Project Feasibility Analysis1、渭南市位居陜西關中東部，是陜西省和西部地區(qū)進入東南沿海的“東大門”,也是承接中國東西部的重要紐帶，史稱“三秦要道、八省通衢”。渭南距西安僅60公里，是西安半小時經(jīng)濟圈最重要的的城市之一。下轄十一個縣（市、區(qū)）及渭南高新區(qū)，人口548萬，面積1.36萬平方公里，是秦晉豫黃河金三角經(jīng)濟協(xié)作區(qū)的中心，也是東西部物資運輸?shù)难屎硪?，毗鄰晉豫、輻射西北。周邊500公里以內(nèi)GDP超過1000億元以上的大城市有西安、洛陽、鄭州、太原等。隨著周邊城市及
