2、dard and install all client systems, making necessary customization changes. As a key role in HP Service Center management, accept and handle incident and change requests to ensure proper daily IT operations. Regularly check the system health and performance and immediately perform actions to resolv

3、e any issues In emergency situations, act as 24/7 Standby Duty by receiving system monitor call from HQ IT and resolving any critical issues. Regularly backup critical business data and responsible for data restoration. Provide daily security support for IT environment, including patching management

4、 and etc. Ensures alignment for Security all regulations to secure and protect Data Center facilities Communicate with internal department heads when IT maintenance requires offline period so they can plan accordingly Cooperate with local government regulators to setup related IT environment in VWFC and VW NMS based on local regulations and other requirements. 2.Office support and trainings Provide technical support to IT helpdesk.
