24、ole a nd pi oneer modelrole;t ocontinues to stre ngthe ning fourgood leadershi p constr ucti on, full play levelscadres in enterprisedevelopmentinthe樁板擋墻施工方案一、工程概況1、設(shè)計(jì)概況本工程為合川區(qū)南城白鹿山路網(wǎng)工程濱江路段護(hù)坡整治工程,根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況,經(jīng)設(shè)計(jì)將樁號(hào)K1+058.50K1+213.50段堤防形式改為樁板式擋墻 +護(hù)披組合形式,全長(zhǎng)155m, 與兩端衡重式擋墻相連,樁頂高程為208.00m。樁設(shè)計(jì)為人工挖孔灌注樁,共26根樁,樁身
25、截面尺寸為2400*1800,樁深設(shè)計(jì)為1524m,樁基礎(chǔ)置于中風(fēng)化基巖,且嵌入中風(fēng)化基巖長(zhǎng)度不小于 1/3 樁總長(zhǎng)。 樁中心間距為6m, 樁間擋板墻厚度為600mm 擋板通過(guò)樁身預(yù)留連接筋與樁身連接,擋板頂部及底部分別設(shè)置壓頂梁及基梁與樁身連接。樁采用硅護(hù)壁,護(hù)壁厚度為120mm,硅強(qiáng)度等級(jí)護(hù)壁為C20,樁芯及樁間擋板墻、梁為C30。2、場(chǎng)地地質(zhì)概況樁號(hào)K1+058.50K1+213.50段堤防擋墻位于涪江二橋南橋頭橋臺(tái)與1號(hào)橋墩間,地面絕對(duì)高程為204m,擋墻靠橋臺(tái)側(cè)為本項(xiàng)目主要施工道路, 車流量較大。同時(shí)根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)開挖情況看,地表上層為較厚砂粘土層,中部 為砂卵石層,下部為中風(fēng)化基巖,最大

42、、工期安排根據(jù)整個(gè)項(xiàng)目的總體安排,本分部工程計(jì)劃80個(gè)工作日完成,墻背回填不單獨(dú)計(jì)劃工期,主要工序安排如下(進(jìn)度計(jì)劃?rùn)M道圖詳附后)。(三)、人工挖孔樁施工1、施工準(zhǔn)備1)、平整場(chǎng)地,測(cè)定樁位,并進(jìn)行復(fù)核。2)、架設(shè)并接通臨時(shí)用水、用電線路,保證施工用水、用電。3)、安裝提升架,本工程因樁孔較深,運(yùn)渣量較大,擬采用簡(jiǎn)易電動(dòng)井架作為提升工具,井架采用鋼管搭設(shè),每個(gè)井口配備一臺(tái)井架。裝料容器采用密閉輪胎膠桶,提升繩具采用 6.2mm鋼絲軟繩,提升設(shè)備應(yīng)有可靠的防墜落措施。開挖前對(duì)其進(jìn)行全面檢查,并進(jìn)行試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),運(yùn)行正常方可投入使用。4)、樁孔開挖前,先作路塹上方截水流道,同時(shí)作好場(chǎng)地排水,管理好施工用
43、水。按設(shè)計(jì)邊坡要求清方至樁頂高程,為樁孔開挖作準(zhǔn)備。5) 、充分熟悉相應(yīng)施工圖紙及施工規(guī)范,向作業(yè)班組及作業(yè)人員作好各分項(xiàng)施工技術(shù)及安全技術(shù)交底工作,重點(diǎn)明確施工操作的重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)、安全防護(hù)措施及遇特殊情況的處理,并完善相應(yīng)簽字手續(xù)。2、樁井開挖樁井開挖擬采用隔樁跳挖的施工方法,禁止在塹頂上方堆放棄渣及建筑材料。1)、鎖口部分根據(jù)樁位線先行開挖并澆筑孔頂護(hù)筒,護(hù)筒頂面應(yīng)高于地貌標(biāo)高100200mm,以防止在開挖過(guò)程中雨水流入井道內(nèi),經(jīng)復(fù)核無(wú)誤后將樁位“十”字控制線測(cè)設(shè)于頂筒上并用紅油漆作好標(biāo)識(shí),請(qǐng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)理驗(yàn)線認(rèn)可后作好相應(yīng)保護(hù)工作。同時(shí)為防止下節(jié)井孔開挖時(shí)井口沉陷,將第一節(jié)護(hù)壁加厚至30cm厚,
