1、電氣試驗 Electric Test1. 電氣試驗常規(guī)要求 General Requirements1) 電氣預(yù)防性的試驗嚴(yán)格按規(guī)范、產(chǎn)品說明書要求執(zhí)行。Electric preventive test shall be carried out in accordance with criterion and product specification strictly.2) 組合式微機保護及監(jiān)控繼電器按產(chǎn)品說明書進行整定。Adjust combined micro-computer protection and monitoring relay3) 常規(guī)的電磁式繼電器調(diào)試按新編保護繼電器檢驗

2、中有關(guān)規(guī)定進行調(diào)試。The normal electromagnetic relay commissioning shall comply with the stipulations ofNewProtection Relay Test.4) 盤(柜 )指示電表經(jīng)校驗后,對合格的電表粘貼專用合格證。After calibration of the panel (cabinet) indicative ammeter, paste special quality certificate on the qualified ammeter.5) 高壓開關(guān)柜的傳動試驗在各電氣元件及單體柜調(diào)試后進行。

3、傳動試驗時, 認(rèn)真核對 各回路的準(zhǔn)確及可靠性。主要傳動試驗項目:High pressure switchboard transmission test shall be carried out after electrical element and individual cabinet commissioning. Check the loops accuracy and liability during transmission test. The main transmission project :操作控制回路傳動試驗;Operation Control Loop Transmissi

4、on Test保護回路傳動試驗;Loop Protection Transmission Test測量 /計量回路試驗;Measure/Recording Loop Test 系統(tǒng)低電壓、斷線保護試驗;System Low Pressure, Cable break protection test核對一、二次相位;Check 1st and 2nd phase2. 變壓器試驗 Transformer Test1) 測量繞組連同套管的直流電阻,測量應(yīng)在各分接頭所有位置上進行;Measure winding and sleeve DC resistance of all the connectio

5、n joints.2) 對 1600kVA 及以下三相變壓器, 各相測得值的相互差值應(yīng)小于平均值的4%,線間測得值的相互差值應(yīng)小于平均值的2%; 1600kVA 以上的三相變壓器,各相測得值的相互差值應(yīng)小于平均值的 2% ,線間測得值的相互差值應(yīng)小于平均值的 1%;1600kVA 以 上的三相變壓器,各相測得值的相互差值應(yīng)小于平均值的 2%,線間測得值的相互差值 應(yīng)小于平均值的 1%;(重復(fù) ) 三相電阻不平衡率計算Three Phase Transformer of 1600Kva and the less, the measured value ' s difference sha

8、y with equipment technical requirements.4) 變壓器的直流電阻,與同溫下產(chǎn)品出廠實測數(shù)值比較,相應(yīng)變化不應(yīng)大于2%;將不同溫度下的繞組直流電阻溫度換算到同一溫度:DC resistance of transformer, compared with measured value of product by manufacturer under same temperature, the corresponding change shall be not more than 2%, convert the winding DC resistance und

10、opper line is 235, aluminum is 225, tx is the temperature of Rx to convert, ta is temperature of measuring Ra )5) 由于變壓器結(jié)構(gòu)等原因,差值超過本條第款時,可只按本條第款進行比較。Cause of transformer structure, the difference is more than clause 2, comply with clause 4 only.6) 檢查所有分接頭的變壓比變壓比與制造廠名牌數(shù)據(jù)相比應(yīng)無明顯差別, 且符合變比的規(guī)律。額定分接的變壓比允許偏差為

11、±0.5%,其它分接的偏差應(yīng)在變壓器阻抗值( %)的 1/10 以內(nèi),但不超過 1% 。Check all connection joints transforming ratio, which shall be no distinct difference compared with the date of manufacturer brand and comply with the transforming rule. Rated tap transforming ratio allowable difference is0.5%, others sh±all with

12、in 1/10 of transformerresistance (%), but not more than 1%.7) 檢查三相變壓器的結(jié)線組別和單相變壓器引出線的極性Check three phase transformer wire series and polarity of single phase transformer output wire.8) 測量繞組連同套管的絕緣電阻Measure the insulation resistance of winding and sleeve.a) 絕緣電阻值不應(yīng)低于出廠試驗值的70%。Insulation resistance sha

16、流耐壓試驗 AC Withstand V oltage Test根據(jù)制造廠提供的技術(shù)資料及業(yè)主的要求決定是否進行該項試驗;如進行該項 試驗需制造廠提供試驗電壓值。 In accordance with the technical documents provided by manufacturer and Clien t ' s requirements to determine whether to carry out th etest, if do it, the manufacture should provide test voltage value.a) 試驗電壓的頻率為 5

17、0Hz ,電壓波形應(yīng)盡可能接近正弦波形。The testing voltage frequency is 50Hz, voltage wave form better be sine wave.b) 進行交流耐壓時 ,非被試側(cè)繞組應(yīng)短接后接地。Carry out AC withstand voltage test, the un-test side of the winding resistance should be earthed.10) 測量與鐵芯絕緣的各緊固件的絕緣電阻 measure the resistance of iron core insulation fastening w

18、area) 應(yīng)測量可接觸到的穿芯螺栓、軛鐵夾件及綁扎鋼帶對鐵軛、鐵芯及繞組壓環(huán)的絕 緣電阻;Measure the touchable penetration bolt, yoke clamp, steel banding yoke, steel core and winding ring insulation resistance.b) 采用 2500V 兆歐表測量,持續(xù)時間為 1 分鐘,應(yīng)無閃絡(luò)及擊穿現(xiàn)象;measuring with 2500 ohmmeter, tine last 1minute, no flashover, no breakdown.c) 當(dāng)軛鐵梁及穿芯螺栓一端與鐵芯

19、相連時,應(yīng)將連接片斷開后進行試驗;When one side of yoke beams and penetration bolts connected with the core, carry out Test after disconnecting the clips.11) 沖擊合閘試驗 Impact Closing Test在額定電壓下對變壓器進行沖擊合閘試驗,應(yīng)進行 5次,每次間隔宜為 5 分鐘,無異?,F(xiàn)象。沖擊合閘試驗宜在變壓器高壓側(cè)進行;對中性點接地的電力系統(tǒng),沖擊 試驗時變壓器的中性點必須接地; 發(fā)電機變壓器組中間連接無操作斷開點的變壓器, 可不進行沖擊合閘試驗。Carry o

21、 the generator transformer assembly without operation disconnection point.12) 檢查相位 Phase Check檢查變壓器的相位必須與系統(tǒng)相位一致。Confirm the transformer and the system phase must be consistent.3. 電纜試驗 Cable Test1) 絕緣測試 Insulation Testa) 測量電纜對地或?qū)饘倨帘螌娱g和各線芯間的絕緣電阻。Measure the insulation resistance of cable to ground or

22、 iron shielded layer and cores.b) 對 1kV 以上電纜采用 2500V 兆歐表。Use 2500V Megohmmeter to test cable of above 1kVc) 對 0.6/1kV 及以下電纜采用 1000V 兆歐表。Use 1000V Megohmmeter to test cable of 0.6/1Kv and below.2) 直流耐壓及泄漏電流測量DC Voltage Endurance and DC Leaking Measuring(塑料絕緣電纜包括聚氯乙烯絕緣電纜、聚乙烯絕緣電纜及交聯(lián)聚乙烯絕緣電纜。 聚氯乙烯絕緣電纜產(chǎn)品型

24、分 4 6 階段均勻升壓,每階段停留 1min,并讀取泄漏電流值。 測量時應(yīng)消除雜電流的影響。During testing, the test voltage can be divided into 4-6 steps to increase voltage uniformly, each step lasts 1 min, and read leakage current value. Eliminate the miscellaneous current influence during measuring.4) 對額定電壓為 0.6/1kV 的電纜可用 1000V 或 2500V 兆歐表

25、測量導(dǎo)體對地絕緣電阻代 替直流耐壓試驗。0.6/1kV cable, use 1000V or 2500V Megohmmeter to measure the resistance of conductor to earth insulation resistance instead of DC voltage endurance test.5) 交流單芯電纜的護層絕緣試驗標(biāo)準(zhǔn),按產(chǎn)品技術(shù)條件的規(guī)定進行。AC single core cable protection layer test standard should be according to technology condition

26、.6) 電纜主絕緣交流耐壓試驗 Cable main insulation AC voltage endurance test試驗電壓: 2U0;持續(xù)時間: 60min (U0: 電纜額定相電壓 ) 。Test voltage: 2UO, lasting time: 60min (UO: cable rated voltage)7) 按產(chǎn)品技術(shù)條件的規(guī)定決定進行直流耐壓及泄漏電流測量或是進行電纜主絕緣交流 耐壓試驗。Carry out DC voltage endurance and leakage current measure or cable main insulation AC vol

27、tage test according product technology terms and condition stipulation.8) 相位檢查 Phase Check電纜接線相序與系統(tǒng)相位一致。 Cable connection order is same with system phase4. 交流電機試驗 AC Generator Test1) 測量繞組的絕緣電阻, 使用 500V 兆歐表, 常溫下絕緣電阻值不應(yīng)低于 0.5 ;額定 電壓為 1kV 及以上, 在運行溫度時的絕緣電阻值定子繞組不低于每千伏1 ,轉(zhuǎn)子繞組不應(yīng)低于每千伏 0.5 。Measure winding i

28、nsulation resistance, use 500v Megohmmeter, insulation resistance valueshall not less than 0.5 under normal temperature. Rated voltage is above 1kV, insulation resistance value stator winding is not less than 1 /kV under operation temperature, stator winding resistance shall not be less than 0.5/Kv.

29、2) 100kW 以上的電動機各相繞組直流電阻值相互差別不應(yīng)超過其最小值的 2%,中性點 未引出的電動機可測量線間直流電阻,其相互差別不應(yīng)超過最小值的1%。測量時應(yīng)記錄環(huán)境溫度,以便與出廠試驗值相比較。Above 100kW motor, each winding DC resistance value difference shall be not exceed 2% of the minimum, without output neutral point of the motor, measure the DC resistance between the lines, their mut

There can be no checking if the output neutral point is not available.4) 對于備用發(fā)電機的試驗,依據(jù)制造廠提供的試驗項目及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進行試驗。Test for Standby generators, according to the test item and standards provided manufacturer.5. 繼電器調(diào)試 Relay Commissioning1) 調(diào)試前,應(yīng)保證繼電器對試驗電源的要求。電源的波形應(yīng)為正弦波,諧波分量 不超

32、 過基波的 5%。試驗電源的頻率應(yīng)為 50Hz。當(dāng)試驗電源頻率對繼電器影響較大時應(yīng) 考慮頻率的正、負(fù)偏差對試驗數(shù)據(jù)的影響,應(yīng)對試驗數(shù)據(jù)進行修正。當(dāng)使用直流電 源試驗時,電源的波紋系數(shù)要小。一般情況下,波紋系數(shù)K 1%。Before commissioning, ensure relay meets test power requirements. Power should be sinusoidal wave form, the fundamental wave does not exceed 5% of harmonic wave. The frequency of test power s

33、hould be 50 Hz. When the test frequency of power have great influence on relays, positive and negative deviation of the test data should be considered, and amend test data. When using DC power for test, the corrugated coefficient is smaller. generally, corrugated coefficient K 1%.2) 使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)儀表的精度不低于 0.5

34、 級。Using standard instrument precision is not lower than 0.53) 使用專用儀器進行調(diào)試時,專用儀器上的電表精度不低于0.5 級。Using specialized instrument for commissioning, the instrument ammeter accuracy is not lessthan 0.5.4) 繼電器外殼應(yīng)清潔無灰塵。外殼、玻璃應(yīng)完整,嵌接要良好。外殼與底座結(jié)合應(yīng)緊 密牢固,防塵密封應(yīng)良好,安裝端正。繼電器端子接線應(yīng)牢固可靠。Relay shell should be clean. Shell,

Relay terminal block should be solid and reliable.5) 繼電器內(nèi)部應(yīng)清潔、接線牢固、各部件完好,動作靈活、可靠。The relay inner part shall be clean, connection solid, all part is p

36、erfect, flexible and liable6) 繼電器的接點檢查: 應(yīng)保證接點接觸良好、 無抖動、 粘住或出現(xiàn)火花等異?,F(xiàn)象, 并 有足夠的壓力。Relay contact point inspection: ensure contact point is good, jitter-free, no stick and sparkabnormal phenomenon, and sufficient pressure.7) 電磁式繼電器其動作值應(yīng)測量繼電器的沖擊動作值。然后平穩(wěn)下降測量繼電器的返 回值。 對于欠量動作的繼電器應(yīng)將繼電器升到額定值, 然后平穩(wěn)下降至動作值。 電子 組合

39、heck and commission set value of thermal relay, the operation value shall comply with the capacity of protected equipment.11) 絕緣電阻的測定:額定電壓為 100V 及以上者,使用 1000V 兆歐表;額定電壓為 100V 以下者,使用 500V 兆歐表。端子對底座和磁導(dǎo)體的絕緣電阻應(yīng)大于50。各線圈對觸點及各觸點間的絕緣電阻應(yīng)大于50。各線圈間的絕緣電阻應(yīng)大于 10。由電子元、器件組成的綜合繼電器不進行絕緣電阻的測定。Insulation Resistance meau

No measure to insulation resistancecomprehensive relay composed of electronic device.1.112) 電磁式繼電器進行沖擊試驗: 電壓型繼電器其沖擊電壓應(yīng)為該繼電器額定電壓的倍;電流型繼電器其沖擊電流應(yīng)為保護安裝處最大故障電流。沖擊試驗時,接點不 應(yīng)產(chǎn)生振動和鳥啄現(xiàn)象。Impact test to electromagnetic relay: the impact vo

43、技術(shù)資料進行調(diào)試。Main transformer protective device, detective device etc, all self-protective device commissioning method and commissioning contact shall comply with technology information provided by manufacturer.14) 對多功能綜合保護繼電器的數(shù)碼顯示部分應(yīng)完好,刻度清晰、準(zhǔn)確。Multi-functional comprehensive protective relay digital dis

44、play part shall be perfect, Calibration clear and accurate.15) 按產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)性能,輸入相應(yīng)的參數(shù)值,檢驗其功能是否符合產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。Input parameter values according to product technology performance, check if the functions comply with technology standard.16) 按設(shè)計的整定值,檢驗繼電器實際動作值。Check actual operation value of the relay according to s

45、et value.17) 對過量參數(shù)值由低值逐漸升至動作值,欠量參數(shù)值由額定值降至動作值。Excessive parameters, increase gradually from low value to operation value, less of parameter values decrease from rated value to operation value.18) 在未采取可靠的措施前,不得觸摸繼電器內(nèi)部電路板,以免靜電損壞電路板。Before no reliable measures taken, forbid to touch the internal circuit

46、 boards to prevent any damage.6. 傳動試驗 Transmission Test1) 主變壓器進線開關(guān)、隔離開關(guān)、接地開關(guān)分、合閘操作;Main transformer input switch, isolation switch, earthing switch turn on/off operation;2) MCC (電動機控制中心)系統(tǒng)分、合閘操作;MCC system turn on/off operation;MCC wire cabinet3) 變壓器保護等動作跳閘及信號的傳動試驗; Transformer protection trip and s

47、ignal transmission test;4) MCC (電動機控制中心)饋線柜動作跳閘及信號的傳動試驗; protection trip and signal transmission test;5)備用電源自投的傳動試驗; Spare power independent transmission test;6)測量、計量回路的傳動試驗及其它傳動試驗; Measuring and recording loop transmission test and other transmission test;9)上述傳動試驗應(yīng)準(zhǔn)確、可靠;二次回路絕緣良好。Above transmission

48、tests should beaccurate and reliable; loop should be well isolated.7. UPS (不間斷電源)調(diào)試 UPS Commissioning1)UPS(不間斷電源)裝置主機按制造廠技術(shù)資料要求進行調(diào)試。The commissioning of UPS mainframe should be according to Manu facturer ' s technical specification documents.2)UPS(不間斷電源)裝置蓄電池絕緣電阻應(yīng)符合產(chǎn)品技術(shù)條件,并按制造廠技術(shù)條件 進行充放電;充電電壓應(yīng)符合

49、產(chǎn)品技術(shù)條件。 10 小時放電應(yīng)達到 100% 放電率。 Storage battery isolation resistance of the UPS should comply with technical specification and should be discharged accordingly; charge voltage should comply with technical specification. 10-hour discharge should reach 100% discharging rate.8. 電氣受、送電 Electric Apparatus R

50、eceiving and Supplying Power1)電氣受、送電,遵循先高壓 (電源 )側(cè)后低壓 (負(fù)荷 )側(cè),斷電時,先斷低壓側(cè) (負(fù)荷) 側(cè),后高壓 ( 電源 )側(cè)。 Receiving and supplying power should be from high voltage side and then lower side; breaking power should be from lower voltage side and then higher.2)為保證安全在變壓器受電前將盤柜內(nèi)所有開關(guān)置于斷開位置 All the switches should be kept

51、Off before receiving power in order to guarantee the safety.3)在額定電壓下對變壓器沖擊試驗 5 次,每次間隔時間為 5min ,無異?,F(xiàn)象 Carry out impacting test 5 times every 5 min under rating voltage, there should be no abnormal situations.4)兩段受電后,在母聯(lián)柜母聯(lián)開關(guān)一、二次核相。 After second phase receiving, check busbar switch phase.5)進行并列運行及進線柜、母聯(lián)柜聯(lián)鎖試驗 Carry out shunt circulat
