2、栓。(3) 定位鋼板進(jìn)場(chǎng)后要逐一檢查定位鋼板的孔位、孔徑,不滿(mǎn)足要求的，一律不得使用。(4) 安排夜間施工時(shí)，應(yīng)有足夠的照明設(shè)施，并要合理安排安裝順序，已進(jìn)入場(chǎng)地的 錨栓做好保護(hù)工作。(5) 在施工中應(yīng)該注意在綁扎承臺(tái)鋼筋完畢后，穿基梁鋼筋前預(yù)下螺栓，以保證施工 方便。二、操作工藝1、工藝流程：確定預(yù)埋錨栓型號(hào)t軸線(xiàn)定位t定位板安裝加固t放置螺栓組t地腳螺栓固定t錨栓 防護(hù)t位置復(fù)核t澆筑混凝土2、施工流程、要點(diǎn)(1)螺栓要求絲扣均勻、螺紋長(zhǎng)度，外漏尺寸及垂直度等滿(mǎn)足設(shè)計(jì)要求及規(guī)范要求。 螺栓進(jìn)場(chǎng)后由材料員和質(zhì)檢員進(jìn)行驗(yàn)收，檢查螺栓出廠(chǎng)合格證、實(shí)驗(yàn)報(bào)告、規(guī)格、尺寸、 數(shù)量、絲扣長(zhǎng)度是否符合設(shè)計(jì)

3、要求，驗(yàn)收合格后按規(guī)格碼放整齊，并做好標(biāo)識(shí)。(2 )軸線(xiàn)定位、標(biāo)高確定按照施工圖紙要求，在柱墩預(yù)埋地腳螺栓處，需進(jìn)行軸線(xiàn)放線(xiàn)定位，以確定定位板的位 置，從而確定螺栓的地位點(diǎn)。(3) 定位板加固為保證螺栓的安裝精度，采用定位板來(lái)確定螺栓位置的方法，根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求，提前預(yù) 制螺栓定位板，安裝前復(fù)核定位板上螺栓孔的相對(duì)位置是否符合設(shè)計(jì)和施工要求，檢查合 格后，在定位板上畫(huà)十字絲并根據(jù)定位軸線(xiàn)確定定位板的位置，從而螺栓孔的位置得以確(4) 安裝螺栓組將地腳螺栓預(yù)先放入短柱內(nèi)，插入定位模板預(yù)留孔內(nèi)，將螺桿上部用螺帽上下固定,并邊擰邊校核單組螺栓的相互尺寸，并調(diào)節(jié)螺栓的水平標(biāo)高和垂直度。(5) 地腳螺栓的固

4、定第一步固定：待調(diào)整好螺栓的標(biāo)高和垂直度并符合要求后，用短鋼筋頭焊接腳撐，與基礎(chǔ) 底板鋼筋焊接加固螺栓防止其下沉。第二步固定：用短鋼筋采用十字交叉的方式交叉焊接加固螺栓與短柱的定位箍筋，防止螺栓在澆筑混凝土?xí)r偏位，加固完后復(fù)核螺栓的標(biāo)高和垂直度。（6） 加固完成符合合格后，對(duì)螺栓外漏絲扣進(jìn)行保護(hù)，保護(hù)方法采用專(zhuān)業(yè)的塑料纏裹外 漏絲扣，并用膠帶粘勞，防止螺栓絲扣在澆筑混凝土?xí)r受污染收到腐蝕。（7） 以上程序完成后用校準(zhǔn)后的經(jīng)緯儀調(diào)整、復(fù)核各個(gè)螺栓組的整體平面位置尺寸，經(jīng)檢查尺寸精度符合要求后，將定位鋼板和所有螺母取出。三、質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)地腳螺栓組尺寸1、保證項(xiàng)目：允許偏差項(xiàng)目，見(jiàn)表1 1。表1 1地腳

6、澆灌振搗混凝土?xí)r要特 別注意，既要搗實(shí)混凝土又不要碰撞螺栓，要精心施工，以免引起螺栓移位變形?；炷翝沧r(shí)跟蹤測(cè)量地腳螺栓移動(dòng)偏差一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)偏差超標(biāo)的立刻進(jìn)行校正，直至符合規(guī)范要求。在混凝土澆灌完成之后混凝土初凝之前應(yīng)派專(zhuān)人進(jìn)行螺栓的再次校核、調(diào)整，直到螺栓位置滿(mǎn)足規(guī)范要求。混凝土施工完后，應(yīng)立即派人用層板制成的蓋子蓋在螺帽上面進(jìn)行保護(hù)，防止螺栓絲口被破壞。五、地腳螺栓復(fù)測(cè)：在鋼柱吊裝前，必須對(duì)已完成施工的預(yù)埋螺栓的軸線(xiàn)間距進(jìn)行認(rèn)真核查、驗(yàn)收。對(duì)不 符合鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范GB50205 2001者，要提請(qǐng)有關(guān)方會(huì)同解決；對(duì)彎曲變形的地腳螺栓，要進(jìn)行校正；已損傷的絲扣用鈑牙進(jìn)行修理，并對(duì)所
