4、less steel piping systems for compressors from MAN Diesel & Turbo Schweiz AG (MDT-ZRH) that are to be installed outside the EU. 8、plied for each welding operation. Filler beads can be welded by using the GTAW, GMAW or SMAW procedures, of which the GTAW process is to be

Seamless pipes and the associated pipe elements must not be hard-stamped. Only an electric engraver

All weld seams must be marked with a welder identification number and weld seam number by means of an electric engraver or similar (Vibro pen). Welded

16、ll be carried out in compliance with EN ISO 5817 group B. Here EN 17635 is to be taken into consideration when applying non-destructive testing methods. The minimum requirements concerning the personnel for the non-destructive testing is Level 2 in accordance with EN 473 or SNT-TC-1A.對焊縫不規(guī)則評估的執(zhí)行應按照

18、ype of testing method and scope (number of weld seams) of are specified in the project-specific inspection and test plan. The result shall be documented with a 3.1 certificate in compliance with EN

22、mensional check has been carried out, the dimensions that had actually been measured must be transferred into the associated isometric. 24、ckled and passivated (only dipping bath allowed) after the welding and the hydrostatic pressure testing. No welding discoloration shall be visible after the pickling process on the inside or outside surfaces of the spools. Pickling pastes are forbidden (exceptions may apply for on- site welds). 不銹鋼管
