Background臘山片區(qū)項(xiàng)目位于槐蔭區(qū)，臘山南側(cè)，規(guī)劃建設(shè)凈用地面積121,300平方米，約合182畝，為綠地在濟(jì)南開(kāi)發(fā)一攬子項(xiàng)目中的其中之一。項(xiàng)目利用現(xiàn)有的區(qū)位條件，通過(guò)景觀空間、建筑空間的組合，以及周邊景觀的引入，創(chuàng)造濟(jì)南市區(qū)、槐蔭區(qū)中具有個(gè)性化的、較高品質(zhì)、較高品位的標(biāo)志性中高檔住宅社區(qū)。整體形象定位為：功能集約但完善，品質(zhì)高但成本嚴(yán)格控制，匯聚多國(guó)文化藝術(shù)精粹，將國(guó)際先進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)理念與當(dāng)?shù)氐赜蛭拿}相融合而打造的現(xiàn)代國(guó)際人文生態(tài)社區(qū)。TheresidentialdevelopmentintheLaMountainarea

說(shuō)的就是“泉城”濟(jì)南

。泉城內(nèi)百泉爭(zhēng)涌，向有名泉七十二之說(shuō)。一滴水珠輕輕跌入水面，慢慢地蕩起一串漣漪，如珠光一樣閃耀。泉水這個(gè)千年以來(lái)上天賜予濟(jì)南寶貴的資源給予設(shè)計(jì)師無(wú)窮的想象，用一種現(xiàn)代藝術(shù)的手法，將水波這個(gè)柔和流暢的圖案形式融合到綠地濟(jì)南國(guó)際花都這個(gè)時(shí)尚之城的景觀設(shè)計(jì)之中。Jinan

famous

springs.

Accordingto

an

ancient

description

of

the

city,

“springs

and

willows

are

found

in

every

courtyard.”

The

springsjet

and

gush

water

from

underground

forming

a

a

strings

of

pearls.
