不了,你就乞求對(duì)方。因?yàn)?/p>
34、用人單位不會(huì)因可憐誰(shuí)就錄用誰(shuí)的。二、你為什么有興趣到這里找工作?用人單位對(duì)某些學(xué)歷、資歷比較高的求職者常提類似的問(wèn)題,其意圖是:1怕這人將來(lái)跳槽,工作不安心,把新工作當(dāng)成一塊跳板。2進(jìn)一步考驗(yàn)這種人,看他們有沒(méi)有決心到這里來(lái)踏實(shí)工作。3多用反問(wèn)句、設(shè)問(wèn)句的口氣提出,考察應(yīng)聘者的態(tài)度變化。答問(wèn)策略:1 應(yīng)聘人聽到這類提問(wèn)應(yīng)該推斷出自己的條件還不錯(cuò),用人單位可能出于擔(dān)心自己不安心所致。所以要態(tài)度誠(chéng)懇地指出有興趣來(lái)此的原因:(a)專業(yè)對(duì)口;(b)公司有發(fā)展;(c)工作環(huán)境優(yōu)越;(d)聽朋友介紹這家公司的老板是“伯樂(lè)”;(e)有更多到外國(guó)工作的機(jī)會(huì);(f)經(jīng)常出差適合自己的興趣;(g)離家近;(h)福
35、利待遇特別好,等等。(只需點(diǎn)出即可,不必大加渲染)2 以比較堅(jiān)決的口氣表白自己如何喜歡這個(gè)部門并愿為它效勞。3 別忙中出錯(cuò)或言多語(yǔ)失。比如對(duì)方是一個(gè)臺(tái)灣人開的公司,你卻說(shuō):我很希望為泰國(guó)的公司工作,泰國(guó)是一個(gè)美麗的發(fā)展中國(guó)家。這會(huì)讓對(duì)方啼笑皆非的。三、你自認(rèn)為有什么優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)?主試人想通過(guò)這一類問(wèn)題的解答了解到:1這個(gè)人能否對(duì)自己做出正確的估價(jià)。因?yàn)椴荒芄烙?jì)自己的人,往往也不會(huì)正確地評(píng)價(jià)自己的工作;2主試人最關(guān)注的是該人的缺點(diǎn)、弱點(diǎn),如這方面的問(wèn)題比較突出,那就不適合做某項(xiàng)工作。答問(wèn)策略:1 參加面試前,應(yīng)對(duì)個(gè)人的優(yōu)點(diǎn)缺點(diǎn)有所認(rèn)識(shí),必要時(shí)聽聽家人或朋友的評(píng)價(jià)。千萬(wàn)不要一聽對(duì)方問(wèn)這類問(wèn)題就不知如何是
