5、工程變電所的設(shè)備布置圖要求，在變電所安裝110KV變壓器2臺(tái)，單臺(tái)質(zhì)量為62t除去現(xiàn)場組裝的附件質(zhì)量；8臺(tái)干式變壓器,2臺(tái)自耦變壓器，最大的質(zhì)量是8t；153面電氣盤柜，其質(zhì)量在1t以下；由于本次設(shè)備吊裝有質(zhì)量較大的設(shè)備，為保證吊裝順利進(jìn)行和設(shè)備按要求安裝，特編制此方案，以指導(dǎo)施工。According to HANAS LNG Project Euipment Layout Drawing issued by TPT, installedin substation have 110Kv transformer, 2 sets, unit weight is 62t (site installe

12、與散熱管聯(lián)接處，放油法蘭閥無滲油現(xiàn)象，儲(chǔ)油柜油位略高于正常位置。Oil box and accessories in place, no rust and damage, seal in good condition, oil drain valve of joint between oil box and radiator dont have leakage, oil level of oil box higher slightly than normal level.高、中壓瓷件無損傷痕跡，瓷件 釉彩無撞擊脫落現(xiàn)象。HV & MV porcelain fits dont have dama

13、ge, glaze dont have break off.高、中壓引出線的螺栓絲扣無損傷，所帶墊片螺帽齊全，中壓引出線及螺栓、螺帽齊全。出廠的有關(guān)資料及產(chǎn)品證明文件齊全。Thread of HV & MV outgoint cable no damage, washers and nuts are complete, manufacturer files are complete.盤柜內(nèi)的所有元器件均齊全，沒有外表損傷現(xiàn)象。Components inside of cabinet are complete, no damage in outlook.設(shè)備運(yùn)輸Transportation變壓器

14、由于噸位太大，所以直接運(yùn)至現(xiàn)場。Due to the big bulk of transformer, it should transfer to installation site directly.汽車載重噸位與上下壓盤柜和GIS系統(tǒng)柜裝車的重量相對(duì)應(yīng)，吊車起吊能力應(yīng)為1.52倍盤柜的重量。起重索具應(yīng)檢查可靠、起吊時(shí)盤柜應(yīng)使用吊裝帶兜底吊裝。吊索與鉛垂線的夾角不宜大于30度，起落要平穩(wěn)緩慢。裝車后，必須用繩索進(jìn)行封車，才能進(jìn)行運(yùn)輸。在運(yùn)輸中車速盡量均勻，注意行車平穩(wěn)，禁止急煞車DWT of trailer match the weight of HV & LV and GIS system

26、inet and GIS system cabinet圖示五運(yùn)輸平臺(tái)使用設(shè)計(jì)的專用平臺(tái)進(jìn)行作業(yè)。此平臺(tái)是7055U-003-DW-16-42-009圖紙上設(shè)計(jì)的，平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)承重荷載是25KN/m2。平臺(tái)使用前必須經(jīng)過驗(yàn)收合格，方可使用。Use the special working plate for transportation. 34、 frame and cabinet support fabricated together.變壓器就位和附件安裝Transformer Located & Accessories Installation變壓器前吊裝檢查變壓器的根底道軌寬度與變壓器道軌寬度一致。變壓器就位固定必須依據(jù)圖紙尺寸進(jìn)行,對(duì)沒有設(shè)計(jì)具體尺寸的那么應(yīng)根據(jù)變壓器二次出線的B相與中壓進(jìn)線盤的B相對(duì)準(zhǔn)。確定位置后，應(yīng)用角鋼將變壓器固定在根底槽上。Check the support track size match to transformer track size or not, transformer located co

37、定齊全、可靠。此安裝廠家配合。所有的安裝附件完成后，取本體變壓器油和待注入的油各一瓶500g，送專門檢驗(yàn)所做油混合試驗(yàn)，待絕緣油檢驗(yàn)合格后，進(jìn)行注油，注油時(shí)注意油標(biāo)的指示，按照廠家的要求，注至油位。注油完畢， 24小時(shí)后，檢查變壓器是否有滲漏，否那么需進(jìn)一步處理，正常方可進(jìn)行下道工序。After transformer installation qualified, install the accessories: due to the junction box, oil box, radiation fins and thermometer of 110Kv transformer is s

38、eparated, so accessoried installation is key to transformer installation. We plan use 25t mobile crane assist accessories installation (the heavyest oil box cover is 5.5t), pay attention to seal while accessoried installation, especially the oil-way seal fits have to completely and properly. After a

39、ccessories installation finish, sampling oil from transformer body and infuseoil 500g, send to oil mix examinating by professional lab, oiling after examined, oiling to scale according to manufacturer. After 24 hours from oiling finish, check the leakage, go to next procedure if in good condition.就地

40、的溫度計(jì)只需在溫水里面試驗(yàn)一下保證讀數(shù)正確，即可安裝，安裝時(shí)在溫度計(jì)套管里面放少許變壓器油即可。遠(yuǎn)傳溫度計(jì)，需要用萬用表檢查一下低溫/高溫節(jié)點(diǎn)是否可靠，限位點(diǎn)設(shè)置的是否適宜，溫度計(jì)應(yīng)根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)值或出廠規(guī)定進(jìn)行整定。溫度計(jì)盤面應(yīng)對(duì)著巡檢易視處，金屬毛細(xì)管的彎曲半徑不得小于50mm。監(jiān)視或保護(hù)變壓器的二次電纜外引線、排列應(yīng)整齊，應(yīng)有保護(hù)措施，接線盒應(yīng)密封良好，端子接線有標(biāo)識(shí)。接線時(shí)一定分清公用線和高/低溫線。壓力釋放裝置出廠已裝好，且出廠時(shí)已做試驗(yàn)，現(xiàn)場只需檢查引出電接點(diǎn)動(dòng)作是否正確。壓力信號(hào)接點(diǎn)應(yīng)動(dòng)作正確，導(dǎo)通良好。接線箱安裝主要是保證不能碰到瓷瓶，螺栓固定牢靠。油箱的位置保證是設(shè)計(jì)位置，保證油
