andstoryUsingrelevantfactsandfiguresthatdrivehomethekeymessagethatyouaretryingtogetacrosstoyouraudience.用相關(guān)的事實(shí)和數(shù)字讓你的聽眾接受你想讓他們了解的關(guān)鍵信息。ElementsrelatedtoContent內(nèi)容方面1)KeyobjectivesStatethepurpose,scopeandobjectivesofthepresentationinaclear,concisemanner.Thiscanincludebothqualitativeandquantitativeelements.2)PlanTellthestoryonhowtoachieveyourobjectives(i.e.whatactivitiesortasksneedtobedone).Thisiswhereyouidentifyanddescribeyourstrategy(i.e.What,When,Where,How).4)SupportingevidenceSupportthemainbodywithrelevantbusinesschartstoillustrateandhighlightkeyfigures.Userelevantfactstosupportyourstory.5)CalltoactionCreatingasenseofurgencyfortheapprovalofwhatyou'representingASAP,andinstillingasenseoflossifyourideadoesnotproceedbeyondthispoint.辦公室常用語〔1〕:同事翹班、復(fù)印常用表達(dá)辦公室里有一些常用表達(dá),比方說同事翹班怎么說,復(fù)印的時(shí)候請(qǐng)同事讓你先印兩頁怎么說。這一次,我們就來講講這些在辦公室里常說的話。1.Heisgonefortheday.他今天都不會(huì)在了。當(dāng)有人要找某某某,而他正好不在,這通常有兩種情況。一是這位仁兄暫時(shí)離開,可能是去洗手間,可能是去復(fù)印東西。這時(shí)候我們可以告訴人家:He/Sheisnotathis/herseatrightnow.意思就是他現(xiàn)在不在座位上。這句話的意思是說這個(gè)人就在附近沒有走遠(yuǎn),很快就會(huì)回來。當(dāng)這種情況發(fā)生時(shí),你不妨再補(bǔ)充一下:Heisnothere,butheisaround.(他現(xiàn)在不在,不過就在附近。)或是Heisnotavailablerightnow,buthewillbebackinafewminutes.(他現(xiàn)在不在,但一會(huì)兒就會(huì)回來。)另外一種情況就是這位仁兄早早就收工,回家陪老婆或是提早下班跟女朋友約會(huì)去了。如果是這種情況的話,我們就可以說:Heisgonefortheday.言下之意就是他今天都不會(huì)再出現(xiàn)了。如果很不幸地,老板正好有急事要找他,而他卻己經(jīng)gonefortheday,想必老板的臉色不會(huì)太好看。2.MayIjumpinfortwopages?可不可以讓我先印兩頁?大家都有過類似的經(jīng)歷吧?要去復(fù)印兩頁東西,結(jié)果排在前面的人拿了一本厚厚的書在那里狂印,天啊,看來還有二百多頁,要等多久才能輪到自己啊。這時(shí)如果你想插一下隊(duì),請(qǐng)他讓你先印兩頁該怎么說?最生活化的說法就是:MayIjumpinfortwopages?這里用到j(luò)umpin這個(gè)片語,意思就是"插一下隊(duì),讓我先印"的意思。辦公室常用語(2):禮貌而又簡潔的詢問如何說“我想問一個(gè)……問題〞,禮貌而又簡潔的說法該怎么說?答復(fù)別人的問題,“有任何問題盡管問〞又該怎么說?下面為您一一道來。1.Iwanttoaskyouaquestionregardingmysalary.我想要問一個(gè)關(guān)于我薪水的問題。問別人一個(gè)問題可以簡單地說Iwanttoaskyouaquestion.等對(duì)方接話之后才陳述自己的問題。但是這樣子問沒頭沒腦的,不是很好。所以通常美國人在對(duì)話時(shí)會(huì)開宗明義地提出是關(guān)于什么的問題。最常見的用法就是在question之后接about或是regarding,之后加你想問的問題。比方說:Iwanttoaskyouaquestionaboutmysalary.或是Iwanttoaskyouaquestionregardingmysalary.就是我想請(qǐng)教你一個(gè)關(guān)于我薪水的問題。通常在一段時(shí)間后,覺得自己該加薪了,就可以和老板談?wù)?,詳?xì)的技巧請(qǐng)參看如何要求加薪。另外有一個(gè)小技巧分享給大家,我們要問別人問題時(shí)通常是通過打的方式進(jìn)行,通常對(duì)方會(huì)先問你MayIhelpyou?之后你就可以答復(fù):Yes,Iwanttoaskyouaquestionabout/regarding...還有一個(gè)句型我覺得也很實(shí)用,就是直截了當(dāng)?shù)卣f:I'mcallingabout/regarding...〔我打給您是為了……〕,這樣是不是簡潔多了呢?例如:I'mcallingregardinganewproductIfoundinyourcatalog.我打是想咨詢一個(gè)你們產(chǎn)品目錄上的新產(chǎn)品。I'mcallingaboutajobopeninginyourcompany.我打來是咨詢一下在貴公司的工作時(shí)機(jī)。2.Pleasedon'thesitatetocontactmeifyouhaveanyquestions.如果你有任何問題的話,請(qǐng)不要猶豫,立即同我聯(lián)絡(luò)。類似例句的用法常見于交談或是e-mail、書信往來的最后。這是一種很客氣的講法,讓對(duì)方有任何問題盡管問沒關(guān)系。常見的講法還有諸如:Pleaseletmeknowifyouhaveanyquestions.或是Pleasefeelfreetocallmeifyouhaveotherquestions.都是表達(dá)同樣的意思。做成功的外貿(mào)人士簡練的溝通技巧向溝通對(duì)手表示善意與歡送—Iwillarrangeeverything.如果溝通是由你發(fā)起,提供對(duì)手一切的方便,能使溝通一開始便在友善和諧的氣氛下進(jìn)行。尤其是當(dāng)你的溝通對(duì)手是遠(yuǎn)道而來的,你熱心地告知他:“Iwillarrangeeverything.(我會(huì)安排一切。〕不但表現(xiàn)出你的誠意,也能使他在不必顧慮食宿等瑣事的情況下,專心與你進(jìn)行溝通。如何做一個(gè)成功的外貿(mào)人士?如何在外貿(mào)中取得更大的利潤?這是每一個(gè)外貿(mào)人員所關(guān)注的,希望幾點(diǎn)小技巧會(huì)為更多人的帶去幫助。溝通進(jìn)行中應(yīng)防止干擾—Nointerruptionsduringthemeeting!如果溝通的地點(diǎn)是在你的,那么請(qǐng)叮嚀你的部屬,勿在溝通過程中做不必要的干擾。因?yàn)檫^份的干擾會(huì)影響溝通的意愿和熱忱。資料須充實(shí)完備—WehaveapamphletinEnglish.具體的物品通常比口頭描述更有說服力。當(dāng)客戶聽到你說WehaveapamphletinEnglish.〔我們有英文的小冊子?!郴騊leasetakethisasasample〔請(qǐng)將這個(gè)拿去當(dāng)樣品?!硶r(shí),一定會(huì)興趣大增,進(jìn)而問你許多和產(chǎn)品有關(guān)的問題。如果你平時(shí)資料搜集得全面,便能有問必答。這在商務(wù)溝通上是非常有利的。要有解決問題的誠意—Pleasetellmeaboutit.當(dāng)客戶向你提出抱怨時(shí),你應(yīng)該做的事是設(shè)法安撫他。最好的方法就是對(duì)他提出的抱怨表示關(guān)切與解決的誠意。你的一句“Pleasetellmeaboutit〞〔請(qǐng)告訴我這件事的情況。〕或“ImsorryformyerrorandassureyouIwilltakegreatcareinperformingthework〞〔我為我的錯(cuò)誤感到抱歉,并向您保證,我會(huì)盡全力處理此事。〕令對(duì)方覺得你有責(zé)任感,也會(huì)恢復(fù)對(duì)你的信任。隨時(shí)確認(rèn)重要的細(xì)節(jié)—Isthiswhatwedecided?商務(wù)洽談中,一牽扯到金額、交貨條件和日期時(shí),除了洽談當(dāng)時(shí)要用口頭復(fù)述加以確認(rèn)外,合約擬好后,更要詳細(xì)地過目一遍。一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)疑點(diǎn),應(yīng)立刻詢問對(duì)方“Isthiswhatwedecided?〞〔這是我們說定的嗎?〕合約內(nèi)容真的錯(cuò)得離譜,就應(yīng)告訴對(duì)方“I'llhavetoreturnthiscontracttoyouunsigned.〔我得將這份合約退還給你,不能簽名。〕以示抗議。任何合約上的問題,寧可羅嗦一點(diǎn),也決不可模糊。聽不懂對(duì)方所說的話時(shí),務(wù)必請(qǐng)他重復(fù)—Wouldyoumindrepeatingit?不是我們的母語,聽不懂是很自然的。聽不懂又裝懂,那才是有害的。其實(shí)請(qǐng)人家重復(fù)或再講清楚一點(diǎn)并不難,你只要說〞Wouldyoumindrepeatingit?〔您介意再講一遍嗎?〕,相信對(duì)方不但會(huì)再說一遍,而且連速度都會(huì)放慢些。如果你還是沒聽懂,那么仍然要用這個(gè)老方法:“Couldyouexplainitmoreprecisely?〞〔您能解釋得更明白一點(diǎn)嗎?〕職場必備詞匯:外貿(mào)包裝英語大全小心Care勿擲Don’tCast易碎Fragile小心輕放,小心裝運(yùn)HandleWithCare起吊點(diǎn)(此處起吊)HeaveHere易燃物,避火Inflammable保持枯燥,防涇KeepDry防潮keepAwayfromMoisture儲(chǔ)存陰冷處KeepinaCoolPlace儲(chǔ)存枯燥處KeepinaDryPlace請(qǐng)勿倒置KeepUpright請(qǐng)勿傾倒NottoBeTipped避冷TobeProtectedfromCold避熱TobeProtectedfromHeat在滾子上移動(dòng)UseRollers此方向上ThisSideUp由此開啟OpenfromThisSide爆炸品Explosive易燃品Inflammable遇水燃燒品DangerousWhenWet有毒品Poison無毒品NoPoison不可觸摩Handoff適合海運(yùn)包裝SeaworthyPacking毛重GrossWeight(Gr.Wt.)凈重NetWeight(Nt.Wt)皮重Tar
