加減五味消毒飲熏洗坐浴對熱毒熾盛型肛周膿腫術(shù)后創(chuàng)面愈合的臨床療效觀察摘要：目的：探討加減五味消毒飲熏洗坐浴對熱毒熾盛型肛周膿腫手術(shù)后創(chuàng)面愈合的臨床療效觀察。

方法：選取2018年1月至2021年6月我院收治的88例熱毒熾盛型肛周膿腫患者，隨機分為觀察組和對照組，每組各44例。對照組采用常規(guī)治療，觀察組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上，給予加減五味消毒飲外敷以及熏肛洗浴治療。比較兩組患者術(shù)后恢復(fù)情況、并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率以及肛周膿腫愈合時間。

結(jié)果：觀察組術(shù)后的創(chuàng)面狀況和炎癥水平均優(yōu)于對照組，且觀察組的愈合時間明顯縮短，術(shù)后疼痛、滲液等并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率較低。

結(jié)論：加減五味消毒飲熏洗坐浴治療對熱毒熾盛型肛周膿腫手術(shù)后創(chuàng)面愈合有顯著的療效，值得進(jìn)一步推廣應(yīng)用。

Abstract:Objective:ToexploretheclinicalefficacyofJiaweiXidanSancombinedwithfumigationandwashingtreatmentonwoundhealingaftersurgeryforhotandtoxictypeanalabscess.

Methods:Atotalof88patientswithhotandtoxictypeanalabscesstreatedinourhospitalfromJanuary2018toJune2021wererandomlydividedintoanobservationgroupandacontrolgroup,eachwith44cases.Thecontrolgroupreceivedconventionaltreatment,andtheobservationgroupreceivedJiaweiXidanSanexternalapplicationandfumigationandwashingtreatmentonthebasisofthecontrolgroup.Thepostoperativerecovery,incidenceofcomplicationsandanalabscesshealingtimewerecomparedbetweenthetwogroupsofpatients.

Results:Thewoundconditionandinflammatoryleveloftheobservationgroupwerebetterthanthoseofthecontrolgroupaftersurgery,andthehealingtimewassignificantlyshortenedintheobservationgroup.Theincidenceofpostoperativepain,exudationandothercomplicationswaslowerintheobservationgroup.

Analabscessisacommonandfrequentlyoccurringdisease,whichischaracterizedbypusaccumulationintheperianalorrectalwallduetobacterialinfection.Surgicaltreatmentisthemainmethodoftreatmentforanalabscess,butitoftencausesslowwoundhealing,postoperativepain,andothercomplications.JiaweiXidanSan,atraditionalChinesemedicineformula,hasbeenwidelyusedforthetreatmentofanalabscess.However,theclinicalefficacyofJiaweiXidanSancombinedwithfumigationandwashingtreatmentforhotandtoxictypeanalabscesshasnotbeenfullyexplored.

Methods:

ThisstudyaimedtoevaluatetheclinicalefficacyofJiaweiXidanSancombinedwithfumigationandwashingtreatmentonwoundhealingaftersurgeryforhotandtoxictypeanalabscess.Atotalof80patientswereenrolledandrandomlydividedintotwogroups:observationgroup(n=40)andcontrolgroup(n=40).Thecontrolgroupreceivedroutinesurgicaltreatment,whiletheobservationgroupreceivedJiaweiXidanSancombinedwithfumigationandwashingtreatmentaftersurgery.Theclinicalefficacywasevaluatedbywoundhealingtime,painscore,exudationandothercomplications.

Results:

Theaveragewoundhealingtimeintheobservationgroupwassignificantlyshorterthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Thepainscoreatdifferenttimepointsaftersurgeryintheobservationgroupwassignificantlylowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Theincidenceofexudationandothercomplicationsintheobservationgroupwassignificantlylowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).

Conclusion:
