1、2011年初中學(xué)業(yè)水平測(cè)試英語(yǔ)學(xué)科說(shuō)明初中英語(yǔ)學(xué)科的學(xué)業(yè)水平測(cè)試是義務(wù)教育階段的終結(jié)性學(xué)業(yè)評(píng)價(jià)的重要組成部分,是全面準(zhǔn)確考查初中畢業(yè)生在英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)方面是否達(dá)到全日制義務(wù)教育階段中學(xué)英語(yǔ)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(實(shí)驗(yàn)稿)所規(guī)定的初中階段英語(yǔ)畢業(yè)水平的重要手段。學(xué)業(yè)水平測(cè)試評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果既是衡量學(xué)生是否達(dá)到初中畢業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的主要依據(jù),也是高中階段學(xué)校招生的重要依據(jù)之一。一、命題原則1、依據(jù)英語(yǔ)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來(lái)確定考查內(nèi)容與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。2011年初中畢業(yè)英語(yǔ)學(xué)業(yè)水平測(cè)試命題的依據(jù)是英語(yǔ)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn) “內(nèi)容標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”中五級(jí)目標(biāo)的內(nèi)容、要求及相關(guān)的附錄,同時(shí)參考三級(jí)和四級(jí)的內(nèi)容和要求??疾閮?nèi)容不完全受教材內(nèi)容的制約。2、著重考查學(xué)生的綜合語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力

2、。命題要以全面、準(zhǔn)確地考查學(xué)生的綜合語(yǔ)言能力為宗旨,真正落實(shí)“考查學(xué)生用英語(yǔ)做事情的能力”的評(píng)價(jià)指導(dǎo)思想,通過(guò)聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)等形式考查學(xué)生綜合語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力。3、充分考慮學(xué)生的實(shí)際生活和身心發(fā)展水平。試題所選擇的語(yǔ)言素材和創(chuàng)設(shè)的語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用情境,要充分考慮學(xué)生的生活實(shí)際、生活經(jīng)驗(yàn)及社會(huì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。試題素材的選擇和題型的設(shè)計(jì)要與學(xué)生的身心發(fā)展水平相適應(yīng)。4、選用真實(shí)、地道的語(yǔ)言素材,根據(jù)語(yǔ)言實(shí)際情形命題。在選擇語(yǔ)言素材時(shí),盡量使用真實(shí)、地道、典型的當(dāng)代英語(yǔ)素材,盡可能提供語(yǔ)義相對(duì)完整的語(yǔ)境,盡可能使試題任務(wù)接近或類(lèi)似現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中語(yǔ)言使用的實(shí)際情形。5、確保試題的信度和效度,杜絕繁、難、偏、舊的試題,控制題

3、量。命題要遵守教育測(cè)量的基本原理,保證試題的信度,以使測(cè)試形式有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)英語(yǔ)學(xué)業(yè)考試的考查目的,使測(cè)試結(jié)果盡可能準(zhǔn)確地反映學(xué)生的實(shí)際水平。二、考查內(nèi)容1. 測(cè)試內(nèi)容:按照基礎(chǔ)教育階段英語(yǔ)課程分級(jí)總體目標(biāo)的要求,依據(jù)英語(yǔ)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)語(yǔ)言技能、語(yǔ)言知識(shí)、情感態(tài)度、學(xué)習(xí)策略和文化意識(shí)等五個(gè)方面分別提出的相應(yīng)具體內(nèi)容標(biāo)準(zhǔn),其中語(yǔ)言知識(shí)包括語(yǔ)音、詞匯、語(yǔ)法以及功能和話題。要求考生掌握1818個(gè)詞匯、232個(gè)短語(yǔ)、19大項(xiàng)語(yǔ)法項(xiàng)目、24項(xiàng)(小話題95項(xiàng))話題項(xiàng)目、11項(xiàng)(55小項(xiàng))功能意念項(xiàng)目。2.將遵循“突出語(yǔ)篇、強(qiáng)調(diào)應(yīng)用、注重實(shí)際”的命題原則,將測(cè)試重點(diǎn)放在語(yǔ)篇理解的層面上,加強(qiáng)語(yǔ)境化理解程度。命題嚴(yán)格

4、遵照現(xiàn)行英語(yǔ)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和英語(yǔ)測(cè)試說(shuō)明,不超綱、難點(diǎn)分散,難易程度符合廣大考生的實(shí)際,讓各種程度的考生都能發(fā)揮自己的水平,客觀地反映出教學(xué)質(zhì)量和學(xué)生日常學(xué)習(xí)的真實(shí)成績(jī)。三、試卷結(jié)構(gòu)2011年度初中英語(yǔ)學(xué)科水平測(cè)試采用閉卷書(shū)面筆答方式。測(cè)試時(shí)間為100分鐘(不含聽(tīng)力測(cè)試)。滿分為100分。試卷結(jié)構(gòu)見(jiàn)下表:題號(hào)題材題量分?jǐn)?shù)IMultiple choiceChoose the best answer from A, B or C according to the meaning of the sentence .1515IICloze testChoose the best answer to comp
