Definition 貨物的承運(yùn)人承運(yùn)人或其代理人收到貨物后，簽發(fā)給托運(yùn)人的一種證件證件。提單說(shuō)明了貨物貨物及及運(yùn)輸運(yùn)輸有關(guān)當(dāng)事人有關(guān)當(dāng)事人(如承運(yùn)人、托運(yùn)人和收貨人)之間的權(quán)利與義務(wù)等情況。提單的合法持有人合法持有人就是貨物的主人，因此提單是各項(xiàng)貨運(yùn)單據(jù)中最重要的單據(jù)。Contents of the B/L1）貨物貨物的品名、標(biāo)志、包數(shù)或者件
