31、id Evaluation Committee with their experience.If the bidding machine has negative deviation to the bidding document , for each negative deviation, the total Evaluated Bid Price shall increase 1% of the average bid price of all the bidders. The negative deviation cant be more than 5 items (including

38、on ,other expenses will be on the Seller. After arrival of the goods ordered in contract, the successful Bidder shall send appropriate technician to the Buyer's for installation and commission within 7 days after receiving the Buyer's note.b.The plan and requirements of installation and comm

39、issioning shall be furnished in the bids .c.The Sellers personnel should finish the installation and commissioning within the period stipulated in the contract. In case of delay due to the Seller all related expense shall be on account of the Seller.d. The Seller is responsible for the technical tra

40、ining for the engineers and operators of the Buyer, including the operation and maintenance , providing the trainees with the special tools, password, software, drawings and the detailed documents for operation and maintenance etc.e. The seller shall guarantee the machine working regularly . If the

41、machines go out of order , the Seller shall reply immediately and go to the Buyers to repair within 48 hours after receiving the Buyer's notice .Clause 17Spare parts requirements are： for 2 years of normal operation after the successful acceptance, and the detailed list and unit price must furni

42、shed too.Clause 18Time limitation for repairing or replacing defective goods at the expense of Supplier is：2 working days upon the receipt of the notice.Clause 20Payment method and conditions shall be as follows：a. The down-payment is 10% of the Contract and it will be paid to the seller after the g

43、uarantee have been received by the buyer . b. The Buyer will open an irrevocable L/C through the Buyer's bank in favour of the Seller with volume of 90% of the Contract. The 80% of contract value shall be paid to the Seller after the receipt of covering bills of shipment . c. The 10% of contract

44、 value shall be paid to the Seller, within one month after the installation and commissioning and receiving an acceptance certificate signed by the both parties.Clause 21Contract price and itemized prices is as follows：Bidder should quote the price of the equipment, spare parts and options supplied

Quality Guarantee The Quality Guarantee Period is 12 months after the successful acceptance. The seller is responsible for the free-of-charge technical service to solve all the problem

47、s as caused by the defects of the equipment itself within 12 months from the date of acceptance2. After-sell Service 2.1 The seller shall guarantee the machine working regularly. If the machines go out of order , the Seller shall reply immediately and go to the Buyers to repair within 48 hours .3. T

48、raining3.1 The successful Bidder shall be responsible for training of buyers engineers for maintenance of supplied Goods , and tools , password and drawings for installation , commission and maintenance of supplied Goods ;3.2 Training of buyers personnel for operation, usage and maintenance.4. Accep

49、tance 4.1 An outline for the commissioning and the standards of acceptance should be submitted in the bid document , the testing method should be submitted too. It will act as the basis of acceptance after confirmed by the buyer together with the technical specifications in the Contract . After the

50、installation and commission of the equipment ,the Seller and Buyer should carry out the acceptance together according to confirmed outline and the standards . After the equipment meeting the acceptance standards, the Seller and Buyer should sign the examination certificate together. If the equipment

51、 is not up to the standard of acceptance or the technical specifications stipulated in the contract , the seller must adjust, repair or replace the equipment at his own expense and indemnify the buyer for all the losses thus incurred in the event.5.
