2、學(xué)方式:講授與實驗相結(jié)合教學(xué)的目的與要求:本科程要求學(xué)生通過學(xué)習(xí)免疫的概念、免疫系統(tǒng)的組成、免疫分子和免疫細胞、免疫應(yīng)答的調(diào)節(jié)和免疫效應(yīng)機制,掌握免疫學(xué)的基本理論和基礎(chǔ)知識,為生物制藥專業(yè)方向的學(xué)生進一步學(xué)習(xí)其他專業(yè)課打下堅實的理論基礎(chǔ),將免疫學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)理論和實驗技術(shù)應(yīng)用到該專業(yè)的其他學(xué)科。免疫學(xué)及免疫生物制品是一門實踐性很強的實驗科學(xué),要求在教學(xué)中充分重視實驗課,使學(xué)生初步掌握研究免疫學(xué)及免疫生物制品的基本方法與實驗技術(shù),培養(yǎng)嚴謹?shù)目茖W(xué)態(tài)度、創(chuàng)新精神與分析問題和解決問題的能力。課程教材:于善謙,王洪海等,免疫學(xué)導(dǎo)論,高等教育出版社參考教材:龔非力主編,醫(yī)學(xué)免疫學(xué),科學(xué)出版社,2004年Roit
