1、高等教育出版社英語基礎模塊 1Unit 8How can I get to the nearest bank?(Lead-in, Listening and Speaking A)教學設計一、學情分析本節(jié)課授課對象是我校酒店服務與管理專業(yè)一年級學生。該專業(yè)學生在日常生活和今后的職場中會經(jīng)常遇到外國人問路的情況,由于學生對問路和指路相關短語不熟悉,在日常生活中對此類場景缺乏應有的體驗和感知,故不能較好地幫助他人解決問,因此,本節(jié)課將借助圖片、游戲、任務及多媒體技術幫助學生在初中基礎上提高相關語言知識和技能。希望通過本課的學習能使基礎較弱的學生在被鼓勵中一步步理解問路的表達,能借助肢體語言和簡單的
2、祈使句為他人指路,以樹立他們的自信心;使基礎好的學生,能掌握指路的相關祈使句的表達,幫助問路者解決問題,培養(yǎng)學生樂于助人、相互幫助的高尚品德。二、教材分析1. 教學內容本節(jié)課內容選自高等教育出版社出版的中等職業(yè)學校英語教材英語(基礎模塊)1,總主編是林立和王篤勤兩位教授。所選單元為第八單元,題目是:How can I get to the nearest bank? 本學時所選內容為:Lead-in, Listening and Speaking中的對話A。問路和指路是學生在日常生活和職業(yè)場景中經(jīng)常會遇到的,學好此部分內容特別是聽說部分,有利于學生今后在生活和工作中更好地幫助外國客人,讓他們在
3、助人為樂的氛圍中體驗語言交流的樂趣,同時也能突出中職英語課程的工具性和實踐性。在設計中,我把書上P114中的任務認識路標融入任務中學習;用問路的練習替換了P116任務中的內容,這樣可以在實際教學中培養(yǎng)學生的自主學習能力。 2. 教學重點、難點 1)教學重點:掌握并能運用與問路和指路相關的短語和句式,如: a. Excuse me. How can I get to the nearest ? b. Excuse me. Where is.?c. Is it by the roadside? a. Go across / along the road. Its on your right / l
4、eft. b. Turn right / left at the crossroads/ first traffic lights. You cant miss it. c. Take the turn on the right / left. d. Go up/down stairs to the floor /Take lift to the floor. e. Its beside/ next to/ betweenand/ opposite/across from.2)教學難點:由于學生對問路和指路相關短語不熟悉,在日常生活中對此類場景缺乏應有的體驗和感知,利用相關短語恰當解決所遇到的
5、問路的問題就成為了本節(jié)課教學的難點。三、教學目標1. 知識目標:1)學生能借助圖片,通過參與游戲,完成任務等活動,掌握與問路相關的短語和句式;2)能利用已有知識看懂路線標志指示。2. 技能目標:1)借助肢體語言,理解有關問路和指示方位的對話; 2)能運用How can I get to 等句式問詢方位,并能根據(jù)具體情境運用以下祈使句回答。a. Go across / along the road. b. Turn right / left at the crossroads.c. Turn left / right at the first traffic lights.d. Take the
6、 second turn on the right / left.3. 情感態(tài)度目標:1)培養(yǎng)學生講文明、懂禮貌的習慣和助人為樂的精神。2)學會與人合作的學習形式,培養(yǎng)團隊合作意識和競爭精神,建立良好的人際關系。四、教學步驟和設計目的教學步驟教師活動學生活動設計意圖和效果預測Pre-classpreparation1. Ask students two questions before they watch the video.Q 1: Does the white man show the boy right way?Q 2: Will you do as the white man when someone asks you the way?2. Play the video.1. Questions can help students establish right attitude to help others and arouse their interests to watch.Lead-in(10 minutes )Learning the phrases Step one: learning1. Show students a road sign to the hospital.2. Ask students a question and guide
10、them to answer it to lead in the learning of phrases.Q: How do you show the boy the way to the hospital? 3. Have students read the phrases after teacher.1. Look at the road sign and answer the question. 2. Learn the phrases by pictures. 3. Read the phrases out loud after the teacher. 1. Lead in the
11、phrases naturally.2. Pictures and the outstanding of key words can have students memorize the phrases better.3. Cultivate students language sense.Step two: task 1After students complete the task, encourage some members in every group to speak out their answers.1. Complete task 1 on P114.2. Group mem
