Each measurement in the two couplings along2022年室內(nèi)消防噴淋系統(tǒng)安裝施工工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)1.適用范圍本章適用于工作壓力不大于1.0MPa 的民用及一般工業(yè)建筑消防噴淋系統(tǒng)管道安裝工程。2.施工準(zhǔn)備2.1 原材料、半成品的檢驗及驗收：2.1.1消防噴淋部分材料的采購和驗收2.1.1.1消防噴灑系統(tǒng)的報警閥、作用閥、控制閥、延遲器、水流指示器、水泵結(jié)合器等主要組件的規(guī)格型號應(yīng)符合設(shè)計要求，配件齊全，鑄造規(guī)矩，表面光潔，無裂紋，啟閉靈活，應(yīng)為國家消防產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢測中心檢測合格的產(chǎn)品，具有材料合格證和質(zhì)量證明書，否則不準(zhǔn)進(jìn)入施工現(xiàn)場

20、。2.1.1.2管材、管件的外觀檢驗，應(yīng)符合下列要求： 表面無裂紋、縮孔、夾渣、折疊和重皮；鍍鋅鋼管內(nèi)外表面的鍍鋅層完整，不得有鍍鋅層脫落、銹蝕現(xiàn)象；法蘭密封面應(yīng)完整光潔，不提有毛刺及徑向溝槽。2.1.1.3噴頭的檢驗應(yīng)符合下列要求： 噴頭的型號、規(guī)格應(yīng)符合設(shè)計要求； 噴頭的商標(biāo)、型號、公稱動作溫度，制造廠及生產(chǎn)年月等標(biāo)志齊全； 噴頭外觀應(yīng)無加工缺陷和機械損傷； 噴頭螺紋密封面應(yīng)完整、光滑、不得有傷痕、毛刺，缺絲或斷絲的現(xiàn)象；2.2 主要工機具： 2.2.1 套絲機，砂輪鋸，臺鉆，電錘，手砂輪，手電鉆，電焊機，電動試壓泵等機械。2.2.2 套絲板，管鉗、臺鉗，壓力鉗，鏈鉗，手錘，鋼鋸，扳手，射

21、釘槍，倒鏈、電氣焊等工具。2.3 作業(yè)條件：2.3.1 施工現(xiàn)場已安排好適當(dāng)?shù)默F(xiàn)場工作場地、工作棚、料具庫，在管道層、地下室、地溝內(nèi)操作時，要接通低壓照明燈。2.3.2 配合土建施工進(jìn)度做好各項預(yù)留孔洞、管槽。穩(wěn)栽各種型鋼托、吊卡架及預(yù)埋套管。2.3.3 在進(jìn)行管道等各項預(yù)制前要根據(jù)施工圖紙及材料計劃，將需用材料、設(shè)備的規(guī)格型號、質(zhì)量、數(shù)量確認(rèn)合格并準(zhǔn)備齊全，運到現(xiàn)場。2.3.4 主體結(jié)構(gòu)已驗收，現(xiàn)場已清理干凈。2.3.5管道安裝所需要的基準(zhǔn)線應(yīng)測定并標(biāo)明，如吊頂標(biāo)高、地面標(biāo)高、內(nèi)隔墻位置線等。2.3.6安裝管道所需要的操作架應(yīng)由專業(yè)人員搭設(shè)完畢。2.3.7 噴灑頭安裝按建筑裝修圖確定位置，吊

22、頂龍骨安裝完按吊頂材料厚度確定噴灑頭的標(biāo)高。封吊頂時按噴灑頭預(yù)留口位置在頂板上開孔。2.4 作業(yè)人員技術(shù)員、施工員、材料員、質(zhì)檢員、管工（水暖工）、電焊、氣焊、電工、起重、測量工。3.操作工藝3.1工藝流程系統(tǒng)通水試調(diào)噴頭等配件安裝 管道試壓管道沖洗 安裝準(zhǔn)備干管安裝立管安裝分層支管安裝 3.2安裝準(zhǔn)備：3.2.1 認(rèn)真熟悉圖紙，根據(jù)施工方案、技術(shù)、安全交底的具體措施選用材料，測量尺寸，繪制草圖，預(yù)制加工。3.2. 2 核對有關(guān)專業(yè)圖紙，查看各種管道的坐標(biāo)、標(biāo)高是否有交叉或排列位置不當(dāng)，及時與設(shè)計人員研究解決，辦理洽商手續(xù)。3.2. 3檢查預(yù)埋件和預(yù)留洞是否準(zhǔn)確。3.2. 4 檢查管材、管件、

23、閥門、設(shè)備及組件等是否符合設(shè)計要求和質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。3.2. 5 要安排合理的施工順序，避免工種交叉作業(yè)干擾，影響施工。3.2. 6管網(wǎng)安裝前應(yīng)校直管子清除其內(nèi)外的雜物，安裝中應(yīng)隨時注意清除已安裝管道內(nèi)部雜物；3.3干管安裝：3.3.1 噴灑管道一般要求使用鍍鋅管件（干管直徑在100mm 以上，無鍍鋅管件時采用焊接法蘭連接，試完壓后做好標(biāo)記拆下來加工鍍鋅）。需要鍍鋅加工的管道應(yīng)選用碳素鋼管或無縫鋼管，在鍍鋅加工前不允許刷油和污染管道。需要拆裝鍍鋅的管道應(yīng)先安排施工。3.3.2 噴灑干管用法蘭連接每根配管長度不宜超過6m，直管段可把幾根連接在一起，使用倒鏈安裝，但不宜過長。也可調(diào)直后，編號依次順序吊裝

24、，吊裝時，應(yīng)先吊起管道一端，待穩(wěn)定后再吊起另一端。3.3.4 報警閥安裝：應(yīng)設(shè)在明顯、易于操作的位置，距地高度宜為1m 左右。報警閥處地面應(yīng)有排水措施，環(huán)境溫度不應(yīng)低于+5。報警閥組裝時應(yīng)按產(chǎn)品說明書和設(shè)計要求，控制閥應(yīng)有啟閉指示裝置，并使閥門工作處于常開狀態(tài)。3.4 立管安裝：3.4.1 立管暗裝在豎井內(nèi)時，在管井內(nèi)預(yù)埋鐵件上安裝卡件固定，立管底部的支吊架要牢固，防止立管下墜。3.4.2 立管明裝時每層樓板要預(yù)留孔洞，立管可隨結(jié)構(gòu)穿入，以減少立管接口。3.5 消防分層干支管安裝：3.5.1鍍鋅管安裝切口加工要平齊，絲扣套要規(guī)整、光潔，不得有毛刺、斷絲現(xiàn)象，缺絲不得超過全扣數(shù)的10%。鍍鋅管安

25、裝過程中還要注意不要損壞鍍鋅層。需要加工鍍鋅的管道在其它管道未安裝前試壓、拆除、鍍鋅后進(jìn)行二次安裝。3.5.2噴灑管道不同管徑連接不宜采用補心，應(yīng)采用異徑管箍，彎頭上不得用補心，應(yīng)采用異徑彎頭，三通上最多用一個補心，四通上最多用兩個補心。走廊吊頂內(nèi)的管道安裝與通風(fēng)道的位置要協(xié)調(diào)好。3.5.3管道安裝位置應(yīng)符合設(shè)計要求，管道中心與梁、柱、頂棚等的最小距離應(yīng)符合下表的規(guī)定；表1、管道中心與梁、柱、頂棚的最小距離（mm）公稱直徑 25 32 40 50 65 80 100 125 150 200 距離 40 40 50 60 70 80 100 125 150 200 3.5.4管道的支架、吊架安裝

26、應(yīng)符合下表要求：表2、管道支架或吊架的間距公稱直徑（mm） 25 32 40 50 65 80 100 125 150 200 250 300 距離（m） 3.5 4 4.5 5 6 6 6.5 7 8 9.5 11 12 3.5.5相鄰兩噴頭之間的管段上至少應(yīng)設(shè)支（吊）架一個，當(dāng)噴頭間距小于1.8m時，可隔段設(shè)置，但支（吊）架的間距不應(yīng)大于3.6m；3.5.6為了防止噴水時管道沿管線方向晃動，應(yīng)在下列部位設(shè)防晃支架： 配水管一般在中點設(shè)一個（管徑50mm時可不設(shè)） 配水干管及支管的長度超過15m，每15m長度內(nèi)最少設(shè)一個（管徑40mm時可不設(shè)） 管徑50mm的管道拐彎處（包括三通及四通位置）

27、應(yīng)設(shè)一個； 豎管應(yīng)在其始端、終端設(shè)防晃支架，或用管卡固定，其安裝位置距地面或樓面1.51.8m；水干管穿越多層建筑應(yīng)隔層設(shè)一個防晃支架；3.5.7管道的分支預(yù)留口在吊裝前應(yīng)先預(yù)制好，絲接的用三通定位預(yù)留口，焊接可在干管上開口焊上熟鐵管箍，調(diào)直后吊裝。所有預(yù)留口均加好臨時堵。 3.5.8管道法蘭安裝要垂直于管道，兩片法蘭連接螺栓要能夠自由穿入，不得強力連接。3. 6消防管道試壓可分層分段進(jìn)行，上水時最高點要有排氣裝置，高低點各裝一塊壓力表，上滿水后檢查管路有無滲漏，如有法蘭、閥門等部位滲漏，應(yīng)在加壓前緊固，升壓后再出現(xiàn)滲漏時做好標(biāo)記，卸壓后處理。必要時泄水處理。冬季試壓環(huán)境溫度不得低于+5，夏季

28、試壓最好不直接用外線上水防止結(jié)露。試壓合格后及時辦理驗收手續(xù)。 3. 7管道沖洗：消防管道在試壓完畢后可連續(xù)做沖洗工作。沖洗前先將系統(tǒng)中的流量減壓孔板、過濾裝置拆除，沖洗水質(zhì)合格后重新裝好，沖洗出的水要有排放去向，不得損壞其它成品。3. 8噴頭安裝：3. 8. 1噴頭安裝應(yīng)在系統(tǒng)管網(wǎng)試壓、沖洗合格后進(jìn)行；3. 8. 2 安裝噴頭不得對噴頭進(jìn)行拆裝，改動，并嚴(yán)禁給噴頭附加任何裝飾性涂層；3. 8. 3噴頭的安裝應(yīng)使用專用板手，嚴(yán)禁利用噴頭的框架擰盡噴頭；噴頭的框架、濺水盤變形或釋放原件損傷時應(yīng)更換噴頭，且應(yīng)與原噴頭規(guī)格、型號相同；3. 8.4向上噴的噴灑頭有條件的可與分支干管順序安裝好。其它管道

29、安裝完后不易操作的位置也應(yīng)先安裝好向上噴的噴灑頭。3.9 水流指示器安裝：一般安裝在每層的水平分支干管或某區(qū)域的分支干管上。應(yīng)水平立裝，傾斜度不宜過大，保證葉片活動靈敏，水流指示器前后應(yīng)保持有5 倍安裝管徑長度的直管段，安裝時注意水流方向與指示器的箭頭一致。國內(nèi)產(chǎn)品可直接安裝在絲扣三通上，進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品可在干管開口用定型卡箍緊固。水流指示器適用于直徑為50150mm 的管道上安裝。3.14 噴灑頭支管安裝指吊頂型噴灑頭的末端一段支管，這段管不能與分支干管同時順序完成，要與吊頂裝修同步進(jìn)行。吊頂龍骨裝完，根據(jù)吊頂材料厚度定出噴灑頭的預(yù)留口標(biāo)高，按吊頂裝修圖確定噴灑頭的坐標(biāo)，使支管預(yù)留口做到位置難確。支

30、管管徑一律為25mm，末端用25mm15mm 的異徑管箍口，管箍口吊頂裝修層平，拉線安裝。支管末端的彎頭處100mm以內(nèi)應(yīng)加卡件固定，防止噴頭與吊頂接觸不牢，上下錯動。支管裝完，須留口用絲堵擰緊。準(zhǔn)備系統(tǒng)試壓。4.質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)4.1主控項目4.1.1 系統(tǒng)最末端、每一分區(qū)系統(tǒng)末端或每一層系統(tǒng)末端應(yīng)設(shè)置的末端試水裝置，預(yù)作用和干式噴水滅火系統(tǒng)設(shè)置的排氣閥應(yīng)符合設(shè)計要求。檢驗方法:實地試射檢查。4. 2一般項目4. 2.1配水支管、配水管、配水干管設(shè)置的支架、吊架和防晃支架應(yīng)符合表2的規(guī)定。檢驗方法: 尺量檢查。4. 2.2 報警閥組的驗收應(yīng)符合下列要求:1 報警閥的各組件，應(yīng)符合產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求；2 打開放水試驗閥，測試的流量、壓力應(yīng)符合設(shè)計要求；3 水力警鈴的設(shè)置位置應(yīng)正確。測試時，水力警鈴噴嘴處壓力不應(yīng)小于0.05Mpa，且距水力警鈴3m遠(yuǎn)處警鈴聲音強不應(yīng)小于70dB；4 打開手動放水閥或電磁閥組動作應(yīng)可靠；5 控制閥均應(yīng)鎖定在正常開位置；6 與空氣壓縮機或火災(zāi)報警系統(tǒng)的聯(lián)動程序，應(yīng)符合設(shè)計要求。檢驗方法:觀察和尺量檢查。4.3質(zhì)量記錄：4.3.1 系統(tǒng)主要材料、設(shè)備和組件的合格證或現(xiàn)場檢驗報告；4.3
