摘要:本研究旨在探討刮痧和放血的不同干預次序?qū)IRS模型大鼠相關(guān)炎性因子影響的差異。采用SIRS模型構(gòu)建大鼠SIRS疾病模型,將大鼠分為4組,分別為對照組、先刮痧后放血組、先放血后刮痧組、同時刮痧和放血組。對各組大鼠進行刮痧和放血干預,觀察并比較各組大鼠的相關(guān)炎性因子含量及臨床指標。結(jié)果顯示,先放血后刮痧組和同時刮痧和放血組大鼠的相關(guān)炎性因子含量顯著高于對照組和先刮痧后放血組,同時刮痧和放血組大鼠出現(xiàn)了嚴重的臨床損傷。本研究表明,對于SIRS疾病的治療,刮痧和放血干預次序應該先刮痧后放血,同時刮痧和放血的干預方式應該謹慎使用。

Abstract:ThisstudyaimstoinvestigatethedifferenceintheeffectofscrapingandbloodlettinginterventionindifferentsequenceontheinflammatoryfactorsinSIRSmodelrats.TheSIRSdiseasemodelwasestablishedbyconstructingamodelusingrats.Theratsweredividedinto4groups,includingthecontrolgroup,thescrapingfirstandbloodlettingsecondgroup,thebloodlettingfirstandthescrapingsecondgroup,andthesimultaneousscrapingandbloodlettinggroup.Scrapingandbloodlettinginterventionswerecarriedoutonratsineachgroup,andrelevantinflammatoryfactorcontentandclinicalindicatorswereobservedandcompared.Theresultsshowedthatthelevelofinflammatoryfactorsinthebloodlettingfirstandscrapingsecondgroupandthesimultaneousscrapingandbloodlettinggroupwassignificantlyhigherthanthatinthecontrolgroupandthescrapingfirstandbloodlettingsecondgroup,andtheratsinthesimultaneousscrapingandbloodlettinggrouphadsevereclinicaldamage.ThisstudysuggeststhatforthetreatmentofSIRS,scrapingandbloodlettinginterventionshouldbeperformedintheorderofscrapingfirstandbloodlettingsecond,andsimultaneousscrapingandbloodlettinginterventionshouldbeusedwithcaution.
