FinancialPlanning,Analysis,ReportingandBusinessMonitoring

?Involveinfinancialplanningandprovidestrategicprofitablefinancialmodel.

?Inchargeofregularreportingtoolsforbusinessperformancetracking,ensurehighreportingqualitytocatertodynamicbusinessandsupportsrequiredfromdifferentfunctions.

?Providedeepdiveanalysisinvariousangles,includingfromchannels,products,customers,etc.

?Liaisewithinternalfinanceteamandrelatedbusinesspartnerstotrackcompanyinvestmentprogress,validatespendingnature,measureinvestmentefficiencyandensureit’sinlinewithstrategyandwithincontrol.

?System(OCRM,Vision.etc)poweruser.Managevariousfinancialreports,co-workwithotherfinanceteams,reconcilereportsresultandmakesurereportquality.

?ProactivelysupporttoQuarterlymeeting(QubaQ+)deckspreparation,understandbusiness,familiarwithproducts,channelmanagement,providesolidanalysiscomments.

?SupporttimelyPLsimulation,QuarterlyOpsforecastfromrevenuetomargin,provideaccurateforecast.Keepbusinessteamawareofkeyrisksandseekforsolutions.

?Workdecentlyonin-countryprojectsfromfinancialaspects(i.e.Soft$PolicyandProcedures,localtrainingsoffinancialterms/updatesaswellasnewprocessesandtools,financialmodelling/simulation).

?Keepmonitoringtradeinventory,workcloselywithbusinessteamtoclearaginginventory.

?Relatedad-hocprojectsperrequired.

KeyQualifications:

?Experienceinhandlinglargevolumesoffinancialdataandsensitiveinformation
