1、越南清化25萬噸煉鋼連鑄工程設(shè)計方案1.1 編制依據(jù)越南清化冶金股份總公司25萬噸煉鋼工程項目招標文件;越南清化冶金股份總公司提供的有關(guān)工程設(shè)計資料;越南清化冶金股份總公司與中方技術(shù)交流會議紀要。1.2 建設(shè)規(guī)模及產(chǎn)品大綱 建設(shè)規(guī)模越南清化冶金股份總公司籌建的鋼鐵聯(lián)合企業(yè),包括選礦、石灰、豎爐、燒結(jié)、煉鐵廠、煉鋼廠以及氧氣站、煤氣系統(tǒng)、給排水等公用設(shè)施和生產(chǎn)輔助設(shè)施等,生產(chǎn)鋼種主要為普通碳素結(jié)構(gòu)鋼和低合金鋼,工廠現(xiàn)階段的產(chǎn)品暫定為連鑄坯,建成后年產(chǎn)合格連鑄坯25萬噸。1.2.2 產(chǎn)品大綱(1)鋼種和產(chǎn)量及比例鋼種及產(chǎn)量比例序號鋼種代表鋼號比例(%)1普通碳素結(jié)構(gòu)鋼Q195、Q235502低 合

2、 金 鋼Q295、Q34550合計100(2)連鑄坯產(chǎn)品規(guī)格及比例序號鑄坯斷面(mm)產(chǎn)量(萬噸)占比例(%)1120×120502130×#215;15010合計25100鑄坯定尺長度: 6m,9m1.3 工程建設(shè)內(nèi)容工程建設(shè)內(nèi)容包括年產(chǎn)45萬噸鐵精礦的選礦廠、一個以5m2豎爐為核心設(shè)備,年產(chǎn)10萬噸球團的球團廠、一個由36m2燒結(jié)機及輔助設(shè)備組成,年產(chǎn)燒結(jié)礦37萬噸的燒結(jié)廠、一座230m3高爐、一個以20t轉(zhuǎn)爐和一臺3流小方坯連鑄機為主要設(shè)備的煉鋼廠以及配套建設(shè)的4500Nm3/h氧氣站、高爐煤氣回收和利用系統(tǒng)、空壓站、給排水、供配電等公用設(shè)施和

3、轉(zhuǎn)爐汽化冷卻、各生產(chǎn)設(shè)施的通風(fēng)除塵系統(tǒng)、檢化驗、機修等生產(chǎn)輔助設(shè)施以及總圖運輸和土建工程等。工程建成后,工程自成生產(chǎn)體系,年產(chǎn)合格連鑄鋼坯25萬噸。1.4 設(shè)計指導(dǎo)思想(1)以工程建成后取得最大經(jīng)濟效益為目標,工程設(shè)計本著少投入、多產(chǎn)出的原則,合理確定生產(chǎn)工藝路線和生產(chǎn)設(shè)備選型,保持技術(shù)和設(shè)備的先進性。(2)從聯(lián)合企業(yè)整體和生產(chǎn)的實際需要出發(fā),注重各生產(chǎn)設(shè)施的生產(chǎn)能力、技術(shù)水平的均衡配置,注重各生產(chǎn)工序的銜接。(3)各生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)均采用目前在中國成熟、可靠、節(jié)省投資的工藝技術(shù)和設(shè)備,不采用沒有經(jīng)過實際檢驗的技術(shù)和設(shè)備。在此基礎(chǔ)上采用具有一定先進性的技術(shù),如高爐煤粉噴吹和富氧鼓風(fēng)技術(shù);轉(zhuǎn)爐濺渣護爐技

4、術(shù);高爐和轉(zhuǎn)爐除塵技術(shù);水處理系統(tǒng)的先進技術(shù)等。(4)從技術(shù)和經(jīng)濟兩個方面綜合考慮,采用水平適當(dāng)?shù)模訮LC為核心的自動化控制技術(shù)和系統(tǒng)。(5)注重環(huán)保、勞動安全、工業(yè)衛(wèi)生、能源和消防,嚴格執(zhí)行有關(guān)的法律、法規(guī)、標準。貫徹生產(chǎn)設(shè)施和環(huán)保、勞動安全、工業(yè)衛(wèi)生、能源和消防設(shè)施同時設(shè)計、同時建設(shè)的原則。(6)總圖布置做到布置合理、節(jié)省用地、物流順暢、運輸方便、環(huán)境美化。1.5 全廠生產(chǎn)工藝 全廠工藝流程礦石選礦廠精礦粉石灰窯生石灰燒結(jié)機膨潤土豎爐球團礦熔劑、燃料、返礦、雜料燒結(jié)礦焦炭、塊礦230m3高爐混鐵爐20t轉(zhuǎn)爐鑄鐵機連鑄機LF爐(預(yù)留)連鑄坯噴煤生鐵塊生石灰全廠工藝流程圖 工藝流程說明選礦廠

5、為連續(xù)工作制,年平均工作310天;選礦廠生產(chǎn)能力:45萬t/a;燒結(jié)車間一臺36m2燒結(jié)機,為連續(xù)工作制,年平均工作330天;燒結(jié)機生產(chǎn)能力:萬t/a;燒結(jié)機消耗精礦粉:33萬t/a(干量);豎爐車間一臺5m2豎爐,為連續(xù)工作制,年平均工作330天;豎爐生產(chǎn)能力:10萬t/a;豎爐消耗精礦粉:萬t/a(干量);煉鐵車間一座230m3高爐,為連續(xù)工作制,年平均工作350天,出鐵次數(shù)約15次,每次出鐵時間25min;高爐生產(chǎn)能力:24萬t/a;高爐消耗燒結(jié)礦:萬t/a,當(dāng)燒結(jié)機檢修時高爐用倉底料或落地?zé)Y(jié)礦維持生產(chǎn);高爐消耗球團礦:10萬t/a,當(dāng)豎爐檢修時高爐用倉底料或落地球團礦維持生產(chǎn);煉鋼車

6、間一座20t轉(zhuǎn)爐,連續(xù)工作制,平均冶煉周期32min/爐、日產(chǎn)45爐,年平均工作310天;轉(zhuǎn)爐生產(chǎn)能力:26萬t/a;轉(zhuǎn)爐消耗鐵水:萬t/a;高爐與轉(zhuǎn)爐生產(chǎn)節(jié)奏不協(xié)調(diào),可通過300t混鐵爐得以緩沖解決,混鐵爐為轉(zhuǎn)爐可周轉(zhuǎn)8小時左右。當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)爐檢修時高爐鐵水送鑄鐵機澆鑄鐵塊。鑄鐵機生產(chǎn)能力:800t/d。1.6 全廠物料平衡高爐煤氣放散原料場鐵精粉45萬噸/a石灰窯原料場生石灰萬噸/a36m2燒結(jié)機燒結(jié)礦萬噸/a豎爐球團礦10萬噸/a膨潤土萬噸/a白云石燃料230m3高爐鐵水24萬噸/a石灰石焦炭無煙煤300t混鐵爐40m鑄鐵機800t/d高爐水渣(商品)萬噸/a生鐵塊(廢鋼/商品)20t轉(zhuǎn)爐26萬

7、噸/aCCM連鑄坯25萬噸/a高爐煤氣萬 Nm3/hLF爐(預(yù)留)入廠內(nèi)管網(wǎng)萬m3/h鐵合金熔劑選礦廠1萬噸/a33萬噸/a萬噸/a萬噸/a10萬噸/a萬噸/a萬噸/a萬噸/a萬噸/a萬噸/a萬噸/a自用萬 Nm3/h萬噸/a萬噸/a萬噸/a萬噸/a1.7 主要生產(chǎn)設(shè)施 選礦根據(jù)年產(chǎn)25萬t鋼坯的生產(chǎn)規(guī)模,需提供45萬t鐵精礦,為此選礦廠設(shè)計規(guī)模為90萬t/a原礦(其中考慮采礦廢石混入率為15%,選礦鐵精礦的產(chǎn)率為59%)。按選礦廠規(guī)模的劃分原則,設(shè)計的鐵礦選礦廠為小型選礦廠。 豎爐選用一座5m2豎爐及其輔助配套設(shè)施,年產(chǎn)成品球團礦10萬噸。 燒結(jié)36m2的帶式機燒結(jié)機1臺,燒結(jié)機利用系數(shù)為2

8、.h,年產(chǎn)成品燒結(jié)礦萬噸,主機年工作日330天,作業(yè)率為90.4%。 高爐一座230m3,3.d,年工作天數(shù)為350天,高爐年產(chǎn)煉鋼生鐵24萬噸。 煉鋼新建一座20t轉(zhuǎn)爐、300噸混鐵爐、R8連鑄機及配套設(shè)施等。煉鋼用鐵水由同時建設(shè)的230 m3高爐供應(yīng),年產(chǎn)合格鋼水26萬噸,全部送連鑄機鑄坯,年產(chǎn)小方坯25萬噸。 石灰窯新建一座250m3氣燒石灰窯,主要燃料為高爐煤氣,日產(chǎn)活性石灰200t,活性石灰活性度大于300。 制氧站為了供給煉鋼、連鑄及高爐富氧鼓風(fēng),建設(shè)一座4500Nm3/h氧氣站,將氧氣和氮氣通過管網(wǎng)供給用戶。 空壓站全廠壓縮空氣綜合最大耗量約為80 Nm3/min。根據(jù)廠區(qū)布局和

9、煉鐵、燒結(jié)、煉鋼等主要用戶耗量情況,擬新建1座全廠空壓站,且將空壓站設(shè)在廠區(qū)中心,以便于供給全廠各車間用氣。 開關(guān)站工程供電負荷的分類情況可分為五部分,即選礦系統(tǒng)、鐵前系統(tǒng)(含原料場系統(tǒng)、燒結(jié)系統(tǒng)、球團系統(tǒng)、石灰窯系統(tǒng))、煉鐵系統(tǒng)、煉鋼和連鑄系統(tǒng)、4500m3/h制氧站。其負荷情況和計算負荷如下:工程的×108 kWh。1.8 說明技術(shù)方案是根據(jù)越方提供的河北理工大學(xué)資源與環(huán)境學(xué)院的“鐵礦石選礦試驗研究報告”編制的,如果新做的選礦試驗研究數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)生變化,本技術(shù)方案將做較大調(diào)整。2選礦廠2.1 項目概述 選礦廠規(guī)模根據(jù)年產(chǎn)25萬t鋼坯的生產(chǎn)規(guī)模,需提供45萬t鐵精礦,為此選礦廠設(shè)計規(guī)模為

10、90萬t/a原礦(其中考慮采礦廢石混入率為15%,選礦鐵精礦的產(chǎn)率為59%)。按選礦廠規(guī)模的劃分原則,設(shè)計的鐵礦選礦廠為小型選礦廠。 原礦性質(zhì)及選礦試驗評價.1 原礦性質(zhì)平均品位 TFe 53.20% 含量低物相分析結(jié)果,原礦中的鐵礦物主要為磁性鐵礦物,分布率達到71.13%,還有一定量的非磁性鐵礦物和弱磁性鐵礦物,如硅酸鐵、赤鐵礦、褐鐵礦等。原礦比重(密度)為折算松散密度為.2 選礦試驗評價由河北理工大學(xué)做的小型試驗結(jié)果為在磨細度-200目占67%,經(jīng)兩次磁選后,可獲得產(chǎn)率為59%,品位為65.23%,回收率為72.34%的鐵精礦。推薦的選礦方法為單一磁選法,由二次磁選組成。試驗指標尚好,有

11、一定的深度,對于這類易選礦石,可作為選礦設(shè)計的依據(jù)。其中兩個問題值得完善:第一、礦樣代表性問題,試樣的代表性就是試驗所用試樣和設(shè)計的選礦廠投產(chǎn)后所處理的礦石的符合程度,樣品中是否配進一定量的廢石(如頂板、圍巖、夾層等部分的廢石)未作說明;第二、對于弱磁性礦物的回收未進行考查。2.2 工藝流程的選擇The Selection Process 工作制度及生產(chǎn)能力system of work and productivity工作制度,全年按300天工作。破碎車間按三班工作制,每班設(shè)備運轉(zhuǎn)5小時。磨礦、磁選、脫水車間三班工作制,每班設(shè)備運轉(zhuǎn)8小時。生產(chǎn)能力:年處理原礦90萬t日處理原礦3000t小時處

17、s) Buildings Description按順序排列:有粗碎廠房,中細碎廠房,篩分廠房,主廠房,磁選廠房,脫水廠房等。In sequence: there are thick broken plants, middle crushing plant, screening plant, main plant, magnetic separation plant, dehydration plant and so on.主廠房之前的廠房都是由膠帶輸送機(皮帶通廊)聯(lián)系全廠區(qū),特點之一是廠房之間拉得很開。因為平地建廠為滿足高度的要求,膠帶輸送機將礦石流,只有運得遠才能提升得高,特點之二是各廠房

A ball mill matches a mine warehouse.Plant is big area, very high, with the bigger lifting equipment i.脫水廠房:與產(chǎn)品礦槽相鄰。Dehydration plant: and is adjacent with the products mines slot.2.5 選礦廠給排水Water Supply and Drainage Concentrator選礦是耗水大戶,單位礦石耗水為35m3/h。設(shè)計取擴大指標為1t礦耗4t水,則每天耗水萬m3,其中有新水和回水?;厮?/p>

23、可占一半以上,給水部位應(yīng)有高位水池,保證有充足的新水。也要設(shè)回水池,能回收的水盡量回收,比如濾液水,尾礦濃縮溢流水。Beneficiation waster a lot of water, one ton mineral cost 3 5m3 / h water. 25、te overflow water.2.6 尾礦設(shè)施Tailings Facilities尾礦設(shè)施由尾礦沉淀池、尾礦輸送系統(tǒng)、回水輸送系統(tǒng)組成。尾礦沉淀池也稱尾礦庫,又由尾礦壩、排水管,排水井組成。壩體要建在三面環(huán)山的地方,可節(jié)省建筑費增加庫容。尾礦設(shè)施的造價因壩體狀態(tài)不同差異很大,一般占選礦廠總投資的1020%。 The tailings facility is made up of the tailings settling pond, tailings conveying system, backwater conveying system.
