1、中國環(huán)境法（全英）課程教學(xué)大綱一、課程基本信息課程代碼：課程名稱：中國環(huán)境法（全英）英文名稱：China Environmental Law課程類別：專業(yè)必修學(xué) 時(shí)：48學(xué)分：3適用對象: 國際學(xué)生（國際經(jīng)濟(jì)法方向）考核方式：閉卷筆試先修課程：法理學(xué)二、課程簡介中文簡介 中國環(huán)境法（全英）是面向國際學(xué)生（國際經(jīng)濟(jì)法方向）的一門專業(yè)必修課程。這門課主要講述當(dāng)代中國環(huán)境資源法理論，以及現(xiàn)行的主要環(huán)境污染防治法。環(huán)境資源法是社會(huì)生活中極為重要的法律，與所有社會(huì)成員密切相關(guān)。學(xué)習(xí)和掌握環(huán)境資源法，不僅在理論上十分必要，而且對國際學(xué)生了解中國社會(huì)主義生態(tài)文明建設(shè)，實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展，具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。對于

2、國際學(xué)生來說，環(huán)境資源法的學(xué)習(xí)會(huì)使學(xué)生更好地理解中國環(huán)境法，從法治的角度洞察環(huán)境污染和資源破壞問題，從而能更有效的運(yùn)用所學(xué)知識，為其他專業(yè)課程的學(xué)習(xí)打下更為堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。英文簡介 China Environment law is a major required course for international students of international economic law direction. The course mainly tells the China environment laws theory, and the major pollution prevention

3、acts. It is a very important law in the society because it is related with everyone. Studying and grasping environment law is necessary not only in the theory, but also in the socialist ecological culture construction and sustainable development. To international students, studying environment law c

4、an make the students understand the major knowledge more deeply, have an insight to China environment pollution and natural resource damage from the rule of law. As a result, the students can make best use of the major knowledge, and lay a more solid foundation for other major courses.三、課程性質(zhì)與教學(xué)目的中國環(huán)

5、境法（全英）是國際學(xué)生（國際經(jīng)濟(jì)法方向）的核心課程之一，列為必修課。針對修過法理學(xué)等課程本科生的知識背景和能力特點(diǎn)，中國環(huán)境法（全英）課程力圖在已有法學(xué)基本理論的基礎(chǔ)上，全面深入地講授中國環(huán)境法的基本理論和主要內(nèi)容，結(jié)合實(shí)際，啟發(fā)學(xué)生獲得分析和解決環(huán)境法問題的興趣和思路，使他們學(xué)習(xí)理解和分析環(huán)境法問題的基本方法。通過本課程的教學(xué)，力求使學(xué)生達(dá)到：1.深入掌握中國環(huán)境法的基本理論；2.能夠理解環(huán)境法律問題，自覺運(yùn)用環(huán)境法原理分析現(xiàn)實(shí)中的環(huán)境法問題。四、教學(xué)內(nèi)容及要求Chapter I General Background（一） 目的與要求1 理解和掌握中國環(huán)境法產(chǎn)生的地理、文化、人口等背景； 2
