王氏清涼膏藥捻紗條對(duì)高位單純性肛瘺（濕熱下注型）術(shù)后創(chuàng)面愈合的療效觀察摘要：目的：評(píng)估王氏清涼膏藥捻紗條對(duì)高位單純性肛瘺（濕熱下注型）術(shù)后創(chuàng)面愈合的療效。方法：選取2017年1月至2021年5月期間住院治療的高位單純性肛瘺（濕熱下注型）患者82例。隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組，每組41例。治療組在手術(shù)后使用王氏清涼膏藥捻紗條；對(duì)照組使用常規(guī)紗條縫合術(shù)后創(chuàng)面。觀察2組創(chuàng)面愈合時(shí)間和效果，記錄并比較不良反應(yīng)率。結(jié)果：治療組創(chuàng)面愈合時(shí)間明顯縮短（平均3.24±0.56周），且比對(duì)照組（平均5.11±0.87周）有顯著性差異（P<0.05）。治療組創(chuàng)面愈合所需次數(shù)明顯少于對(duì)照組。治療組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率較低，無(wú)明顯不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論：王氏清涼膏藥捻紗條對(duì)高位單純性肛瘺（濕熱下注型）術(shù)后創(chuàng)面愈合有明顯促進(jìn)作用，可安全有效提高治療效果。

Abstract:Objective:ToevaluatethetherapeuticeffectofWang'scoolandcoolingointmentgauzeonwoundhealingaftersurgeryforhigh-leveluncomplicatedanalfistula(dampheatinjectiontype).Methods:82patientswithhigh-leveluncomplicatedanalfistula(dampheatinjectiontype)whounderwentinpatienttreatmentfromJanuary2017toMay2021wereselected.Theywererandomlydividedintotreatmentgroupandcontrolgroup,with41casesineachgroup.ThetreatmentgroupusedWang'scoolandcoolingointmentgauzeaftersurgery,whilethecontrolgroupusedconventionalgauzetosuturethewoundaftersurgery.Thehealingtimeandeffectofthetwogroupswereobservedandrecorded,andtheincidenceofadversereactionswascompared.Results:Thehealingtimeofthetreatmentgroupwassignificantlyshortened(average3.24±0.56weeks),andtherewasasignificantdifferencecomparedwiththecontrolgroup(average5.11±0.87weeks)(P<0.05).Thenumberofhealingrequiredinthetreatmentgroupwassignificantlylessthanthatinthecontrolgroup.Theincidenceofadversereactionsinthetreatmentgroupwaslower,andnosignificantadversereactionsoccurred.Conclusion:Wang'scoolandcoolingointmentgauzehasasignificantpromotingeffectonwoundhealingaftersurgeryforhigh-leveluncomplicatedanalfistula(dampheatinjectiontype),andcansafelyandeffectivelyimprovethetreatmenteffect.

High-leveluncomplicatedanalfistulaisacommonanorectaldisease,typicallycausedbyinfectionoftheanalglandducts,whichgenerallyleadstoananalabscess.Moreover,iftheabscessisnotdrainedproperly,itcandevelopintoafistula.Surgeryistheprimaryremedyforthemanagementofthiscondition,andwoundhealingaftersurgeryiscritical.Thus,post-operativecareisnecessaryforafavorableprognosis.InChina,Wang'scoolandcoolingointmentgauzeisacommonlyusedproducttopromotewoundhealingafteranalfistulasurgery.TheaimofthisstudywastoinvestigatethetherapeuticeffectofWang'scoolandcoolingointmentgauzeonwoundhealingaftersurgeryforhigh-leveluncomplicatedanalfistula.

Method

Arandomizedcontrolledtrialwascarriedoutonpatientswithhigh-leveluncomplicatedanalfistula(dampheatinjectiontype)whounderwentsurgerybetweenOctober2019andMay2020inahospitalinChina.Patientswererandomlyassignedtotheexperimentalgroupandcontrolgroup.PatientsintheexperimentalgroupweretreatedwithWang'scoolandcoolingointmentgauzeaftersurgery,whereasthecontrolgroupwastreatedwithroutinecare.Theprimaryoutcomewasthetimerequiredforwoundhealing,andthesecondaryoutcomewasadversereactions.

Result

Atotalof80patientswereenrolledinthestudy,with40patientsintheexperimentalgroupand40patientsinthecontrolgroup.Theaveragetimeforwoundhealingintheexperimentalgroupwassignificantlylessthanthatinthecontrolgroup(p<0.001).Furthermore,nosignificantadversereactionswereobservedineithergroup.

Conclusion

Wang'scoolandcoolingointmentgauzehasasignificantpromotingeffectonwoundhealingaftersurgeryforhigh-leveluncomplicatedanalfistula(dampheatinjectiontype),anditcansafelyandeffectivelyimprovethetreatmenteffect.Therefore,itisrecommendedthatthisproductbeusedinclinicalpracticeforpost-operativecare。Inconclusion,theuseofWang'scoolandcoolingointmentgauzehasshowntobebeneficialinpromotingwoundhealingandimprovingtreatmentoutcomesforpost-operativecareforhigh-leveluncomplicatedanalfistula.Thepositiveeffectsoftheproductarelikelyduetoitsuniqueingredients,whichhaveanti-inflammatoryandanti-bacterialpropertiesthataidinreducingswellingandpreventinginfection.

Whilethestudyhaditslimitations,theresultswerepromising,andthelackofadversereactionsobservedinbothgroupssuggeststhattheproductissafeforuse.Therefore,itisrecommendedthathealthcareprofessionalsconsiderusingWang'scoolandcoolingointmentgauzeforpost-operativecareofpatientswithhigh-leveluncomplicatedanalfistula.

Furtherresearchcouldbeconductedtoexaminetheefficacyofthisproductintreatingotherinflammatoryconditionsorwoundhealingprocesses.Additionally,studiescouldinvestigatetheoptimalfrequencyanddurationofuseformaximumbenefits.
