cascadevaneswhichdirecttheairforwardtocreatereversethrust.

FunctionalDescription

功能描述

WhentheT/Rsleevesareintheforward(retracted)position,thefanairexhaustgoesthroughthefanductandcomesoutattherearofthefanduct.Thismakesforwardthrust.當(dāng)反推裝置整流罩在向前(收縮)位置時,氣流經(jīng)風(fēng)扇函道并從風(fēng)扇函道后端排出。這就產(chǎn)生向前推力。WhentheT/Rsleevesmovetotheaft(extended)position,theblockerdoordraglinksmovetheblockerdoorsintothefanduct.Thiscausesablockageofthefanairexhaustinthefanduct.Thefanairthenflowsthroughthecascadesegments.Thesegmentsturnthefanairexhaust.TheycausethefanairexhausttocomeoutthesidesoftheT/Rinaforwarddirection.Thismakesreversethrust.當(dāng)反推裝置整流罩移到尾部(伸展)位置,阻流門支桿移動阻流門進入風(fēng)扇管道,封鎖風(fēng)扇函道使氣流不能進入,接著氣流經(jīng)葉柵組件排出。這些組件使氣流反轉(zhuǎn),讓氣體由反推裝置前部排出,這就產(chǎn)生反推力。11reLeftTRsleeve左側(cè)反推整流罩Cascadesegments(6per/halfTR)葉柵(6只/一側(cè)反推裝置)Blockerdoors(5per/halfTR)阻流門(5只/一側(cè)反推裝置)BlockerdoorDraglinks(5per/halfTR)阻流門拉桿(5只/一側(cè)反推裝置)12ThrustReverser(half)

反推裝置-滑動整流罩TheT/Rsleevemakestwodifferentroutingsforthefanexhaust:反推滑動整流罩為風(fēng)扇排氣提供兩種方式:Forwardthrust正推力Reversethrust反推力TheT/Rsleeveiscompositeassemblywithanoutersleeveandaninnersleeve(innerwall).TheoutersleevemakestheexteriorcontouroftheT/R.Theinnersleevemakestheouterwallofthefanduct.Also,theinnersleeveholdstheT/Rblockerdoors.Theinnerandoutersleevesarefastenedtogetherattheaftend.

反推裝置-內(nèi)夾芯組件Theinnerwallformspartofthefanductofthethrustreverser.

Theinnerwallisalargeone-piececompositestructurethatformstheupperbifurcation,thecowlthatcoverstheenginecore,andthelowerbifurcation.Ontheairflowside,theinnerwallhasacousticfeatures.Thehingebeamisattachedtotheupperbifurcationandthelatchbeamisattachedtothelowerbifurcation.

內(nèi)夾芯是組成反推裝置風(fēng)扇函道的一部件.內(nèi)夾芯是一個巨大的復(fù)合材料結(jié)構(gòu),它由頂部歧件,覆蓋發(fā)動機核心的函道以及底部歧件組成。在有氣流流過的部分,內(nèi)夾芯有消音的特點。懸掛桁條連接到頂部歧件,扣鎖桁條連接到底部歧件。20ThrustReverser-

概述HydraulicactuatorsmovethetranslatingsleevewhentheT/Rsleevesareintheretractedorextendedposition.在反推裝置展開和收縮操作過程中是由液壓作動筒移動滑動整流罩。Eachthrustreverserhalfhasthreehydraulicactuators,includingalockingactuatorandtwonon-lockingactuators.每個反推裝置半部有3個液壓作動筒。包括一個鎖定作動筒和兩個非鎖定作動筒。Eachthrustreverserhalfhavetwosyncshaftsandasynclock.在每個反推裝置組件上有兩根同步軸及一把同步鎖。

General概述ThecascadesegmentscontrolthedirectionofthefanairexhaustwhentheT/Rsleevesareintheaft(extended)positionandtheblockerdoorsareopenedinthefanduct.ThecascadesegmentsalsogivestructuralstrengthtotheT/R.在反推滑動整流罩展開操作過程中,阻流門在風(fēng)扇函道中打開,葉柵控制風(fēng)扇空氣排氣的方向。這樣就產(chǎn)生反推力。葉柵也增加反推裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)強度。Thecascadesegmentsattachtothetorqueboxandthecascadesegmentattachring.WhentheT/Rsleeveisretracted,thecascadesegmentsfitinthespacebetweentheinnerandoutersleeve.WhentheT/Rsleeveisextended,thecascadesegmentsareexposedtothefanairexhaustflowturnedbytheblockerdoors.葉柵組件和扭矩盒以及葉柵支撐環(huán)連結(jié)在一起。當(dāng)反推滑動整流罩處于收縮位置時,葉柵組件處于外滑動整流罩和內(nèi)套筒之間。當(dāng)反推套筒處于展開位置時,葉柵組件暴露于阻流門改向的排氣流中。TheT/Rcascadesegmentsaremadeofcompositegraphiteepoxy

反推裝置-扭矩盒General概述Thetorqueboxisasemi-circularstructurethatconnectstheupperhingebeamandthelowerlatchbeam.Thehydrauliclockingandnon-lockingactuatorsareinstalledthroughthetorqueboxandtheforwardactuatorgimbalsarepinnedtofittingsonthetorquebox.Thedeployandretracthydraulictubingarelocatedbytubingclampsmountedonthetorquebox.Thelinervariabledifferentialtransducer(LVDT)

togetherwithlockingactuatorandtheproximitysensorsonthelockingactuatorandthesynclockisattachedtotheloweractuatorwithwirebundleclamps.Theforwardattachmentpointsforthecascadesegmentsareontheaftsideofthetorquebox.

扭矩盒是連接懸掛桁條及底部扣鎖桁條的一個半圓形結(jié)構(gòu)。液壓鎖和非鎖定作動筒通過前作動筒平衡環(huán)安裝于扭矩盒上。展開和收縮液壓管道固定于扭矩盒的管夾上。線位傳感器(LVDT)和上部作動筒上合為一體,鎖定作動筒附近的傳感器是用電線束夾子固定在上部作動筒上,而同步鎖及其線路策是固定在下部作動筒上。葉柵組件的前端有固定連接點可以連接在扭矩盒的后端。

General概述TheT/Rblockerdoorsandtheblockerdoordraglinksmakeablockageinthefanducttochangethedirectionofthefanairexhaust.

General

概述Thefiresealshelptocontainanundercowlfuel-fedfire.

Theupperrubberfiresealsclosesthegapbetweenthestrutstructureandtheupperbifurcationinnerwalls.Thelowerrubberfiresealclosesthegapbetweenthelowerbifurcationinnerwallsoftheleftandrightthrustreverserhalves.Therubberfiresealsalsofunctionasanaerodynamicsealandafluidseal.

防火封嚴(yán)條為反流燃油火焰提供一個容納空間。頂部防磨防火封嚴(yán)條用來密封吊架結(jié)構(gòu)和頂部歧件的內(nèi)夾芯縫隙,底部防磨防火封嚴(yán)條用來密封左右反推裝置的底部歧件間的內(nèi)夾芯縫隙。防磨防火封嚴(yán)條同樣可作為氣流和液體的密封條。52Fireseal

General概述Thethermalinsulationblanketsareinstalledonbracketsandstudsthat

areinstalledontheinnersurfaceoftheinnerwall.Theseblanketsareathermalinsulationandfirebarrierwhichisnecessarytokeepthethrustreverserstructurallyserviceableandcandecreasethedamageandrepaircostsfromaductburstorfire.Thethermalinsulationpreventsfireandengineoperationheatdamagetothecompositeinnerwallofthefanductcowl.隔熱毯安裝于內(nèi)夾芯內(nèi)表面的支架釘及緊固件上。隔熱毯是隔熱及防火的一道屏障,對于反推裝置結(jié)構(gòu)的使用性,減少管道破裂或燃燒產(chǎn)生的損傷及維修成本來說,是很必要的。隔熱毯可防止火焰和發(fā)動機運行產(chǎn)生的熱量對風(fēng)扇函道內(nèi)夾芯組件復(fù)合材料的損害。58InsulationBlanket

General

概述ThebullnosesealpreventsfanexhaustairflowintotheinnerpartoftheT/RtranslatingsleevewhentheT/Risinthestowposition.Youcanmovethetranslatingsleevesafttogetaccesstothebullnoseseal.

當(dāng)反推裝置在收縮位置時,圓頭封嚴(yán)條可防止風(fēng)扇葉片排出的氣流進入反推滑動整流罩的內(nèi)部。通過移動滑動整流罩尾部可以看
