1、PAGE PAGE 4模組化模糊分類在產(chǎn)品開發(fā)之研究-以自行車內(nèi)變速器為例蕭惠華中文摘要模組化是使使用共通通元件創(chuàng)創(chuàng)造產(chǎn)品品多樣性的的策略或或方法，當當產(chǎn)品要要運用模模組化概概念開發(fā)發(fā)時，必必須完整整考慮到到產(chǎn)品的的設(shè)計、組組裝和製製造，整整個模組組化過程程中，最最重要的的部分就就是產(chǎn)品品零件的的分類，現(xiàn)現(xiàn)有的分分類技術(shù)術(shù)，僅止止於零件件的編碼碼，而並並不考量量零件間間的關(guān)聯(lián)聯(lián)性與組組裝，本本研究以以結(jié)合模模糊邏輯輯的概念念於產(chǎn)品品的分類類，提出出模糊詮詮釋結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)模式和和模糊聚聚類分析析兩種分分類的技技術(shù)，以以更適合合產(chǎn)品模模組化之之規(guī)劃與與應(yīng)用。模糊詮釋結(jié)結(jié)構(gòu)模式式為詮釋釋結(jié)構(gòu)模模式與模模糊

2、綜合合評價之之結(jié)合運運用，比比原先的的方式更更能清楚楚知道產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品零件件的重要要順位。模模糊聚類類分析則則分別以以零件連連結(jié)強度度關(guān)係值值定義產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品關(guān)係係，及模模糊語意意考量產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品零件件連結(jié)的的強度，並並經(jīng)解模模糊化後後實際定定義產(chǎn)品品關(guān)係，此此兩種方方法操作作零件分分類，兩兩方法皆皆達成將將原本模模糊聚類類分析之之4個操操作步驟驟簡化為為2步驟驟，使設(shè)設(shè)計分類類更容易易快速。本研究具體體達成以以下目標標：本研究是以以內(nèi)變速速器為案案例驗證證對象，具具體達成成模糊理理論應(yīng)用用於產(chǎn)品品零件之之模組化化分類。重新建構(gòu)模模糊詮釋釋結(jié)構(gòu)模模式及模模糊聚類類分析的的操作步步驟，以以更適合合在產(chǎn)品品零件的的
