1、燒結廠生產(chǎn)工藝流程燒結生產(chǎn)工藝流程1、 原料的受料,堆存系統(tǒng)該系統(tǒng)主要由重車鐵牛,摘鉤平臺、轉子式翻車機、重型板式給礦機,兩臺堆料能力1000t/h搖臂式堆料機和膠帶運輸機組成。運輸部將待卸重車配至二燒翻車線上13道,由重車鐵牛將重車牽引至摘鉤平臺上,依靠液壓系統(tǒng)使摘鉤平臺升起,車皮被摘鉤分節(jié),分節(jié)的車皮靠摘鉤平臺的坡道滑進翻車機,在止擋器的作用下定位,此時,翻車機開紿工作,翻完的車皮回到0位后,推車裝置動作將車皮推入溜車線,進入翻車機料槽中的燒結原燃料,由左右兩臺重型板式給礦機將料排到膠帶運輸機上,通過多條膠帶運輸機轉動,最終通過堆料機將料堆入一次料場。此外,通過受料槽可將原燃料堆入一次料場

2、。為應對燒結生產(chǎn)中某種原料突然緊缺的情況,燒結廠又對原受料堆存系統(tǒng)進行了改進,加裝兩條直進膠帶,使料不通過一次料場而直接進入原料槽,其主要是依靠在轉5,1膠帶機上安裝了兩臺梨式卸料器,將料卸至直進，1、直進,2上，經(jīng)過取,1、取,2進入料倉。翻車機受料槽轉11轉31轉21取1轉41轉51直進1取1直進2取2堆料機1堆料機2WithanexternalintelligentvideoanalysisequipmentsuchasSAVIA,canreachtheborderdetection,intrusion,retrograde,count,spraying,intelligentvideo
