1、.一、四大面試之流程四大會(huì)計(jì)師事務(wù)所 ,“安永大華” 、“普華永道中天” ，“德勤華永”和“畢馬威”的面試題之所以成為許多外企效仿的“樣板題”，有三個(gè)非常重要的原因：一是因?yàn)椤八拇蟆边M(jìn)駐校園的招聘時(shí)間幾乎是所有大企業(yè)中最早的，例如德勤的宣講會(huì)是10 月底召開(kāi)的，普華永道是 11 月初，使得他們的題型有充分的時(shí)間在業(yè)界流通。其次也是非常關(guān)鍵的一點(diǎn)，那就是實(shí)際上很多大公司招聘都并非自己命題，而是把面試題交給專(zhuān)門(mén)的面試公司負(fù)責(zé)。因此，有一些公司往往“共享”同一家出題的企業(yè)，這使得“似曾相識(shí)”的幾率大大提升。第三是因?yàn)橥ǔＲ恍┲髽I(yè)的大學(xué)生面試都有一套嚴(yán)格的模式和流程，而“四大” 作為它們其中的代表

7、cal,English writing test） 3、 AC(Assessment Center評(píng)估中心 ) 小組面試 4、 partner 面試。四大的面試分為此幾項(xiàng)，而每一項(xiàng)中又有不同的面試環(huán)節(jié)，分別考察著面試者的不同方面的素質(zhì)。作為最經(jīng)典的面試流程， “四大”的招聘往往包含招聘中最重要的幾個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。其一是職業(yè)能力傾向測(cè)試，它能夠測(cè)試出一個(gè)人的性格，面對(duì)壓力和挑戰(zhàn)的承受能力和其他一系列職業(yè)特征品質(zhì)。 在面試中它雖然只是作為參考因素，但往往在最后時(shí)刻對(duì)于你最終的去留有決定性的影響。例如，當(dāng)被問(wèn)及“誰(shuí)一直對(duì)你的職業(yè)生涯有重要影響”時(shí)，正是試圖了解你的求職動(dòng)機(jī)、 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)和能力特長(zhǎng)， 同時(shí)考察你

8、的思維連貫性、語(yǔ)言表達(dá)力等等。第二是邏輯類(lèi)題型和智力類(lèi)題型。這類(lèi)題目多在筆試時(shí)出現(xiàn)，內(nèi)容多種多樣， 如腦筋急轉(zhuǎn)彎、 趣味數(shù)學(xué)等等，題目主要是考察你的思維能力，有時(shí)候根本沒(méi)有一個(gè)固定的答案，關(guān)鍵是你在回答中體現(xiàn)出來(lái)的思路。從這點(diǎn)來(lái)說(shuō)，解答的過(guò)程更加重要。例如：一個(gè)正三角形的每個(gè)角上各有一只螞蟻。 每只螞蟻開(kāi)始朝另一只螞蟻?zhàn)鲋本€運(yùn)動(dòng)，目標(biāo)角是隨機(jī)選擇。 螞蟻互不相撞的概率是多少？答案可以是：只有兩種方法可以讓螞蟻避免相撞：或者它們?nèi)宽槙r(shí)針運(yùn)動(dòng)， 或者它們?nèi)磕鏁r(shí)針運(yùn)動(dòng)。選擇一只螞蟻， 一旦它確定了自己是逆時(shí)針或者是順時(shí)針運(yùn)動(dòng)， 其他的螞蟻就必須做相同方向的運(yùn)動(dòng)才能避免相撞。由于螞蟻運(yùn)動(dòng)的方向是隨
