定量給料機(jī)(CFW)操作維護(hù)手冊(cè)O(shè)peration&MaintenanceManualfortheConstantFeedWeigher(CFW)(GM–BSC–S02)上海大和衡器有限公司ShanghaiYamatoScaleCo.,Ltd.Copyright○CShanghaiYamatoLtd.2007概述Introduction上海大和衡器有限公司生產(chǎn)制作的定量給料機(jī)、定量皮帶秤、皮帶秤在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)中應(yīng)用范圍非常廣泛,尤其在水泥、電力、鋼鐵、化工、造紙、化肥工業(yè)等等地方更是起著非常重要的作用。TheConstantFeedWeigher,ConstantBeltWeigherandCSproducedbyShanghaiYamatoScaleCo.,Ltd.haveaverybroadapplicationscopeinthemodernindustryandespeciallyplayaveryimportantroleincement,electricpower,chemicalengineering,papermakingandfertilizerindustry.上海大和衡器有限公司生產(chǎn)制作的定量給料機(jī)采用重量傳感器檢測(cè)到物料的單位長(zhǎng)度的瞬時(shí)重量信號(hào),同時(shí)速度傳感器檢測(cè)到速度脈沖信號(hào)。通過(guò)控制系統(tǒng)將重量信號(hào)與速度信號(hào)進(jìn)行乘積運(yùn)算,從而求得物料的真實(shí)流量(輸送量)??刂葡到y(tǒng)將物料的真實(shí)流量和用戶設(shè)定的輸送量(設(shè)定量)進(jìn)行逐次比較,其差值信號(hào)反饋給變頻器,用于調(diào)節(jié)輸送膠帶速度,從而保證物料的真實(shí)流量和設(shè)定量相一致。TheConstantFeedWeigherproducedbyShanghaiYamatoScaleCo.,Ltd.adoptstheloadcelltoinspecttheinstantaneousweightsignalsofthematerialinaunitlengthandatthesametimethespeeddetectortoinspectthespeedpulsesignals.Theweightsignalsandspeedsignalsareconductedwiththeproductcalculationbythecontrolsystemsoastoattainthematerial 在微小運(yùn)行距離(dl)上的輸送量Wdl:Feedingamountontheminimumrunningdistance(d1)上述表明:要獲得輸送量,需通過(guò)稱量傳感器檢測(cè)到物料的單位長(zhǎng)度的瞬時(shí)重量信號(hào),同時(shí)速度傳感器檢測(cè)到速度脈沖信號(hào)。通過(guò)控制儀表將重量信號(hào)與速度信號(hào)進(jìn)行乘積運(yùn)算,從而求得輸送量。Theaboveindicates:inordertoattainthefeedingamount,itisnecessarytoutilizetheweighingtransducertoinspecttheinstantaneousweightsignalsofthematerialinaunitlengthandatthesametimethespeeddetectortoinspectthespeedpulsesignals.Thecontrolinstrumentshallbeappliedtocarryonproductcalculationtowardtheweightsignalsandspeedsignalssoastogetthefeedingamount.1-2.稱量和控制系統(tǒng)1-2WeighingandControllingSystem如Fig.1-2的流程圖所示,本設(shè)備主要分為四大單元:稱重單元,皮帶測(cè)速單元,積算控制儀表單元和驅(qū)動(dòng)單元。ShownastheflowchartofFig.1-2,thisequipmentismainlydividedintofourmajorunits:aweighingunit,abeltspeeddetectorunit,anintegratingcontrolinstrumentunitandadrivingunit.稱重單元,皮帶測(cè)速單元,驅(qū)動(dòng)單元作為輸送機(jī)的部件安裝在輸送機(jī)上。Theweighingunit,beltspeeddetectorunitandthedrivingunitareinstalledonthefeedingmachineasthefeedingmachine’scomponents.稱重單元主要由計(jì)量托輥和兩個(gè)稱重傳感器組成。稱重傳感器安裝在高精度的平臺(tái)上,兩個(gè)傳感器測(cè)量出輸送帶上物料的單位長(zhǎng)度重量,然后將重量信號(hào)傳送至積算控制儀表。Theweighingunitismainlycomposedofameasuringsupportrollerandtwoweighingtransducers.Theweighingtransducersareinstalledonthehigh-precisionplatformsoastomeasurethematerial’sweightinaunitlengthontheconveyerbeltandthentheweightsignalsaretransmittedtotheintegratingcontrolinstrument.皮帶測(cè)速單元采用編碼器安裝在驅(qū)動(dòng)滾筒軸端,通過(guò)滾筒轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)產(chǎn)生脈沖信號(hào),并將脈沖信號(hào)傳送至積算控制儀表。Thebeltspeeddetectorunitisinstalledattheaxialendofthedrivingrollerbymeansofthecoder.Therotationoftherollerproducespulsesignalsthatarethentransmittedtotheintegratingcontrolinstrument.驅(qū)動(dòng)單元的主電機(jī)根據(jù)積算控制儀表和變頻器信號(hào)自動(dòng)調(diào)速轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),從而使得給料機(jī)的輸送量與設(shè)定的輸送量一致。Themainelectricmotorofthedrivingunitautomaticallyrotateswiththespeedregulatedaccordingtotheintegratingcontrolinstrumentandthesignalsofinvertersoastoattainthefeedingamountofthefeedingmachineconsistenttothesetfeedingamount.主電動(dòng)機(jī)與減速箱安裝一體,然后安裝在給料機(jī)的驅(qū)動(dòng)滾筒上。變頻器根據(jù)積算控制儀表的衡定的輸送量信號(hào)產(chǎn)生相應(yīng)的頻率,主電機(jī)根據(jù)不同的頻率,產(chǎn)生不同的轉(zhuǎn)速。也就是說(shuō)驅(qū)動(dòng)滾筒產(chǎn)生相應(yīng)的轉(zhuǎn)速。從而達(dá)到輸送機(jī)的輸送量衡定,即與設(shè)定的輸送量一致。Themainelectromotorandthegearboxareinstalledinoneentity,andtheninstalledonthedrivingrollerofthefeedingmachine.Theinverterproducescorrespondingfrequencyaccordingtothesignalsoffeedingamountscaledbytheintegratingcontrolinstrument,whilethemainelectromotorproducesdifferentrotatingspeedsaccordingtodifferentfrequencies.Thatistosaythatthedrivingrollerproducescorrespondingrotatingspeedsoastoscalethefeedingamountofthefeedingmachine,whichisconsistenttothesetfeedingamount.積算控制儀表對(duì)傳感器的稱重(重量)電壓信號(hào)和測(cè)速傳感器的速度脈沖信號(hào)進(jìn)行處理和計(jì)算。積算控制儀表通過(guò)比例關(guān)系的運(yùn)算將速度脈沖信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換成輸送帶每秒鐘運(yùn)行的長(zhǎng)度,即輸送帶的速度。儀表對(duì)稱重傳感器(單位長(zhǎng)度重量)和馬達(dá)(皮帶每秒鐘運(yùn)行的距離)信號(hào)進(jìn)行積分,得到輸送機(jī)每秒鐘的輸送量。每秒鐘的輸送量同設(shè)定的輸送量進(jìn)行逐次比較,其差值信號(hào)反饋給變頻器,變頻器產(chǎn)生相應(yīng)的頻率用于調(diào)節(jié)馬達(dá)的轉(zhuǎn)速(輸送膠帶速度),直到真實(shí)流量和設(shè)定量相一致。Theintegratingcontrolinstrumentcarriesontreatmentandcalculationtowardtheweighing(weight)voltagesignalsofthetransducerandthespeedpulsesignalsofthespeedmeasuringtransducerandthenconvertsthespeedpulsesignalsintotherunninglengthoftheconveyerbeltpersecondthroughaproportionaloperation,namelythespeedoftheconveyerbelt.Theinstrumentconductsintegralcalculationtowardtheweighingtransducer(theweightinaunitlength)andthemotorsignals(therunningdistanceoftheconveyerbeltpersecond)soastoattainthefeedingamountoftheconveyerbeltpersecond.Thefeedingamountpersecondissuccessivelycomparedwiththesetfeedingamountandthedifferencesignalsarefedbacktotheinverter.Thecorrespondingfrequenciesproducedbytheinverterareappliedtoadjustthemotor’srotatingspeed(speedoftheconveyerbelt’srubberbelt)untiltherealfeedingfluxisconsistenttothesetfeedingamount.積算控制儀表同時(shí)能夠?qū)⒚棵腌姷妮斔土考皶r(shí)地轉(zhuǎn)換成每小時(shí)的輸送量用負(fù)荷率的形式顯示出來(lái)。同時(shí)控制儀表具有強(qiáng)大的通訊功能和數(shù)據(jù)儲(chǔ)存功能。(詳細(xì)資料參見(jiàn)儀表說(shuō)明書(shū))Atthesametimetheintegratingcontrolinstrumentcantimelyconvertthefeedingamountpersecondintothefeedingamountperhourthatthenisdisplayedintheformofloadrate.Simultaneouslythecontrolinstrumentisprovidedwithastrongcommunicationfunctionanddatastoringfunction.(ThedetailedinformationisreferredtotheInstrumentSpecification)OperationControlinstrumentCFC-200LoadcellFig.1-2結(jié)構(gòu)2.Structure計(jì)量裝置1)MeasuringDevices采用波紋管沖氮防護(hù)傳感器,型號(hào)為UB2系列。AdoptthecorrugatedpipenitrogenimpingingprotectiontransducerandthemodelistheUB2seriesFig.2-1UpperLoadcellMeasuringUpperSupportingSupportingSupportingRollerRollerRollerFig.2-1物料的重量通過(guò)計(jì)量托輥傳送到兩端的傳感器上。Thematerial 70輸送帶中間(內(nèi)部)清掃器3)Middle(inside)sweeperoftheconveyerbelt中間清掃器的主要功能是用于去除輸送帶內(nèi)表面的物料碎粘著物,保障皮帶內(nèi)表面清潔。同時(shí),保障計(jì)量性能穩(wěn)定性,并使得輸送帶不易跑偏。Themainfunctionofthemiddlesweeperistowipeoffthematerialpiecesandadhesionsonthesurfaceoftheconveyerbelttoguaranteetheoutercleanlinessoftheconveyerbeltandatthesametimeguaranteethestabilityofmeasuringperformancesothattheconveyerbeltwon’trunout.清掃板采用橡膠材料制作。Thesweeperboardismadeofrubbermaterials.驅(qū)動(dòng)滾筒(頭部滾筒)Drivingroller(therollerattheheadpart)在驅(qū)動(dòng)滾筒外表面包橡膠,并開(kāi)設(shè)人字形斜槽。這種制作方法可以提高驅(qū)動(dòng)力,防止膠帶打滑。Theoutersurfaceofthedrivingrolleriswrappedwiththerubberandarrangedwithaherringboneflume.Thismakingmethodcanincreasethedrivingpowerandpreventtheadhesivetapefromslipping.旋轉(zhuǎn)方向140°Fig2.4Directionof旋Rotation轉(zhuǎn)方向140°Fig2.4驅(qū)動(dòng)滾筒外形為鼓形,其功能是防止膠帶跑偏。Thedrivingroller ’soutlinetheisdrumshape,whosefunctionistopreventtherubberbeltfromrunningout.輸送膠帶Conveyingrubberbelt輸送帶型號(hào)為EP-200,聚脂帆布橡膠帶。ThemodeloftheconveyerbeltisEP-200anditbelongstothepolyestercanvasrubberbelt.膠帶張緊裝置Adhesivetapetensioningdevice膠帶張緊裝置內(nèi)部配置了螺母和調(diào)節(jié)桿,從而保證了膠帶的恒定張力。如圖Fig.2-5
