14、differencebetweenmanandwomaninemploymenthavebeenbecomingincreasinglyobvious.Itisnotuncommonthatfemalecollegestudentsseemshavemoredifficultyinjobsearchingcomparedwithboys.Whatsworse,quiteafewcompaniesinchinaareunwillingtoemployfemalecollegestudents.Inmyview,anumberoffactorscouldaccountforthisproblem.
