OPMT

質(zhì)量管理計(jì)劃確定了對(duì)質(zhì)量管理體系具體交付的方法。它必須始終貫徹于重慶化醫(yī)MDI一體化項(xiàng)目工程的整個(gè)活動(dòng)和工作過程中,從而完成對(duì)重慶化醫(yī)MDI一體化項(xiàng)目聯(lián)合裝置的設(shè)計(jì)、施工和運(yùn)行的目標(biāo)。OPMTQualityManagementSystem OPMT 質(zhì)量管理體系TheOPMTQualityManagementSystem(QMS)willbedeliveredtomeettheintentofGB/T19001:2008(idtISO9001:2008),andwillincorporatestatutoryandregulatoryrequirementsoftheChineseNationalandLocal(Chongqing)Government.OPMT質(zhì)量管理體系應(yīng)符合GB/T19001:2008(等同于ISO9001:2008),并滿足中國國家和地方(重慶)政府的法令和要求。TheOPMTQMSisdocumentedinthe“OPMTQualityManagementStrategy,”CQMCP1-0000-QTA-PLN-001.OPMT質(zhì)量管理體系包含在文件 CQMCP1-0000-QTA-PLN-001 “OPMT質(zhì)量管理策略”中。Asacompleteandintegratedsystem,theOPMTQMSwillprovideassurancetoCCPHCDirectorsthattheFacilitiesdeliveredbytheOPMT:作為一個(gè)完整的系統(tǒng), ”isan–integralcomponentoftheQMS.Itidentifiesandreferencestheproceduresanddocumentsneededtoensureeffectiveplanning,operationandcontrolofprocesses,anddefinestherolesandaccountabilityinvolvedinapplyingtheQMSwithintheoverallMDIComplexProjectbytheOPMT,inclusiveofeachDepartment,FunctionandPET.本文件–“OPMT質(zhì)量管理計(jì)劃”-是質(zhì)量管理體系不可分割的一部分。它確定并參考所需要的程序和文件,保證對(duì)工作過程進(jìn)行有效的計(jì)劃,運(yùn)行和控制;同時(shí)它還確定了OPMT,包括各個(gè)部門、各職能部門和項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行部,在整個(gè)重慶化醫(yī)MDI一體化裝置實(shí)施質(zhì)量管理體系的過程中所承擔(dān)的角色和責(zé)任。TheOPMTQualityManagementPlanisapplicabletoallworkperformedinassociationwiththeMDIProject,intheexecutionofplanningandcontrolofengineering,design,procurement,supply,constructionandcommissioningoftheMDIComplexFacilities.OPMT質(zhì)量管理計(jì)劃適用于和重慶化醫(yī)MDI一體化項(xiàng)目有關(guān)聯(lián)的所有工作任務(wù)。具體表現(xiàn)在重慶化醫(yī)MDI一體化裝置的設(shè)計(jì)、采購、供貨、施工和調(diào)試的計(jì)劃編制和控制。OPMTProjectQualityMissionStatement ISO保持一致。StandardsandPracticeswillbeestablishedfromthecollectiveexperienceoftheCCPHCandAMEC根據(jù)重慶化醫(yī)和 AMEC的共同經(jīng)驗(yàn)建立有關(guān)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)定。OPMTQualityManagementSystemwillmeettheapplicableChinesecodes,standardsincludingregulatoryandstatutoryregulationsandrulesformajorconstructionprojectsinChinaOPMT質(zhì)量管理體系應(yīng)滿足現(xiàn)行的中國規(guī)定和標(biāo)準(zhǔn),包括中國項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的規(guī)章、法規(guī)和制度。OPMTQualityManagementSystemwillbedeterminedandtailoredonbasisofTotalRiskManagement根據(jù)總體風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理確定和制定 OPMT質(zhì)量管理體系。ThroughouttheMDIComplexProjectlifecycle,measuretheperformanceoftheMDIComplexProjectincludingthatofitsContractorsandSuppliersandmodifyourstrategiesandprocessesasnecessarytoimprovethedeliveryandeffectivenessofourServices.在整個(gè)MDI一體化項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行周期中,對(duì)MDI一體化項(xiàng)目,包括該項(xiàng)目的承包商和供應(yīng)商的執(zhí)行過程進(jìn)行評(píng)估,并對(duì)我們的策略和步驟進(jìn)行必要修改從而提高交付質(zhì)量和服務(wù)效率。1.2 Stage-andGroup-specificQualityObjectives項(xiàng)目階段 項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行三部-聚氯乙烯,甲醇,甲醛PET4-NaOH項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行四部-氯堿OSBL–Storage/Logistics,Aux,HeatIsland 公用工程項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行部-總圖儲(chǔ)運(yùn),輔助設(shè)施廠外,熱島Contractors ’QualityPlans承包商的質(zhì)量計(jì)劃ItisrequiredthateachService,Engineering/Procurement,DesignandConstructionContractorwillprovideaQualityPlaninaccordancewiththeOPMTpolicy,objectivesandrequirements.ShouldanyofthesepartiesnotbeabletoproduceaProjectspecificQualityPlanthentheOPMTProjectQualityPlancanbeusedwiththeirownproceduresusedtoformQMSprocedureswithinthistier.要求每個(gè)服務(wù)、工程 ’ownQMS.However,OPMT’sQMSrequirements,asdocumentedintheOPMTQualityManagementPlan(thisdocument)andtheQAProceduresmustalsobemet.WheretherearedeviationsofpurposeorconflictsbetweenOPMTandcontractors ’procedures,amutualresolutionshouldbereachedassoonaspossibletothesigningofthecontract;otherwise,OPMT ’srequirementsshallbeunderstoodtogovernallwork.承包商在此等級(jí)范圍所編寫的 OPMT質(zhì)量文件,應(yīng)與承包商
