3、纜橋架安裝工作正常有序地進(jìn)行,力求施工周期最短、確保技術(shù)、安全可靠的方案編制原則，根據(jù)國(guó)家、業(yè)主的規(guī)范要求，特編制此電纜橋架安裝施工方案，以說明安裝過程中施工方法、施工用料、施工順序。In order to ensure normal and proper field installation for electrical and instrument cable tray safe successful completion of the work, this installation procedure is specially prepared as per the national s

10、etails；4.2.2 對(duì)進(jìn)入現(xiàn)場(chǎng)作業(yè)人員進(jìn)行安全培訓(xùn)和施工技術(shù)交底；The person who enter into site and do construction work will be trained in the safety and accepted technical clarification.4.3 材料準(zhǔn)備Preparation for material 4.3.1根據(jù)合同內(nèi)容和施工圖紙資料，準(zhǔn)確的提出施工主材和消耗性材料用量以及時(shí)開展采購(gòu)工作；Material preparation: since short construction period and tigh

11、t time, it shall accurately work out primary construction material and consumptions according to contract and drawing to timely carry out procurement；4.3.2 本工程中，管廊上電纜橋架（600mm以上）采用熱鍍鋅鋼質(zhì)托盤式，B204廠區(qū)內(nèi)電纜橋架（600mm）采用熱鍍鋅鋼質(zhì)托盤式，電氣橋架（300mm）采用熱鍍鋅鋼質(zhì)梯架式，儀表橋架（300以下）采用不銹鋼格柵式。B252廠區(qū)內(nèi)電氣橋架（300mm）以上使用梯架，以下使用隔柵式橋架，儀表橋架（3

12、00mm）以上使用托盤式橋架、以下使用隔柵式橋架。其中電纜橋架（600mm及以上）由業(yè)主供應(yīng)， 電纜橋架（600mm以下）由承包商供應(yīng);In this project, equal to and more than 600mm hot galvanized steel cable tray will be adopted on the outside pipe rack and 600mm hot galvanized cable tray will be installed for electrical and 300mm hot galvanized cable ladder will b

14、inless steel grid tray will be used in equal and less 300mm for instrument in B252 area; cable tray(600mm and above) will be supplied by the owner, less 600mm cable tray will be purchased by contractor. 4.3.3 電動(dòng)工具、測(cè)試儀器應(yīng)符合BAYER的使用要求，工機(jī)具的使用應(yīng)有效期內(nèi)；Machinery, tool and test instrument preparation: the ele

15、ctric tool and standard test instrument shall be in compliance with AKC requirement and within valid period；4.4 驗(yàn)收及保管Acceptance and keeping4.4.1 電纜橋架到場(chǎng)后應(yīng)及時(shí)進(jìn)行材料驗(yàn)收； Materials acceptance shall be done in a timely manner for cable tray after delivery to site.4.4.2 檢查廠家技術(shù)文件、合格證和質(zhì)保書是否齊全。出廠產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)是否符合設(shè)計(jì)要求；The

16、 manufacturers technical documents, certificates of compliance and quality certificates shall be checked for completeness and the product data be checked for compliance with the design requirements；4.4.3 橋架及附件齊全、表面光滑、不變形，型號(hào)規(guī)格符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。The cable tray and accessories shall be complete and have smooth and

20、teelP4141米m20005、 橋架安裝技術(shù)要求Technical Requirements for Cable Tray Installation5.1 嚴(yán)格按設(shè)計(jì)圖紙施工。安裝前與工藝、設(shè)備等專業(yè)圖紙進(jìn)行會(huì)審，以免發(fā)生碰撞后，二次拆裝；The construction shall be performed strictly as per the design drawings. The drawings for process, equipment shall be reviewed before installation to avoid interference and re-wo

21、rk；5.2 橋架及其支架和引入、引出的網(wǎng)格橋架必須可靠連接且應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定：Cable tray and its supports and its branch grid tray shall be reliably connected and comply with the following specification：5.2.1 電纜橋架直線段每隔30米應(yīng)安裝一膨脹節(jié)，并且在膨脹節(jié)處增加橋架跨接線；Expansion joint will be added in strait line segment at interval of 30m when cable tray be inst

22、alled and jumper wire will be connected from one cable tray to another in the place of expansion joint.5.2.2 電纜橋架在彎曲處的彎曲半徑，不得小于橋架內(nèi)電纜最小彎曲半徑；電纜最小彎曲半徑見下表： The bending radius of cable tray at the bend shall not be smaller than minimum bending radius of cable inside cable tray；Minimum bending radius of c

24、 if no requirements, the spacing for horizontal supports shall be 2.5m and that for vertical supports shall be no greater than 2m；individual support will be added in the elbow and tee.5.2.4 橋架支架與各種鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的連接都采用卡接方式，不得焊接，如若需焊接必須事先獲得業(yè)主的批準(zhǔn)認(rèn)可，方可施焊，焊接必須牢固可靠，且要對(duì)施焊的部位采用防腐處理；The support of cable tray connect to

25、 all kinds of steel structure with bolt , not allow to weld. The welding of brackets and supports with structural steel shall be approved by the Owner ahead of time and the welding shall be reliable and will be done anti-corrosive treatment for the welding point.5.2.5 橋架連接應(yīng)使用橋架廠家的連接片通過螺栓連接。螺栓應(yīng)帶有平墊片和

26、防松墊片,The cable trays shall be bolted with each other using the connection pieces supplied by the cable tray manufacturer. The bolt shall have flat washer and spring washer；5.2.6 橋架與橋架支架的連接用專用的橋架壓板，通過螺栓連接緊固； Special compressed plate will be adopted to connect cable tray and its support fastened by bo

27、lt.5.2.7 所有用螺栓緊固的材料、設(shè)備，在緊固前必須在螺桿上涂層放防卡劑； All kinds of material and equipment with bolt fastening should coat anti seize agent in the screw before fastening.5.3 電纜橋架敷設(shè)在易燃、易爆氣體管道和熱力管道的下方，與管道的最小凈距應(yīng)符合下表：The minimum clearance between the cable tray laid under the inflammable and explosive gas piping &

29、述要求時(shí)必須加裝隔熱板；Thermal baffle will be installed if not in line with above requirement.5.4 不同防火區(qū)的橋架，應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)要求，采取防火、隔離措施；Fireproof and isolation measures shall be taken for the cable trays laid inside vertical shaft or across different fireproof areas；5.5 對(duì)于SPCII廠房?jī)?nèi)部所有600mm寬的橋架，必須在橋架內(nèi)敷設(shè)一根95mm2的裸銅絞線作為接地線，然后分

30、別與SPCI主橋架內(nèi)95mm2的裸銅絞線相連接，對(duì)于主管廊上的橋架，應(yīng)在最上層電纜橋架內(nèi)敷設(shè)一根95 mm2的裸銅絞線作為接地線，并且分別與全廠接地網(wǎng)連接。電氣橋架必須有良好的電氣通路，橋架兩端并且每隔30m做一次接地線；95mm2 bare copper stranded wire as a earthling line will be laid in all 600mm cable tray inside the SPCII workshop and connected to another 95mm2 bare copper stranded wire in the SPCI cable

31、 tray. A piece of 95 mm2 bare copper stranded wire as a earthling line will be laid in the top cable tray of outside pipe rack and connected to main earthling net of factory. All cable tray should have good electric conductivity and earthling wire will be installed in each 30M in the cable tray.5.6

32、安裝結(jié)束后保證橋架不應(yīng)有明顯的波形彎或蛇形彎。在電纜安裝結(jié)束后，主管廊最上層橋架應(yīng)蓋上蓋板，廠房?jī)?nèi)部600mm寬的電纜橋架需加蓋板，300mm寬度及以下無需加蓋板；After completion of cable tray installation, it shall be ensured that there is no visible wave or snake type curve. 34、ray pre-fabrication7.2.1 根據(jù)橋架施工圖，合理安排橋架支架安裝位置，標(biāo)注好橋架支架安裝的具體位置，計(jì)算出每根支架的尺寸，在事先選好的C型鋼材上標(biāo)出相應(yīng)的位置；標(biāo)出后統(tǒng)一拿到預(yù)制場(chǎng)地加工，嚴(yán)禁在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)加工支架.對(duì)于裝納電纜容量大的橋架應(yīng)選用背靠背疊在一處的C型鋼支架，增強(qiáng)支架強(qiáng)度；We will arrange the reasonable location of support of cable tray and make label when we install it according to cable tray drawing, We will also calc

35、ulate each support size and draw detail position in the C steel we selected in advance. After finishing position in the c steel, support will be made in the pre-fabrication shop and avoid making support in the installation site. Double C steel support of back against back installed is adopted for he

36、avy load cable in the cable tray in order to reinforce strength. 7.2.2 切割時(shí)用砂輪切割機(jī)切割，嚴(yán)禁動(dòng)用氣焊、電焊切割，然后清除毛刺，并打磨光滑；Abrasive cutting machine will be used to cut support of cable tray and it is forbidden to use welding machine to cut. after finishing cutting, removing burrs and make it smooth.7.2.3 對(duì)預(yù)制加工部位噴上

37、鍍鋅漆，并對(duì)預(yù)制好支架做好標(biāo)識(shí)；Galvanized lacquer will be sprayed in the processed part of support, sign will be made and put in the processed support.7.3 橋架支架安裝；Installation for support of cable tray7.3.1 對(duì)于建筑物內(nèi)安裝的橋架，應(yīng)在橋架末端和變高處先安裝橋架支架；The end and elbow position of cable tray as well as the place height varied wil

38、l be installed support first according to design requirement.7.3.2 然后在同一水平長(zhǎng)度段，以不超過20m為一間隔先安裝首尾兩個(gè)立柱，然后拉一直線，以此線為參照安裝中間其他立柱；Each 20M of cable tray firstly install two hanging bracket for the both end in the same horizontal length of cable tray , then draw a straight line, refer to this strait line, oth

39、er support can be installed between these two hanging bracket.7.3.3 對(duì)于安裝在鋼結(jié)構(gòu)上的支架，直接用卡扣卡在鋼結(jié)構(gòu)上，用螺栓緊固，不得焊接；Support installed in the steel structure will be used clamp and bolt to install not allow to welding.7.3.4 吊頂安裝在樓面的支架，先標(biāo)出需要打眼部位，用沖擊電錘鉆出合適的孔洞，通過內(nèi)膨脹螺栓固定預(yù)制好的支架；If bracket need to install in the struc

40、ture ceiling, firstly draw hole position and make hole with electric punch hammer drill, then bracket be fixed by expansion bolt.7.4 橋架預(yù)制Cable tray prefabrication7.4.1 橋架預(yù)制都在預(yù)制場(chǎng)地進(jìn)行，預(yù)制橋架過程中，只允許用切割機(jī)進(jìn)行切割，嚴(yán)禁用電焊、氣焊切割，切割完后清楚毛刺并打磨光滑；the cable tray will be prefabricated in the prefabrication shop. abrasive

41、cutting machine will be used to cut prefabricated cable tray and it is forbidden using welding machine to cut. after finishing cutting, removing burrs and make it smooth.7.4.2 Galvanized lacquer will be sprayed in the processed part of cable tray.對(duì)于鍍鋅橋架,應(yīng)在預(yù)制處噴涂鍍鋅漆；7.4.3 不準(zhǔn)用電焊直接把兩段橋架焊在一起；It is forbid

42、den to connect two cable tray with welding method.7.5 橋架安裝Installation for cable tray7.5.1 橋架安裝前應(yīng)盡量在地面進(jìn)行預(yù)組裝；對(duì)于管廊處大跨距橋架，直接在支架上安裝；The cable tray will be assembled in the floor as best as we can before installation.7.5.2 在地面預(yù)組裝完后，將橋架架上托臂，把橋架調(diào)整水平，然后用壓板固定；After finishing assemble, cable tray will be put

43、on the bracket arm, then make leveling and fixed by clamping plate.7.5.3 橋架固定應(yīng)牢固，連接無錯(cuò)邊，連接板螺栓應(yīng)緊固且螺母應(yīng)位于橋架槽的外側(cè),螺帽應(yīng)安裝在內(nèi)側(cè)。The cable tray will be firmly fixed, there is no change in the connection joint; bolt will be tighten in the connection plate and nut will be outside in the cable tray, head of bolt w

44、ill be inside in the cable tray.7.5.4 連接螺栓前應(yīng)在螺栓上噴上防卡劑；Before connecting bolt, anti block agent will be sprayed in the bolt.7.5.5 同一水平面橋架水平度要一致、無變形，多層橋架間距應(yīng)保持一致；The horizontality should be the same in the same horizontal and no deformation; The distance of cable tray between layer should keep the same

45、.7.5.6 橋架穿越樓板洞、墻洞，應(yīng)用防火膠泥密封；Cable tray through floor hole and wall hole,fire proof clay will be used to seal hole after cable to be laid.7.6 橋架接地線敷設(shè)Laying earthling wire of cable tray.7.6.1 橋架安裝完后，應(yīng)對(duì)橋架做接地處理，詳見第5.5條After cable tray be installed, earthling of cable tray will be done according to techni

46、cal requirement. see item 5.5、 施工注意事項(xiàng)及措施Construction precaution and measurement to be taken8.1 SPCII電纜橋架安裝大部分是在生產(chǎn)與施工的環(huán)境下同時(shí)進(jìn)行，務(wù)必要求所有進(jìn)入生產(chǎn)區(qū)域現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工的人員不得接觸任何與施工無關(guān)的設(shè)備，并且嚴(yán)禁碰撞生產(chǎn)設(shè)備、管線，施工用的材料只能堆放在指定的場(chǎng)所，當(dāng)日施工結(jié)束后，必須清掃干凈；In SPCII project, cable tray be installed is under production and operation environment in the

47、same workshop, It is required that all construction people can not touch any irrespective equipment with construction and forbidden to hit any production equipment and pipe. The material using for construction only put appointed site. Work finished every day, construction site should be cleaned.8.2

48、生產(chǎn)區(qū)域內(nèi)介質(zhì)都為有毒的液體、氣體或粉末狀物質(zhì)，在建筑物內(nèi)生產(chǎn)區(qū)域施工時(shí)，應(yīng)設(shè)置警戒線，只能在規(guī)定的警戒線范圍內(nèi)施工；從管廊進(jìn)入B204區(qū)域橋架施工時(shí)，應(yīng)在施工區(qū)域內(nèi)搭設(shè)防護(hù)欄，并且派專人看管，施工時(shí)嚴(yán)禁動(dòng)用電焊或氣焊；There are a lot of poisonous gas and liquid material in production area, guarding line will be set up in construction area of inside building. Construction only be made within stated guardin

49、g line. When cable tray be installed from outside pipe rack into B204 area, guard rail will be established in this construction area and should have person to be in charge. Welding will be prohibited in the construction. 8.3 在防爆區(qū)域內(nèi)施工時(shí)，要求所有施工用電器設(shè)備都具有防爆功能，所用的臨時(shí)施工電源要求使用防爆插座，并配置防爆插頭；When construction ma

50、de in the anti-detonation area, It is required that all electrical appliance for construction should have explosion proof function and all temporary power should use explosion proof receptacle and plug.8.4 在生產(chǎn)區(qū)域施工時(shí)，施工用電源線不能直接跟運(yùn)行設(shè)備、管線接觸，應(yīng)加工電纜掛鉤掛臨時(shí)電源線，掛鉤也不能掛在設(shè)備及管線上，并且掛鉤上應(yīng)用塑料套管隔離。When construction made

Leased clamp be used for hanging the temporary power cable and can not hang on the equipment and pipe.8.5 在對(duì)有電纜在內(nèi)的橋架開槽時(shí)，應(yīng)把運(yùn)行電纜隔離開，嚴(yán)禁損壞一期原有電纜，采取的防護(hù)措施如下：在需切割的部位事先放上C形狀的薄鐵板，然后用防火布覆蓋，并且在橋架下方鋪設(shè)一層防火

52、布，再用砂輪切割機(jī)切割，切割后清除毛刺，并打磨光滑；When we need to make duct in the cable tray with living cable, cable with electricity will be unplugged and not allowed to damage existing cable, measure will be taken as follow: the places we need to cut should put a pieces of C type thin steel plate in advance, then cover

53、 a piece of fire proof cloth on the steel plate and put fire proof cloth under cable tray at the same time, then we can cut hole with abrasive cutting machine , after cutting, remove burry and make it smooth.8.6 從B196至B204廠房間的橋架都位于室外管廊上，且屬于高空作業(yè)， 除了遵守相應(yīng)的高空作業(yè)規(guī)定外，霧天、雨天應(yīng)禁止在管廊上施工作業(yè)；Some installation from

54、 B196 to B204 in the outside pipe rack is aloft work, except following relevant regulation of aloft work, it should be prohibited in the rain and fog weather.8.7 在生產(chǎn)區(qū)域施工時(shí)，禁止利用原有的電纜橋架、工藝管線或風(fēng)道及設(shè)備來搭設(shè)跳板，嚴(yán)禁踩踏；It should be prohibited to use exist cable tray and pipe or ventilation duct to set up sleeper a

55、nd to trample the equipment in the production area.8.8 在生產(chǎn)區(qū)域動(dòng)火作業(yè)時(shí)（包括用電錘、電鉆、磨光機(jī)等用電設(shè)備）必須有專人監(jiān)護(hù)，且必須事先準(zhǔn)備好消防器材； There are special people to supervise when hot work( including using electric hammer and drill as well as grater etc ) to be done in the production area, at the same time, fire-fighting apparatu
