19、.Firstly look at the walk times, as these are usually the easiest parts of a process to address. These can be reduced by making a change as simple as moving a part rack closer, but could also mean a major re-organisation of the area layout. You should involve ALL relevant personnel in the decision-m

20、aking process, from the Work group members on the processes to the area supervisor and, if required, Process & Lay-out engineers and maintenance personnel too. When you have found a viable proposal raise it onto a Kaizen bulletin. Having raised the bulletin, attach a RED sticker, with the bulletin n
