L -.-.一舉升機(jī)的安全操作規(guī)程1、舉升機(jī)操作必須由專人負(fù)責(zé),操作人員應(yīng)熟悉舉升機(jī)工作原理及操作要領(lǐng)。2、車輛進(jìn)出舉升機(jī)工位應(yīng)由舉升機(jī)操作人員指揮避免發(fā)生碰撞事故。3、舉升機(jī)臂應(yīng)可靠放置在車輛舉升位置方可進(jìn)行舉升操作,為防止自動作用,不允許完全依賴限位開關(guān),接近上下限1

9、0cm 時應(yīng)停止舉升。4、舉升機(jī)升降時,嚴(yán)禁人員進(jìn)入車輛下方或在車輛下方放置物品,機(jī)上嚴(yán)禁有人。5、舉升機(jī)嚴(yán)禁超負(fù)荷工作,各支撐點(diǎn)合理正確安全可靠。6、操作人員應(yīng)注意舉升機(jī)安全鎖止機(jī)構(gòu)情況及各部潤滑情況,定期清潔潤滑,確保完好。7、舉升工作時應(yīng)注意有無異常情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)異常及時停機(jī)并報告。8、工作完畢,舉升機(jī)臂應(yīng)恢復(fù)原位,清潔周圍環(huán)境。平衡機(jī)的安全操作規(guī)程1、操作時應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按使用要求進(jìn)行,應(yīng)小心掛放車輪,防止中心軸變形,確保機(jī)器正常工作,延長使用壽命。2、進(jìn)行平衡時應(yīng)選擇與輪胎中心孔相配的定位中心椎。3、輪胎裝夾必須牢固可靠,防止出現(xiàn)松動現(xiàn)象,作業(yè)前必須蓋上護(hù)罩,方可啟動。4、進(jìn)行平衡時,應(yīng)檢查和輸

10、入所測輪胎輪輞直徑、輪輞寬度及測量頭至輪胎內(nèi)側(cè)距離。5、作業(yè)完成后切斷電源,及時清理現(xiàn)場,保持設(shè)備、環(huán)境清潔。保護(hù)焊機(jī)安全操作規(guī)程保護(hù)焊機(jī)的安全操作規(guī)程1、操作人員工作前必須帶好手套、防護(hù)鏡。2、檢查焊機(jī)是否完好,包括焊機(jī)接線是否漏電、無罩等。3、 使用時操作者應(yīng)根據(jù)不同的材料選擇不同的焊條,應(yīng)根據(jù)零件的形狀及厚度,選擇焊接形式及相對件的焊接間隙調(diào)整不同的電流,但不應(yīng)過高的調(diào)高電流,以免造成焊機(jī)電流過大、過載燒壞焊機(jī)。4、對于焊接件,焊后工件不容許有假焊、氣泡等,不允許含有夾渣,應(yīng)及時清理焊接件。5、焊接場地應(yīng)無可燃物體及氣體,以免產(chǎn)生爆炸或起火。6、未經(jīng)總工程師準(zhǔn)許,不得焊接有氣體的管道及容

22、明火和吸煙以及其它火種。9烤漆房必須按技術(shù)規(guī)定使用,嚴(yán)禁超溫使用。10烤車時必須有一人以上當(dāng)班,嚴(yán)禁脫離崗位。輪胎拆裝機(jī)的安全操作規(guī)程1、拆裝時,輪胎必須放盡余氣。2、工作氣壓應(yīng)保持在6 8 千帕。3、所有移動件保持清潔,必要時用汽油清潔,注意潤滑,確保拆裝器轉(zhuǎn)動靈活。4、排放汽濾中的積水,確保馬達(dá)轉(zhuǎn)動皮帶松緊適度。5、安裝輪胎時,應(yīng)在輪胎邊上涂上小量潤滑油脂或滑石粉,以免斷裂輪邊。6、拆裝時,應(yīng)注意定位爪不要緊貼鋼圈,以免擦掉鋼圈油漆。鉆床的安全操作規(guī)程1、往鉆床上吊放工件時要用安全的吊具和方法,注意避免碰傷碰壞設(shè)備。工作裝卡找正時,不準(zhǔn)猛力敲打。2、嚴(yán)禁在工作臺上清砂和矯正彎曲工件,重大工

23、件吊裝時,應(yīng)將搖臂離開工作臺,以防碰壞搖臂。在搖臂下降時,要嚴(yán)防鉆頭與工作相碰。3、鉆床轉(zhuǎn)動時,操作者不許擅自離崗,如臨時離開應(yīng)該將鉆桿升起,并閉電源,停車后方可離開。4、在機(jī)動進(jìn)給接近鉆透時,應(yīng)用手動進(jìn)給,鉆頭在還未退出工件前不得停車。5、當(dāng)鉆削時,保險絲盒子如因超負(fù)荷自動脫開,必須立即停車查找原因,排除后方可繼續(xù)工作。6、鉆削鑄鐵工件時,不許加使用冷卻水。必須經(jīng)常提起鉆頭排屑。7 、禁止用偏刃鉆頭擴(kuò)孔。車體矯正架的安全操作規(guī)程1、用前應(yīng)檢查各舉升架系統(tǒng)中的油缸、油管、氣液泵的性能,確保各部件性能良好,檢查牽引系統(tǒng)中油缸、油管、氣液泵的性能,保證各部件性能完好。2、舉升架配套的氣液泵的氣源壓

45、; to continues to stre ngtheningfourgood lea dershi p constr ucti on夏季行車安全常識一、高溫下安全行車的要點(diǎn)夏季高溫天氣,柏油路面曝曬易產(chǎn)生“虛光”, 人容易煩躁,極易導(dǎo)致開車時注意力不集中,同時車輛爆胎也隨之增多, 并且夏季氣候反復(fù)多變,大風(fēng)、暴雨等惡劣天氣活動頻繁,給安全行車造成較大影響。因此, 駕駛員應(yīng)注意以下幾方面對行車安全造成的影響:(1) 防疲勞磕睡。夏季氣溫高,駕駛員睡眠不足,行車中容易疲勞磕睡。因此,出車前不參與對大腦刺激性強(qiáng)的活動,應(yīng)注意休息,保證充足的睡眠,當(dāng)行車中感到疲勞、打哈欠、手足無力等疲勞征兆時,應(yīng)

46、立即停車休息,或用冷水淋洗頭面,活動四肢,待精力恢復(fù)、頭腦清醒后再行車。(2) 防中暑。 夏季日照強(qiáng)、氣溫高, 駕駛員流汗多,精力消耗大,易發(fā)生中暑。為預(yù)防中暑可以采取以下措施:一是駕駛員在出車前和行車途中應(yīng)避免食用辛辣油膩食物,多食用新鮮蔬菜,注意補(bǔ)充鹽分;二是出車前要隨車攜帶水壺和毛巾,備一些應(yīng)急用的十滴水、風(fēng)油精等防暑藥品;三是保持空調(diào)等降溫設(shè)施性能良好;四是適當(dāng)設(shè)置遮陽裝置,避免陽光直曬;五是增加途中休息次數(shù)和時間。(3) 勿酒后駕車。血液中的酒精時刻對大腦產(chǎn)生麻醉作用,行車中嚴(yán)重影響駕駛員判斷和處理緊急情況的反應(yīng)時間,形成視覺誤差,表現(xiàn)為比平時遲鈍片刻,但就是這零點(diǎn)幾秒的反應(yīng)時間,往
