32、0104 gk WNOx 0512 g k W； dust r_ova eSclency of moe ta2、課程建設(shè)目標(biāo)完成情況：通過本期（為期1年）對(duì)院級(jí)建設(shè)精品課程UG產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)綜合訓(xùn)練的認(rèn)真建設(shè)， 使該課程已經(jīng)成為了計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)與制造專業(yè)的專業(yè)核心技能課，模具設(shè)計(jì)與制造專業(yè)的專業(yè)技能課，同時(shí)覆蓋到工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)和玩具設(shè)計(jì)與制造專業(yè)，映射到數(shù)控技術(shù)專 業(yè)和機(jī)電一體化專業(yè)的相關(guān)課程。自本門課程被列為學(xué)院建設(shè)精品課程以來， 學(xué)院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)高度重視，多次組織課程成員 到企業(yè)一線進(jìn)行調(diào)研，先后到深圳易拓科技有限公司、東莞東運(yùn)鎂業(yè)有限公司、光寶（廣 州）精密模具有限公司、南海中宇漁具有限公司、深圳譽(yù)銘新

33、工業(yè)有限公司、廣州圓和 方模具有限公司等企業(yè)以及機(jī)械類的專場(chǎng)展會(huì)進(jìn)行參觀學(xué)習(xí)和交流，進(jìn)一步明確了產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的崗位技能要求，同時(shí)引進(jìn)了不少的企業(yè)產(chǎn)品案例。課題組成員將這些案例連同廣 州市今明科技有限公司UG短訓(xùn)班案例以及各成員本身在企業(yè)一線工作時(shí)所積累的案例 整理到一起，重新按照本課程的建設(shè)思路來對(duì)所有案例進(jìn)行歸納、匯總，整理出一套基 于工程實(shí)踐，而又切合高職教育的教學(xué)案例。按照課程整體設(shè)計(jì)的指導(dǎo)思路，課題組成員認(rèn)真地將這些案例轉(zhuǎn)化成課程配套的所 有的單元設(shè)計(jì)和對(duì)應(yīng)的PPT多媒體課件，部分典型案例還制作了教學(xué)視頻供同學(xué)們課后 學(xué)習(xí)和深入，也為后進(jìn)生提供了更好的跟進(jìn)學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)度的機(jī)會(huì)和平臺(tái)。網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)已悄

34、悄地成為了一種課程教學(xué)的輔助手段，大大地充實(shí)和豐富了常規(guī)教 學(xué)，為此，課題組成員將教學(xué)中整理出來的所的教學(xué)資料，包括課程整體設(shè)計(jì)、課程單 元設(shè)計(jì)、PPT多媒體課件、項(xiàng)目圖紙、技能訓(xùn)練題庫、典型案例教學(xué)視頻等都上傳到精 品課程網(wǎng)站建設(shè)中的課程網(wǎng)站中，供同學(xué)們網(wǎng)上學(xué)習(xí)或下載學(xué)習(xí)，并設(shè)有交互的答疑板 塊，可以及時(shí)地跟進(jìn)學(xué)生反映的問題。«UG產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)綜合訓(xùn)練的課程體系是基于工程實(shí)踐來構(gòu)建的，那么教學(xué)模塊就 一定包含產(chǎn)品的測(cè)繪反求技能的訓(xùn)練， 而產(chǎn)品的測(cè)繪反求的訓(xùn)練需要有一定量的產(chǎn)品測(cè) 繪的工量具才能使教學(xué)得以順利開展。在這一個(gè)問題上，學(xué)院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)給了大力的支持，批 準(zhǔn)了課題組提出的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)訓(xùn)室

43、構(gòu)等的變化情況。UG產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)綜合訓(xùn)練精品課程建設(shè)之前，未成立相應(yīng)的課題組，授課教師分 布于各個(gè)教研室，缺乏統(tǒng)一的課程研討和教學(xué)研討，大多老師身上存在較多短訓(xùn)教育的 影子，也沒有對(duì)兼職教師的上課內(nèi)容和教學(xué)方法作統(tǒng)一的要求。總體上來看，存在各位 教師教學(xué)水平和技能水平參差不齊的情況。自UG產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)綜合訓(xùn)練中報(bào)成為院級(jí)建設(shè)精品課程之日起，在學(xué)院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的大 力支持下，不斷地調(diào)整和優(yōu)化了這門課程的教師團(tuán)隊(duì)，不但對(duì)教學(xué)內(nèi)容和教學(xué)資料作了 統(tǒng)一的要求，還對(duì)各教師的技能水平、教學(xué)水平作了較高的要求。建設(shè)至今，本課題組的成員發(fā)展壯大到 13人，其中12人有企業(yè)一線的實(shí)踐經(jīng)歷， 占92.31%;研究生及以上學(xué)歷5人

44、，占38.46%;中級(jí)及以上職稱6人，占46.15%;成 員的年齡普遍在35歲以下，整個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)的年齡結(jié)構(gòu)顯得年輕有朝氣，上升潛力巨大。由于本課題組的成員基本上都有企業(yè)一線的經(jīng)歷，故課題組的教師具有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)踐能力和企業(yè)服務(wù)能力，在下企業(yè)調(diào)研、學(xué)習(xí)與交流的同時(shí)，也經(jīng)常幫企業(yè)解決一些技術(shù) 上的問題，甚至部分老師在課余時(shí)間完成一些直接來自企業(yè)的項(xiàng)目。例如，李海林老師 給圓方模具公司做過幾套產(chǎn)品及其模具的設(shè)計(jì)；邙蕓老師給圓方模具公司制作過幾款產(chǎn) 品設(shè)計(jì)的效果圖；張鑒隆老師指導(dǎo) 3個(gè)07工業(yè)班的學(xué)生給圓方模具公司制作過一套杯 子的設(shè)計(jì)效果圖完成這一類項(xiàng)目，既服務(wù)了企業(yè)，又促進(jìn)了教學(xué)，是本課題組要大 力提倡和

45、推進(jìn)的舉措。項(xiàng)目課題組成立之后，課題負(fù)責(zé)人組織了課題組成員進(jìn)行多次的研討活動(dòng)，例如， 有關(guān)課程內(nèi)容的改革與整合方面的研討，有關(guān)職業(yè)教育教學(xué)方法和手段方面的交流和示 范課，有關(guān)軟件設(shè)計(jì)技能方面的交流，成員之間的互相聽課與評(píng)課，這些研討活動(dòng)，大 大地提高了團(tuán)隊(duì)的整體技能和教學(xué)水平，同時(shí)也提高了每個(gè)成員的課程改革和課程建設(shè) 能力，每一位成員都能積極地參與到課程的具體建設(shè)任務(wù)中來，每一位成員都分擔(dān)了課 程建設(shè)中一項(xiàng)或多項(xiàng)具體的項(xiàng)目。本門課程規(guī)范性的教學(xué)內(nèi)容和教學(xué)要求， 不但對(duì)本校老師適用，對(duì)校外兼職老師也 同樣作出了嚴(yán)格的要求，使得兼職教師（如：李開林老師）的教學(xué)也越來越規(guī)范，教學(xué) 效果越來越明顯。o
