5、雙方同意的設(shè)計(jì)書(shū)的要求建造和搭建展臺(tái)，負(fù)責(zé)和展會(huì)贊助商的協(xié)調(diào)工作，確保展臺(tái)在展會(huì)舉行期間正常使用。（合同附件請(qǐng)參見(jiàn)設(shè)計(jì)書(shū)。）The customer should pay the project fund on schedule accord ing to the stipulati ons of this con tract （TotalU.S.$ ）, cooperate with con tractor to launch the work and provide n ecessary in formati on. （See detailedprice as an appe ndix o

The con tractor is resp on sible for cooperati ng with customers matters in the scene duri ng the exhibiti on, and will arrange pers onnel on duty.1. 款項(xiàng)支付分為兩部分。2. 預(yù)付款：按條款2所列，客戶方在合同簽署的當(dāng)天支付全部款項(xiàng)的50%作為預(yù)付款(美金)3. 余款：按條款2所列，在展臺(tái)搭建完的第7天，即2016年 月日，客戶方需支付剩余款項(xiàng)，

12、即50%的全部款項(xiàng)。4. 合同方將負(fù)責(zé)在展會(huì)期間就展臺(tái)場(chǎng)景與客戶方配合，并在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安排相關(guān)工作人員。Article 6條款61. If the dispute takes place betwee n the customer and the con tractor, it will be resolved through con sultati on. While consultation doesn t work, the dispute will be solved through The Arbitration Law.如客戶方和合同方之間發(fā)生爭(zhēng)議，雙方將進(jìn)行協(xié)商解決。如果無(wú)法協(xié)商，爭(zhēng)議

13、將依照仲裁法解決。2. If the customer and the con tractor don t execute the obligati on accord ing to this con tract, pay the amount of mon ey, and the other behavior to make the con tract can not be con ti nu ed, the customer or the con tractor should be resp on sible for break ing the con tract, and pay forfeit.
