1、2017 年齊齊哈爾市中考英語(yǔ)一、命題范圍與原則說(shuō)明(一)命題范圍齊齊哈爾市 2017 年初中畢業(yè)學(xué)業(yè)英語(yǔ)學(xué)科以人教社的九年義務(wù)教育初級(jí)中新目標(biāo)為基礎(chǔ)。命題的范圍是英語(yǔ)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之“內(nèi)容標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”中五級(jí)目標(biāo)的內(nèi)容、要求及相關(guān)的附錄,同時(shí)參考三級(jí)和四級(jí)的內(nèi)容和要求。(二)命題原則遵循下列原則:1. 著重考查學(xué)生的綜合語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力依據(jù) 2011 年修正的英語(yǔ)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn),命題要以全面、準(zhǔn)確地考查學(xué)生的綜合語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力為,真正“考查學(xué)生用英語(yǔ)做事情的能力”的評(píng)價(jià)指導(dǎo),主要是通過(guò)讀、寫(xiě)形式考查學(xué)生綜合語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力,體現(xiàn)語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí)對(duì)學(xué)生發(fā)展的價(jià)值。2. 充分考慮學(xué)生的實(shí)際生活和身心發(fā)展水平,關(guān)注學(xué)生不同特點(diǎn)和個(gè)性差
2、異試題所選擇的語(yǔ)言素材和創(chuàng)設(shè)的語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用情境,要充分考慮學(xué)生的生活實(shí)際、生活經(jīng)驗(yàn)及當(dāng)時(shí)社會(huì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。試題素材的選擇和題型的設(shè)計(jì)要與學(xué)生的身心發(fā)展水平相適應(yīng)。3.選用道的語(yǔ)言素材,根據(jù)語(yǔ)言實(shí)際情形命題在選擇語(yǔ)言素材時(shí),盡量使用道、典型的當(dāng)代英語(yǔ)素材,盡可能提供語(yǔ)意相對(duì)完整的語(yǔ)境,盡可能使試題任務(wù)接近或類(lèi)似現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中語(yǔ)言使用的實(shí)際情形,實(shí)現(xiàn)語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí)的實(shí)踐性和應(yīng)用性。4.試題考查形式體現(xiàn)了與高中教學(xué)要求的銜接2017 年選用高中測(cè)試形式,但總體要求、難度與英語(yǔ)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)相符,還是對(duì)學(xué)生的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)掌握、語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用的綜合能力的測(cè)試。二、考查內(nèi)容與說(shuō)明(一) 語(yǔ)言知識(shí)的運(yùn)用能力語(yǔ)言知識(shí)的運(yùn)用要考查學(xué)生在一定的語(yǔ)
3、境中運(yùn)用語(yǔ)法知識(shí)、詞匯知識(shí)、語(yǔ)用知識(shí)、語(yǔ)言交際的能力。對(duì)知識(shí)的考查不是孤立地考查某些知識(shí)點(diǎn),更不是機(jī)械地考查對(duì)知識(shí)的情況。(二) 交際技能能夠回答有關(guān)個(gè)人信息,并就較熟悉的話題與他人進(jìn)行交流,特別是在真實(shí)語(yǔ)境中溝通信息、描述事物、表達(dá)情感、觀點(diǎn)和意見(jiàn)的能力。(三) 閱讀技能2017 年齊齊哈爾市初中畢業(yè)學(xué)業(yè)英語(yǔ)學(xué)科把閱讀技能作為主要考查內(nèi)容之一,著重考查學(xué)生理解各種題材和體裁的材料的能力,以及從各種材料中獲取信息的判斷能力。適當(dāng)選用一些實(shí)用性的語(yǔ)言材料作為試題的素材,如、告示、說(shuō)明書(shū)、指令等。(四) 寫(xiě)的技能寫(xiě)的技能指運(yùn)用所學(xué)語(yǔ)言知識(shí)與技能,以的形式進(jìn)行信息溝通、再現(xiàn)生活經(jīng)歷、描述周?chē)挛?、?/p>
4、見(jiàn)和觀點(diǎn)的能力。著重考查學(xué)生以形式表達(dá)真實(shí)意義或傳遞信息的能力。三、試題難度、試卷長(zhǎng)度與分值比例(一) 試題難度英語(yǔ)學(xué)科難度按易、中、難劃分,擬定比例為 7:2:1。難度系數(shù)應(yīng)在 0.650.75 之間。(二) 試卷長(zhǎng)度筆答閉卷的方式,試卷采用 16 開(kāi) 8 頁(yè)布局,英語(yǔ)學(xué)科采取由大約 85 個(gè)小題及表達(dá)組成,時(shí)間 120 分鐘,滿分 120 分。(三)分值比例試題 120 分。其中:?jiǎn)雾?xiàng)選擇 20 分(約占 16.7%)、完形填空 15 分(約占 12.5%)、短文改錯(cuò) 10 分(約占 8.3%)情景交際 20 分(約占 16.7%)、閱讀理解 40 分(約占 33.3%)、表達(dá) 15 分(
