2、2槽 89刀具的選擇810工序內(nèi)容擬定811設(shè)計(jì)小結(jié)2212參考文獻(xiàn) 23配合件的組合與加工1. 刖言為了對大學(xué)三年來所學(xué)的知識總結(jié),也為了我們將來工作的需要,在臨近畢業(yè)之時(shí)對知 識做一個(gè)系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃。 我所選擇的課題就球體支撐軸的設(shè)計(jì),因?yàn)檫@包括我們在大學(xué)三年來所有要學(xué)知識。我們的實(shí)踐知識很多, 但是理論的就很少了, 在這里我們可鍛煉我的理論知 識,我們不想做一個(gè)只會(huì)動(dòng)手不會(huì)動(dòng)腦的人,這對我們高職生來說很重要。通過對課題的研究,再深入的了解我們就能夠把所學(xué)的只是全都聯(lián)系起來了。我所選的這個(gè)課題主要的加工工具是數(shù)控銃床,所以我們必須要知道選擇那種數(shù)控銃床精度高,而且經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)惠。因?yàn)槲覀兯佑|機(jī)械設(shè)

3、備很少,再加上操作難度關(guān)系我選擇華中世紀(jì)新數(shù)控系統(tǒng),這樣方便我們編程和操作。 再次是對課題的研究畫出二維圖,三維圖以確定毛坯尺寸,毛坯材料,材料的性質(zhì),加工工藝,加工工序,編制加工程序,確定重點(diǎn),難點(diǎn)及可 能遇到的問題。通過對這些的了解我們就能很好對所學(xué)知識的鞏固。2. 工藝設(shè)計(jì)零件分析2.1分析零件畫圖1. 首先我們拿到課題后仔細(xì)的看一遍,對要加工的零件有個(gè)大概的了解,確定繪制的難點(diǎn),特別是圓弧輪廓,對尺寸也要熟記,還有就是有特殊加工精度的地方也要記得為方便以后的 加工工藝做好準(zhǔn)備,再就是對有公差地方也要注意,這對以后編制程序的時(shí)候主軸的轉(zhuǎn)速, 進(jìn)給量是有幫助的。 做好這些工作之后,我們就開

4、始繪制二維圖,我們選用的軟件就是我們常用的CAD這個(gè)對我們來說太熟悉了,用起來也方便。如果你覺得其他的好用你也可以選。我們選用的Mastercam,你也可以選其他的三維制圖軟件CAD UGPorE 等。2. 再對繪制好的零件圖進(jìn)行審核,確定無誤后打印。3確定毛坯及材料3.1確定材料我們選用適合制造軸承的45#鋼。3.2確定毛坯毛坯尺寸我們選用 160mmx120mmx40mm長方體鍛件4工藝路線的設(shè)計(jì)?3*2/其余55姦O?黑1.V匕丿6481022.ItiU + 3.5181. 我們先加工平面,外圓輪廓,粗銃平面銃,銃鍵槽,銃100半圓,銃24x135.5槽,銃兩側(cè)臺階,鉆 30通孔,鉆16

5、通孔。精銃各平面去銳邊倒角,去毛刺粗加工的被吃刀量 為3mm主軸的轉(zhuǎn)速是 800轉(zhuǎn)|分,進(jìn)給量為200mm|min。精加工x軸方向的加工余量為 0.2mm, y軸的精加工余量為 0.05mm主軸的轉(zhuǎn)速1500轉(zhuǎn)|分,進(jìn)給量為80mm|min。鉆孔的轉(zhuǎn)速500 轉(zhuǎn)|分。粗加工的刀具是主偏角為90度的外圓銃刀,精加工的刀具為35度菱形銃刀。5加工階段,工序的劃分4.1共分為7個(gè)階段。共分為八次工序。6夾具的選擇1. 通用的夾具。在銃床上用來裝夾工件的裝置稱為銃床夾具.數(shù)控銃床的夾具與苷通銃床的夾具相同,銃床夾具可分為通用夾具和專用夾具兩大類。通用夾具是指能夠裝夾兩種或兩種以上工件的同一類夾具, 例

6、如:平口鉗又名機(jī)用虎鉗,是一種通用夾具,常用于安裝小型工 件。它是銃床、鉆床的隨機(jī)附件。將其固定在機(jī)床工作臺上,用來夾持工件進(jìn)行切削加工,專用夾具是專門為加丁某一指定千件的某一下序而設(shè)計(jì)的夾具。2. 平口鉗(數(shù)控銃床自帶夾具)。如下圖7粗精基準(zhǔn)的選擇7.1粗基準(zhǔn)的選擇1. 選擇重要表面為粗基準(zhǔn)為保證工件上重要表面的加工余量小而均勻,則應(yīng)選擇該表面為粗基準(zhǔn)。2. 選擇不加工表面為粗基準(zhǔn)為了保證加工面與不加工面間的位置要求,一般應(yīng)選擇不加工面為粗基準(zhǔn)。3選擇加工余量最小的表面為粗基準(zhǔn)。4.選擇較為平整光潔、加工面積較大的表面為粗基準(zhǔn)以便工件定位可靠、夾緊方便。5)粗基準(zhǔn)在同一尺寸方向上只能使用一次

7、選作粗基準(zhǔn)。7.2精基準(zhǔn)的選擇1)基準(zhǔn)重合原則。2)基準(zhǔn)統(tǒng)一原則。3)自為基準(zhǔn)原則。4)互為基準(zhǔn)原則。5)便于裝夾原則。自為基準(zhǔn)原則某些要求加工余量小而均勻的精加工工序選擇加工面進(jìn)行加工時(shí)需要兩個(gè)表面互相作為基準(zhǔn)反復(fù)進(jìn)行加工以保證位置精度要求,應(yīng)選中心孔為精基準(zhǔn)。7.3量具的選擇常用的有游標(biāo)卡尺,千分尺。游標(biāo)卡尺是測量長度、寬度、內(nèi)經(jīng)等等。其用途與千分尺差不多,但精確度要高些。而且右邊卡尺不便于測量該圖,根據(jù)圖紙的要求我們選擇游標(biāo)卡尺。8切削用量的確定合理選擇切削用量的原則是,粗加工時(shí),一般以提高生產(chǎn)率為主,但也應(yīng)考慮經(jīng)濟(jì)性和加工成本;半精加工和精加工時(shí),應(yīng)在保證加工質(zhì)量的前提下,兼顧切削效率

8、、經(jīng)濟(jì)性和加工成本。具體數(shù)值應(yīng)根據(jù)機(jī)床說明書、切削用量手冊,并結(jié)合經(jīng)驗(yàn)而定。8.1加工條件工件材料:45#鋼調(diào)質(zhì)處理 硬度220-240HB,取220。加工要求:鉆 20,鏜30,34孔。機(jī)床:數(shù)控系統(tǒng) HNC-21M銑床。8.2粗銑外圓選擇刀具1,精銑外圓選擇刀具28.3確定切削深度粗銃外圓,一次走刀,則 ap=1mm8.4確定進(jìn)給量由切削用量手冊,HT200,刀桿尺160x25,工件最小直徑為 24mm則再由簡明手冊表 4.2-3查取f =0.22mm/r。8.5確定切削速度VC根據(jù)切削用量手冊表 1.27查取:896 r/min 取900。8.6鉆30孔8.7刀具選擇查機(jī)械制造工藝設(shè)計(jì)簡

9、明手冊選用15高速鋼錐柄標(biāo)準(zhǔn)花鉆。8.8切削用量選擇:查切削用量手冊得: f=0.70-0.86mm/r, 再由機(jī)械制造工藝設(shè)計(jì)簡明手冊CK6140銃床進(jìn)給量取f =0.76mm/r。查切削用量簡明手冊取V=400r/min 。確定切削深度,一次走刀,則ap=1mm8.9 銑 12x17 槽(1) 確定切削深度,一次走刀,則ap=1mm(2)確定進(jìn)給量由切削用量手冊表 1.4 , 。根據(jù)XA6140機(jī)床說明書(見工藝手冊表 1.31 )取 f=0.86 mm/r。(3)確定切削速度VC根據(jù)切削用量手冊表1.27查?。?46.815 r/min 。按XK6140銃床說明書,選擇與 36.815r

10、/min 相近似的機(jī)床轉(zhuǎn)速 n =350r/min,則實(shí)際切削速度。5)34,30孔的鏜孔速度取 120m/min,f=0.05mm/r9刀具的選擇刀具選擇要考慮許多問題,相應(yīng)地就有許多原則,如效率原則、加工精度原則、穩(wěn)定性原則、經(jīng)濟(jì)性原則等等刀具的合理選擇和使用在生產(chǎn)加工占據(jù)及其重要的作用。刀具的種類很多,就其材料而言,就有高速鋼、硬質(zhì)合金、陶瓷等。根據(jù)零件的材料不同,我們所選的刀具也不同,比如數(shù)控銃削的零件一般采用硬質(zhì)合金,數(shù)控銃床一般采用高速鋼。刀具的選擇是在數(shù)控編程的人機(jī)交互狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行的。應(yīng)根據(jù)機(jī)床的加工能力、工件材料的性能、加工工序、切削用量以及其它相關(guān)因素正確選用刀具及刀柄。刀具選
