總線ff卡件修復(fù)步驟

1、 Foundation Filed Bus Module RepairFF總線卡件版本升級需固件修復(fù)，前期需進行如下準備（此時已完成FF卡件在Ovation相關(guān)配置工作并兩個網(wǎng)段端口與現(xiàn)場設(shè)備相連）：將新配置文件vxWorks和vxWorks.system拷貝至C:OvationVxWorksModulesFieldbusboot目錄下，原先的文件，命名為vxWorks.orig和vxWorks.system.orig，并Downloading相應(yīng)的控制器(配置文件在FF repair文件夾中)；在自己筆記本PC機上安裝Cerberus FTP Server，并配置，步驟如下：運行Cerber

2、us FTP Server程序打開Configuration 選項，打開User Manager選中Add a New User添加一個用戶名為“csb”新用戶Password 設(shè)為“csb”在C根目錄下建一個ftproot的文件夾,將rdp_m.out，Repair，rftp.out，rnet_m.out，vxWorksRepair拷貝到此文件夾（文件在附件1文件夾中）運行Cerberus FTP Server程序?qū)C機的網(wǎng)卡IP地址設(shè)置為，子網(wǎng)掩碼設(shè)為，網(wǎng)卡網(wǎng)線與交換機相連打開Hyper-terminal，其配置如下：Properties - Connect To Tab - Confi

7、o the FTP Boot requests made by the ELC/BUS module.注：此時FF卡將自行修復(fù)，當(dāng)出現(xiàn)- Executing startup script host:/repair.scr.代表修復(fù)已完成。在裝有Ovation系統(tǒng)的PC機上點擊Ovation-Ovation Utilities打開Diagnostics,選擇相應(yīng)的控制器的FF卡件Download Available Firmware,完畢后重啟卡件，此過程需要15到20分鐘左右的時間；在Hyper-terminal是無法看到任何兩個網(wǎng)段端口的信息；10.再次重復(fù)第9步完成后會在Hyper-ter

9、開Ovation Developer Studio使用系統(tǒng)樹狀目錄，“System-Networks-Units-Drops-I/O Devices-I/O Devices 0 IOIC-Branch-Slot”導(dǎo)航至“Fieldbus module”在某個現(xiàn)場總線模塊上單擊鼠標(biāo)右鍵，選擇“Engineer”，彈出Fieldbus Engineering窗口，選擇相應(yīng)的控制的FF卡件對其Port1和Port2進行Download再次對FF卡件進行修復(fù)（79步驟）Download Available Firmware，重啟卡件后可以在Hyper-terminal看到以下信息：-Pre 1 sec
